Abstract: AZ31B magnesium alloy were irradiated by a high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) device with pulse times 10, 15 and 20 respectively. The morphology of the surface and cross-section of modified layer were investigated by optical microscope. The corrosion resistance of modified layer were tested by EG&G M273 potentiostat in 5% NaCl solution. Wear resistance were tested by HRS-2 high speed reciprocation frictional testing machines. The results indicated that magnesium alloy surface hardness obviously enhances, the wear volume reduces 7%, the corrosion resistance also improves obviously after electron beam processing.

Abstract: Hydrogen bell-type furnace control system plays a vital role in cold-roll production process. Optimizing this system is a good way to improve the production quality. In this reason, this paper combining the ideas of multi-tier architecture in software engineering, taking the actual situation of hydrogen bell-type furnace control system into account, making full use of the existing system, designed the control system based on multi-C/S structure. Abstract: A non-isolated high step-up DC-DC converter with a coupled inductor is proposed in this paper. The proposed converter provides high voltage gain and soft-switching operation of all semiconductor devices. A voltage doubler and a coupled inductor increase the voltage gain. Zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of all switches and zero-current-switching (ZCS) of all diodes are achieved. Also, the voltages across the semiconductor devices are effectively clamped. Due to the soft-switching operation of all switching devices, the switching loss is significantly reduced and the high efficiency is obtained. Abstract: The powder particles were used for different occasions. The steel wire in tire belt layer was to wear the tools in grinding process. Another point was the wire in crushing to go through the magnetic separation. The wire in rubber powder was mixed with the powder in the process of crushing.It increased the mechanical maintenance frequency and the tool used cost. The solution to this problem was tire reasonable decomposition.

Abstract: Through theoretical analysis and experiment, this paper works for studying the heat transfer effect of different types condensers, combined with the advantages and disadvantages of different types of condensers, searching for the condenser which has high heat transfer efficiency and saves energy and water. Based on the experiment, we found that air through the water spray could significantly drop the air enthalpy, and increase the air enthalpy difference when it goes through the condenser. The atomization air could lessen air flow under the condition that the cooling capacity does not change, and that the compressor working pressure and fan power also would be reduced. This evaporative condensers compare with others saves much more water, reduces the coil fouling and equipment corrosion, and can improve the work reliability of the condenser

Abstract: The automobile crane was in different working conditions and the arm length and elevation conditions corresponding to different weight. Crane 's rated capacity was nonlinear distribution. Torque limiter by detecting arm extended arm length and arm lifting the initial angle. The torque limiter got by calculating crane lifting weight and to realize the crane safety protection and control. The design of torque limiter should take into account the crane working condition, operation requirements, technical indicators.

Abstract: Wind energy has preferable economic and social benefits because of its cleanliness and free pollution, short construction period, and so on. The wind turbine is a complicated nonlinear uncertain system. So the modeling and analysis of system is crucial to the system design of wind turbines. Drive train performance of wind turbine was analyzed, and modeling methods were presented according to rigid drive train and flexible drive train. Based on those models, software has been designed to show the performance of the wind turbine, and then contrast with the result that simulated by GH Bladed software, to verify the accuracy of the models. The results show that the models can be used in optimum design and control strategy.

Abstract: Photoelectrocatalytic oxidation of methyl orange on TiO2 films were investigated in KNO3 solution. In the potential range up to 1.2 V, electro-degradation rates were fairly low that was less than 1%. Degradation rates on the two films were larger at higher potentials. The film prepared without PEG showed better activities than the film prepared with PEG during the whole range of potential. Methyl orange degradation rate increased with increasing KNO3 concentration from 0 to 0.010 mol/l. After 120 min of irradiation, methyl orange degradation rate on the film with PEG was 89.5%, while degradation rate on the film without PEG was 92.0% after the same period.

Abstract: Detection of quality is a necessary procedure in the processing of machining punched sheets. It includes detection of the size of the holes and the distance of neighbored holes on the punched sheets and other machining parameters. Detection completed by workers is the traditional method which is low precision and low efficiency. According to the requirement of real industrial production this paper approaches a detection system based on machine vision which is used to detect the machining quality of punched sheets. The system is including the methods of detection of sub-pixel edge and circle fitting, and is used to improve the precision of detection. Experiment suggests that the detection result of this system is better.

Abstract: Sensing Mine is the specific application of internet of things in mine. Through a variety of techniques of sensing, information transmission and processing, Sensing Mine realizes digital, visualization, and intelligent of true mine. Because mine is in the dynamic mining process, only WSN (wireless sensor network) with the characteristics of distributed, mobile, ad hoc network can be employed to realize mine information sensing. In this paper, low power Wi-Fi(IEEE 802.11)is adopted to constitute WSN, and the node of WSN is mainly consist of GS1010 which is WSN solutions of GainSpan company and other external sensor for mobile sensing of the mine information. Experiment results show that WSN based on Wi-Fi enhances the sensing ability of mine safety information, and provides real-time, reliable data for the mine disasters prediction
