Abstract: The developed corn stubble harvester can simultaneously finish such as the digging, picking up, cleaning, collection and Stripy laying stubble process and so on, but it cost more man-hour time because of the high digging resistance and high engine power consumption in digging stubble works. The digging spring tooth for corn stubble harvester including self-exited vibration S-shaped spring handle and curved chisel-shaped bionic tooth is designed based on the mechanism of drag reduction of self-excited vibration and bionic drag reduction for reduce digging resistance and power consumption, and the statics analysis of digging spring tooth is done by ANSYS software, the stress and strain distribution diagrams show the design is reasonable.

Abstract: In this paper, we put forward the assumption that investors have asymmetric information and heterogeneous belief and derive an asset pricing model. The model suggests the extent of asymmetric information or heterogeneous belief is positively correlated with the risky asset price, which matches the former empirical research.

Abstract: Cup drawing, besides its importance as forming process, also serves as a basic test for the sheet metal formability. To determine the optimum values of the process parameters, it is essential to find their influence on the deformation behaviour of the sheet metal. Based on the predicted thickness and stress distribution of the deep drawn circular cup and analysis of process parameters by LS-DYNA software in the paper, it is evident that the minimum thickness is at the punch radius, which was the danger zone for breaking. BHF is the main influence factor of a axi-symmetric cup, according drawing theory, the curve of the variable blankholder force (VBHF) we designed could improve the formability of sheet. Further, it is shown mold radius has the greater influence on the deep drawing of blank sheet.

Abstract: Design the 3D pattern of jacquard fabric which can be produced as wall covering, we found that choose decentralized irregular image and make the image deformation is not obvious; floating length can’t be too long and tightness are almost same everwhere to make the fabric smooth; when match designing, rendering algorithm must be from the center to keep the two sides from deformation; the weight and length of the pattern should be design base on the image to make the joint invisible.

Abstract: Glyoxylic acid was used to carboxylic collagen protein which obtained by the hydrolysis of gelatin. Al (Ⅲ) was complex to it with aluminium tanning principle in tanning chemistry and the novel flocculent (CGAl) was prepared. Use CODcr removal rate, suspended solid and chroma to indicate the flocculation effect on waste drilling water. The results indicated that when CGAl was used, its dosage was 10.5g/L and the range of pH and temperature were widely. After flocculation, CODcr removal rate was 92.3%, suspended solid decreased from 2115mg/L to 65mg/L, and chroma reduced from 1003 times to 6 times. So the flocculation effect was obviously.

Abstract: Silica(SiO2)matrix composite materials toughened by continuous fiber and fabric are the ideal materials for radomes, possessing many outstanding properties, for instance, high strength, excellent toughness and low density and so on. A comprehensive introduction is provided to the research and application of continuous fiber toughened SiO2 matrix composites, and some three dimensional configurations suitable for SiO2 matrix composites are mainly introduced. Combining with the future of the radome materials for missile, it is pointed out that SiO2 matrix composite materials toughed by continuous fiber or its three-dimensional fabric are the focus and development direction.

Abstract: Sm-Fe-N was prepared by melt-spun Sm-Fe with liquid-N2-cooled copper wheel and nitrogen absorption under N2 gas pressures up to 25 MPa. The structure and magnetic properties of the Sm-Fe-N prepared under varied temperatures, N2 pressures and nitrogen absorption time have been investigated systematically. The liquid N2 melt-spun process improves the homogeneity of the samples while the high N2 pressure increases the efficiency of the nitrogenation process. The Sm-Fe-N decomposes under 25 MPa N2 at temperatures above 743 K.
