Abstract: These papers investigates the effect of X-ray on forward current characteristics of diode. The forward current of diode after X-ray irradiation energy 40 keV at the exposure time ranging 5, 10 second was increased, while 15 and 20 second was decreased. X-ray causes changing of the electrical characteristics of diode. Series resistance is the main factor for analyze on forward current characteristics. From the results, X-ray can improve performance of diode at the exposure time for 5 and 10 second.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel approach to solve semi-active non-holonomic vehicle-parking assistant problem. This system can be automatically drive a vehicle and can be used during day or and night. A robust algorithm for this system is developed and embedded controller hardware is designed and programmed to parallel parking maneuver. In this approach, infrared distance sensor is mounted on the car to find parking space, localize the vehicle position and avoid obstacles. Experimental and simulation results show good performance in the algorithm for parking system under parallel parking. Parking maneuver is safer and efficient through using these advanced safety techniques for parking. Simulation results obtained with the presented system are applied for semi-active parking assistance system.

Abstract: In the orientation of presswork, this paper prospects that an offset of presswork is a limited numerical value. The numerical value of offset is confirmed from register. These dates will be transferred to paper advance mechanism for its revised. This paper prospects a rapidly detect arithmetic whether a presswork has deflection. In detecting of presswork, if the orientation of presswork and the detecting of quality will be integrated, it will rapidly find the area of blot and revise the quality of printing.

Abstract: In this paper, after studying the demands and requirements of a perfect smart grid and specifications of network topology and sensor nodes utilized in a Wireless Sensor Network [WSN], a manipulated version of them is proposed to be combined with smart grid in order to improve the data acquisition step, increase the security and facilitate the process of information and desired commands from users. We will take the advantage of computer simulations to illustrate improved capacity and speed of this method. Finally, we will analyze the advantages of employing this proposed structure in a smart grid.

Abstract: This paper presents the new control algorithm for three-phase, four-wire distributing system using unified power quality conditioner (UPQC). The UPQC, a combination of series and shunt active filter (AF) with common dc link, is one of the best solution towards the compensation of voltage sag, swell problems and also compensate voltage flicker/imbalance, reactive power, negative sequence current and maintain zero voltage regulation (ZVR) at the point of common coupling (PCC) on distribution system. The series AF is seen by using a three-phase, three leg voltage source inverter (VSI) and the shunt AF is of a three-phase, four leg voltage source inverter (VSI). The proposed model of the UPQC is developed in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment and the simulation results prove the power quality improvement in the system.

Abstract: Today’s scarcity of power generation and complex distribution through the electric power systems can not address the trend of increasing demand and consumption of electricity. The monitoring and control of the electric power systems through wired communications require expenses in material, staff, and usually fail in the effective communication for fault diagnostic and protection. In this article we discuss the possibility for the Wireless Sensors and Actuators to address this challenge and provide an optimization of the management for the electric power systems. By embedding the positive influence over the three major power systems: power generation, power delivery, and power utilization, Wireless Sensor and Actuator Networks (WSANs) emerge as an enhancing technology for the next generation of electric power systems, Smart Grids. In this paper, we present an overview of the functionalities of the WSANs in Smart Grids, their advantages over traditional networks, and their architectural characteristics in a way of supervision and control of the power system, by improving the balance between the power supply and demand, and therefore avoiding energy shortages.

Abstract: The paper deals with eigenvalues and normalized eigenfunctions for a Strum-Liouville eigenvalue problem. The technique we have used is based on applying a Adomian decomposition method (ADM) to our eigenvalue problems. Doing some simple mathematical operations on the method, we can obtain ith eigenvalues and eigenfunctions one at a time. The computed results agree well with those analytical results given in the literature.

Abstract: This paper presents a method for helping deaf persons during the driving. Deaf persons are most vulnerable people in driving. Car accidents are always ambushing the deaf persons. Using the horn is very necessary in a safe driving but whereas the deaf person can not sense this alarm it can be dangerous for them.By this paper we introduce a voice sensitive controlled system that can be recognize the voice frequency and show a visual alarm instead of it. We have specialized this system for horn of car sound and equipped the deaf `s car by this system. The purpose of this system is recognizing the voice upon to the frequency of it. In continue we designed and introduced this system.

Abstract: In electric power system, relay protection system can powerfully safeguard secure and stable operation of the first circuit equipment; it’s an important task to ensure reliable operation of protection system. Research on reliability of it now arises much attention at home and abroad. The paper carries out detailed research survey on reliability of relay protection system, which contains AC input circuit, digital relay protection equipment and operation output circuit. In general it also contains automatic equipment and telecommunication network etc. It belongs to repairable system; state-space method and fault-tree method are main analysis methods. Each protection has its own principle and structure, the modeling of which is different. The paper discusses the reliability modeling and index system of protection system from three aspects, whose failure models are hardware and software construction, main protection and backup protection construction and construction with relation to operation mode of power system. With the vigorous development of DG in smart grid, the prospects of reliability evaluation of wide area adaptive protection system are presented.

Abstract: Using radio frequency technique, the reader machine will load call signal into 70MHz radio frequency, and send to response machine wirelessly. The call signal will be sent to the control of response machine by circuit coupling, demodulation, voltage comparator. The control will analyze and identify the call signal, send the stored 4-bit binary code back to the reader machine by transmitting modulation circuit, and display the detail of response machine.
