Abstract: The multi researches and experiments show that the future highway traffic accident situation is shown by the highway traffic accident prediction. In the paper, support vector regression trained by genetic algorithm is presented in highway traffic accident prediction. In the method, genetic algorithm is used to train the parameters of support vector regression. Firstly, the regression function of support vector regression algorithm is introduced, and the parameters of support vector regression are optimized by genetic algorithm. The computation results between G-SVR and SVR can indicate that the prediction ability for highway traffic accidents of G-SVR is better than that of SVR absolutely.

Abstract: The aim of the system is to standardize coal miners’ safety behavior and reduce the occurrence of the accident. The paper introduces the overall design of the system and detailed analysis of the structure. All the models are built in 3D software for virtools4.0. The combination of the modules in virtools4.0 and scripts realize the function of each component. The control box based on PLC is developed on our own. The system provides the training miners with a realistic virtual environment through the virtual operating platform and hardware equipments. Compared to the traditional training methods, this system has great significance for improving the quality of training.

Abstract: Objective: To establish a finite element model for ladle turret’s supporting arm. Verify the accuracy of finite element analysis, and accurate information cause of crack. Methods: Use ANSYS finite element analysis software to perform a solution of the supporting arm at loaded full ladle . By mean of strain measuements ,impact coefficient was obtained, and presents an analytical study of static strength of the supporting arm. Result:The greater the load is, the smaller the impact factor is. Verify the accuracy of the finite element method by on-site response test. Accordingly, it improves the supporting arm on the structure by effective basis.

Abstract: the reform and open policy has brought us Chinese people rich and colorful. However, the disparity between the rich and poor gap are increasing due to the uneven development in Chinese economic so that state of social security become more and more terrible than the pass. Thus, it is very meaningful to establish a social security video surveillance system to achieve security linkage management by this way that monitors the important insecure point by installing one or more camera to capturing the situation real-time. When there is something happen, the monitoring center will cause an alert signal to administer for further processing. In this paper, we present a scheme to achieve the social security requirement.

Abstract: The purpose of flight path planning is to find the optimal path from the real-time and conflict-free airspace to meet the targets, according to one or several performance index. Effective avoiding the no-fly zones, such as the areas of martial movement and the areas of rain and thunderstorm, has great significance to the current flight management system (FMS) that is real-time and effective implementation of the flight plan. The dynamic optimization method of level route based on DP (Dynamic Programming) algorithm without no-fly zone constraints is discussed. Quick and effective to find out an optimal path from the waypoints of arbitrary selection and input can be realized. On this basis, the situation of adding no-fly zone constraints is focused on. In order to ensure that the aircraft is able to effectively avoid no-fly zone constraints in actual flight, Gauss Kruger projection method to convert geographic coordinates to plane coordinates is adopted. Simulation results show that the method used can not only effectively avoid no-fly zone constraints, and the path passed is still optimal.

Abstract: The in-motion alignment of a SINS/GPS integrated system uses the GPS velocity and position as observations, hence the SINS position and velocity errors are instantaneously observable. However the attitude error is not directly observable, it is important to find a way to improve the observability of attitude error because the degree-of-observability of the attitude error affects the accuracy of alignment. In this paper, the singular value decomposition (SVD) method is used to analyze the degree-of-observability of SINS/GPS during in-motion alignment. Simulations involving nine typical maneuvers indicate that both the yaw-axis rotation and the accelerated motion can improve the degree-of-observability of attitude error. Of the nine types of maneuvers, the triaxial rotation with acceleration is the most effective maneuver for improving the degree-of-observability of a SINS/GPS integrated system.

Abstract: With the connection of distributed generation (DG), structure of traditional distribution network changes and original relay protection scheme should be adjusted. On the basis of introducing the concept and advantages of distributed generation, this paper discusses the influence of distributed generation with different position or different capacity on current protection. The paper analyzes magnitude and distribution of fault current under short-circuit condition and change curves of fault current are given, which provides some theoretical basis for new relay protection scheme.

Abstract: A new image forensics algorithm based on phase correlation is proposed to detect image copy-move forgery. Phase correlation is computed to obtain the typical distribution of correlation value and then minimum variance method is applied to determine the pulse diagram. The spatial offset between copied portion and pasted portion is estimated according to the pulse position, thus the copy-move region can be quickly located. Experimental results indicate that this method is not only implemented easily, but also achieve an effective and accurate location for small tampered areas. With this method, detection accuracy is guaranteed and application scope of the algorithm is extended simultaneously.

Abstract: Based on adaptive backstepping nonlinear control scheme and dissipative system theory, the robust adaptive nonlinear controller is designed for single machine infinite bus (SMIB) power system with static Var compensator (SVC), which conquers the obstacle of relative degree one of passivity feedback scheme. During the procedure of designing controller and parameter estimator, the uncertainties of disturbances and the damping coefficient are taken into account; therefore, the designed controller has the ability of robustness and adaptive estimation. The globally uniformly boundness of all the states in the system and the asymptotical stability of the system errors are verified by the theories. Simulation experiments show that not only the transient stability of the SVC power system is guaranteed, but also the robustness performance is significantly improved even with disturbances.
