Abstract: In this paper, Ca-based sorbent, Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3, was modified with different concentration of KMnO4 and their mercury adsorption capability in the flue gas was experimentally conducted by using a lab-scale multi-phase flow reactor system developed by Shanghai University of Electric Power, and the result showed that the removal efficiency of flue gas mercury of Ca-based sorbent was greatly improved with modification by different concentration of KMnO4, and the removal efficiencies were 80.92%,85.38%,82.35%,83.51% and 89.84% respectively. The removal efficiencies of Ca(OH)2 modified with KMnO4 is increased significantly may be because strong oxidation of KMnO4 made Hg0 convert into oxidized mercury, Hg2 +, which is easier to be removed, as well as, the modification by KMnO4 may change the surface properties of Ca(OH)2 so that it became more active to capture mercury in the flue gas.

Abstract: Based on the actual requirements of constructing characteristic towns in Yunnan Province, this paper describes the “framework design principles for architectures with regional characteristics” in an explorative way as the control measures and guidance for the construction of new residences in small sized towns. Taking Jiasa Town in Xinping County of Yunnan Province as an example, the paper gives five “framework design principles” which are extracted from the constructional essence of “Tu-Zhang-Fang”(Soil-Made House), a kind of traditional building of the local Huayao Dai ethnic group and the features of the mountain landform of the Dry&Hot Valley, and provides the innovative ideas on the construction of new folk houses with regional characteristics under the control of the aforesaid principles.

Abstract: When potential was less than 1.2 V, electro-degradation rate was not more than 1.2% on both the films prepared using PEG or not. The film prepared with addition of PEG showed better degradation rates in the whole potential range than the film prepared without using of PEG. The highest degradation rates existed at 1.1 V of applied potential for both of the film electrodes, where degradation rate on film with PEG was 93.6% and the rate was 92.2% on the film without PEG. Methyl orange degradation rates increased with increasing KCl concentration from 0 to 0.7 mol/l, while degradation rates dropped down at even higher potential. Degradation rates increased with prolonged irradiation time for both of the two film electrodes.

Abstract: This paper took a kind of 3-TPT Parallel Machine Tool (PMT) as the object of research, and it mainly researched the measurement method to position coordinates of movable platform in PMT. First the paper introduced the structure of 3-TPT PMT. Then illustrated the device structure and the basic measurement principle for measuring the position coordinates of movable platform. Finally carried on the theoretical analysis to the specific measurement method and established the corresponding mathematics relationship. The measurement method that was presented in this paper had characteristics of simple structure, convenient and flexible operation, economical and so on, and simultaneously the research results of this paper laid a theoretical foundation for improving the movement precision of this PMT and had important practical significance

Abstract: Aeration and pH of methyl orange solution were adjusted to investigate the influences on photocatalytic degradation activities of TiO2/HZSM-5. Degradation rate was enhanced when applying air into the solution. When air flow rate increased from 0 to 150 ml/l, methyl orange degradation rate increased from 47% to 55%. Further increase of air flow rate had nearly no influence on degradation rate. Degradation rate performed strong dependence on pH value of methyl orange solution. Acidic situation was favorable for methyl orange degradation, whereas methyl orange degradation in basic situation was comparatively weak. Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange decreased with increasing of pH value.

Abstract: In steelmaking plant, the process times of machines change frequently and randomly for the reason of metallurgical principle. When those change happen, the plant scheduling and caster operation must respond to keep the optimal performance profile of plant. Therefore, the integration of plant scheduling and caster operation is a crucial task. This paper presents a mixed-integer programming model and a hybrid optimized algorithm for caster operation and plant scheduling, which combine the genetic algorithm optimization and CDFM process status verification. Data experiments illustrate the efficiency of our model and algorithm.

Abstract: To study the characterization of ursolic acid (UA) and β- cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion complex which prepared by ultra-high pressure method. Inclusion complex of UA /β-CD was prepared at 100MPa and 500MPa. The inclusion complex was characterized by IR spectra, X-ray diffraction, Differential scanning calorimetry and Scanning electron microscope. It was testified that the inclusion complex was formed between β-CD and UA at ultra-high pressure conditions.

Abstract: Back-EMF zero-crossing detection can detect motor rotor position. The motor start-up problem of sensorless detection technique motor is researched. A novel three-stage start-up method is proposed to solve the problem. And it can ensure Security and reliability of motor start-up and controllability of motor rotation. There is actual theoretical basis for implementing measurement control system for the DC motor sensorless control.

Abstract: The influences of the oxidative modification, coupling treatment and dispersing agent for carbon fiber dispersion and binding properties were investigated, and the relationships of different ratio of carbon fiber with the physical strength and electrical conductivity of the paper were analyzed. Meanwhile fiber surface morphology, zeta potential and absorbance slurry were tested. The result showed that: coupling modification significantly improved the dispersion performance of carbon fiber, superior than oxidative modification, the increase of the dispersion would enhance the conductivity of carbon fiber network, the effect of CPAM was best in four kinds of surface-active agent, and 30% content of carbon fiber achieved the "percolation threshold” of conductive material.

Abstract: The ideal control effect cannot be reached using the traditional PID control in AC servo system. A PID control programme with repeat compensation has been proposed. A new control structure based on repeating compensation has been improved and embedded in the traditional PID control. Tracking accuracy and response speed of AC servo system have been improved by the new control programme. Ant cyclical interference and control performance of system were higher.
