Abstract: It’s difficult for the traditional operation mode of enterprises to meet new market demands in the information era. The information relationship between various subjects is dynamically changing in the open network environment, the E-Commerce information exchange is highly dynamic, therefore, new resolutions must be sought. This paper starts from the perspective of dynamic information spreading, puts forward the E-Commerce integration and information technology drive hierarchical and structural model centered with the information flow, for the purpose of constructing E-Commerce into a seamless integrity, employs structural equation to transfer dynamic information into a measurable concept, so as to make dynamic information concrete and operable, and designs information drive model to play the role of precaution in E-Commerce operation.

Abstract: Generalized autoregressive conditional density model provides a useful tool for simulating the probability density function of financial asset return. It is essential for describing the dynamic character of financial asset return comprehensively. Copula function can be used to combine some marginal distributions together. Based on Copula function, multivariate conditional Copula-GARCD-JSU model, a new model, is proposed in the paper. Fortunately, the famous “dimension disaster” in multivariate GARCD model can be overcome by the new model. Furthermore, the estimation and test method for the model are discussed in detail. In empirical analysis, the new model can not only be applied to describe the dynamic character of individual market, but also to simulate the dynamic relation between them.

Abstract: The construction industry in Malaysia is very important for creating employment, both directly and indirectly. It faces two repeated problems during the construction stage: slippage of project-schedules, i.e. time overrun and overrun of project cost; to the dislike of owners, contractors and consultants. This paper studies the time delay and cost overrun factors for Design and Build D&B projects in Malaysia. A Questionnaire was used to collect data from practitioners and analyse the responses and rank the factors and groups on overall view of the contracting parties. Identified risk factors from the theoretical domain were used to prepare 79 time related question and 18 cost related question categorized in 9 groups and 1 group respectively. Total of 136 respondents recorded their ratings to the factors in the questionnaire. Labour-related group has the top 1 rank with RII 0.684. The results can be used as a guideline to successfully handle construction projects in Malaysia; contributing for better project performance and lead to positive risks, opportunities.

Abstract: As modern industry highly develops and environmental & energy issues are increasingly serious, green design for products has become the key to sustainable development. This article explains the meaning of green design and discusses the criteria of green design on the four aspects of environment, technology, economy and agreeableness. On this basis, the article describes green design methods for products in the link of modern industrial design.

Abstract: Thermal stratification of lakes and reservoirs can result in substantial hypolimnetic oxygen depletion, which may have a negative impact on the cold-water fisheries, the drinking water treatment process, and water quality downstream of hydropower reservoirs. Several techniques of aeration are presented in this study, to describe their effectiveness in control of physical and chemical parameters, that compromising the balance ecological and the thermal stratification in water supplies. As a result, we demonstrate that the most efficient hypolimnetic aeration system is the bubble plume diffuser; although an accidental destratification may occur. In hypolimnetic aeration systems, the aeration system by bubble plume appears to be the most economic and perhaps the simplest among the systems used in Stanley lake (Colorado, U.S.A), even as other researches select Speece Cone aeration system, or the full airlift systems, or the TVA line diffuser. The purpose of this study is to show the oxygen transfer efficiencies in the different methods used in the technique of hypolimnetic aeration, and their effect on the preservation of the thermal stratification. As well, this study concentrate on the economic and technical sides associated to these aeration systems.

Abstract: A patent specification contains useful data to analyze technological innovation. A set of patent applications filed by a firm represents its MOT (management of technology) strategy. Analyzing patent application in line with socio-economic change may demonstrate the changes in MOT strategy. It is demonstrated that in the late 20th century and the early 21st century, the range of technological collaboration was broadened due to MOT strategy and socio-economic changes. Today, as various types of entities are connected in global information networks, utilizing interplay between industries and those entities will be a critical factor for success in materials innovation.

Abstract: Tripoding the camera is a standard solution to acquire aligned images useful for High Dynamic Range photography. On the other hand, the chance to use a hand-held digital camera is surely more practical and attractive for photographers. In this paper we propose a registration algorithm that recovers the alignment of several bracketed images using a progressive combination of homographies estimated from a set of image correspondences.

Abstract: Service quality is good or bad is dominated by the many intangible factors. The measurement and evaluation of service quality has been a challenge. The paper is based on the SERVQUAL model which can be used to evaluate service quality. In addition, the paper discusses how to use this method measuring and evaluating the service quality in practice

Abstract: In this paper, there is an analysis of the situation of production safety accidents that is the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, Hebei Province in China. The characteristics of production safety accidents and laws will be revealed. The monitoring method of safe production run will be proposed as the basis of decision making for the safe production conditions can be effectively controlled.

Abstract: Forest fire indirect loss means that a type of loss that does not results from direct damage of a covered cause of loss but is, instead, a consequence of the direct damage loss by forest fire. It is much more difficult to quantify and therefore may go unnoticed by local government. However, forest fire indirect loss is far more costly than direct loss. When reviewing forest fire loss, measure the forest fire indirect loss, as well as the forest fire direct loss, to make sure we are capturing the total impact of forest fire losses. So far, there is no precise classification and calculation for forest fire indirect loss. This paper concentrated on assessing the losses that impacted of forest fire. The results would be a guide for policymakers for developing an appropriate preventive action to reduce the risk and potential indirect loss before the fire occurs.
