Abstract: In order to reveal the incentive functions of information technology innovation during the process of information construction, factor analysis is used in this paper. By exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity test, SEM can effectively reveal the correlation between different information technology elements in Chinese enterprises. For illustration, 322 copies of questionnaires are sent out, 297 questionnaires are returned and the response rate is 89%. The total sample of 138 is randomly selected for exploratory factor analysis. The empirical results show that the validity of the sample structure is strong, and each indicator in the corresponding volume is greater than the load factor of 0.5 on the threshold. The empirical research has revealed information technology microcosmic mechanism in the process of information construction, which can provide the effective theoretical references for enterprises to further strengthen the information construction and raise the management efficiency.

Abstract: Performance reliability method (PRM) has great advantages on modeling with few failure data by using the performance degradation data. The purpose of this paper is to find the defects of PRM based on HOLT model, and PRM method based on ARIMA model was proposed by introducing the product fleet real-time performance reliability information to the measuring points. Finally, an example applying on the aero-engine remaining life prediction was taken to validate that PRM method based on ARIMA model can avoid variances errors derived from the formula, compared with the PRM model based on HOLT model. The relative error of the improved method has 11.765% lower. So we can draw a conclusion that this method is effective and feasible.

Abstract: This paper presents a simple and efficient approach for solving the nonconvex economic dispatch (ED) problems based on Immune-pso algorithm. ED is one of the most important problems in power system operation and planning. The aim of the ED problem is to determine the optimal combination of power outputs of all generating units so as to meet the required load demand at minimum operating cost while satisfying system equality and inequality constraints. This paper proposes an novel Immune-PSO algorithm to handle the equality and inequality constraints in ED problems. The Immune-PSO can be used as an optimizer providing the global solution while satisfying constraints for the nonconvex ED problems. To verify the feasibility of the proposed method, numerical studies have been performed for test systems.

Abstract: Tritium safety research on the tritium system of Test Blanket Module(TBM) was carried out. At first, according to safety analysis task and method of tritium system, the research process framework about the tritium safety analysis was given. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on tritium system was carried out, analyzing the calculation process of permission value of TBM Tritium release. In order to compare and assess safety grade of the tritium system among all kinds of nuclear facilities, calculation formula was given, finally.

Abstract: The digital campus project has become an important part of the campus information construction. This paper proposes a realization plan of information platform of deep development and utilization for digital campus based on Web Services and SOA on the analysis of problems of digital campus construction. It introduces the platform based on SOA and the realization of data exchange platform facing Web, and provides the example for service encapsulation. The whole plan with good encapsulation, expansibility and loose coupling solves the problem of utilization and sharing of campus resources.

Abstract: The pharmacokinetics of norfloxacin were investigated in the European eel after a single oral gavage of 10 mg norfloxacin per kg body weight. The concentrations of norfloxacin in the main tissues (kidney, muscle, hepatopancreas and blood) were simultaneously detected by HPLC. All of the concentration-time curves of norfloxacin in the plasma, muscle and liver were consistent with absorption of a two-compartment open kinetic model. Norfloxacin was widely distributed in different tissues in the European eel. Apparent volume of distribution (Vd) was 52.025 L/kg, 34.589 L/kg, 2.795 L/kg, and 0.969 L/kg, in plasma, muscle, liver and kidney, respectively. Norfloxacin in the eel was proved to eliminate slowly, and half-time (tβ1/2) in plasma, muscle, liver and kidney, was 201.222 h, 123.789 h, 120.634 h and 627473.495 h, respectively. Body clearance was 0.689 L / ( kg•h ), 1.793 L/( kg•h ), 0.097 L/( kg•h ) and 0.028 L /( kg•h ), in plasma, muscle, liver and kidney, respectively.

Abstract: In order to analyze effect of processing parameters on Laser Shock Peening(LSP), a novel numerical model integrated with FEM and statistical optimization algorithm was established, and the numerical simulation of LSP process was carried out. In simulation, laser pulse energy, beam diameter and center distance were considered as control parameters, while the compressive residual stress and the deformation value as output aim parameters,. The results indicates that the laser pulse energy has the strongest impact on the surface residual stress, while the spot diameter affects the section residual stress and the surface deformation. Moreover, the response surface function was applied to predict and optimize laser parameters. Lastly the presented method was verified by experiments.

Abstract: The middle managers shoulder the important responsibility in the enterprise. The middle managers stress executive capability. But the executive result affects business performance directly. In order to realize strategic objectives, the enterprises must strengthen management and development of the middle managers on the base of people-post matching. The paper analyses the game between the enterprise and the middle managers on the base of the meaning and status of people-post matching. The paper builds the game matrix and portfolio strategy game. The game analysis provides decision basis for the people-post matching and development of the middle managers.

Abstract: This paper presents an optimum selection of a co-generation system for heat and power generation at University of Technology Sydney, based on technological, environmental, social and economical factors. Five potential cogeneration concepts were developed based on Internal combustion (IC) engines, External combustion engines including Stirling engine, Organic Rankine cycle (ORC), Kalina cycle, and Fuel-cells, and compared. Organic Rankine Module (ORC) is finally selected. The selected cogeneration offers shorter payback period, lower IRRand net-energy savings, lower Co2 emissions, and higher electric-power generation capacity.

Abstract: Management and control of noise pollution in wind turbines are important to integrate wind turbines in building and urban areas. A scaled model of a horizontal-co-axial wind turbine was designed, built and tested in the wind tunnel of University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and its characteristics and aerodynamic-noise emissions were analyzed. The noise reduction capability of the horizontal-twin-shaft wind turbines was compared with wind turbines with the conical entry nozzle (stator), duct-shroud-envelop and vertical shafts. Air velocity, shaft rpm, electric-power generation, noise frequency and amplitude were measured. It was found that up to 15% reduction in the amplitude (dB) of noise emisit from twin shaft wind turbine compared to the single shaft bench mark turbine. The noise analysis performed as a result of these experiments may be used in the design and selection of a building integrated horizontal axis wind turbine for applications at UTS buildings.
