Abstract: The priority evaluation index of maintenance support force is established, and the mathematical description is developed. The priority of each maintenance support force unit is calculated with Monte Carlo simulation method, and the scheduling model is built on the basis of priority. Practical example shows that the model is accurate and effective.

Abstract: We have known that many of the main features of river can be captured in a relatively simple cellular computer model. Here we examine some of the detailed characteristics of this model. We show a new tangential angle and special treatment method in curvature channel in a simple cellular model. The water distribute will be determined by the tangential angle which represent the flow direction. And the same tangential angle cellular in curvature reach will be transport in one group in filially. The results show it can make the flow routing conformed to the real river, and solve the question of curve bending coefficient is too large. The results of the routing scheme are compared with field measurements of cross-section, with the predictions of a more close to the real. It’s indicate that the curvature flow routing scheme outlined here is able to overcome some of the limitations of previous simple cellular automata models and may be suitable for use in curvature reach of river modeling water and sediment transport and channel change in complex fluvial environments. As such this research represents a small and ongoing contribution to the field of numerical simulation of curvature channel processes.

Abstract: Aiming at low precision for traditional angular velocity algorithms in GFSINS, a BP neural network algorithm without complex mathematic computation is put forward to calculate angular velocity. Based on a ten-accelerometer configuration scheme, the accelerometer output, sample interval and fixed position are chosen as input, angular velocity got by lognormal algorithm is chosen as output, and 5000 sample data is trained in the several conditions with different hiding layers, neural cells and training steps. Then a three-layer BP network model with 30 hiding layer neural cells is built. Finally, the angular velocity is predicted in real time by the model. Results show that network has strong adaptive capability and real time, and compared with lognormal algorithm, prediction time is almost equal, but prediction precision of angular velocity is nearly improved by three times.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of fresh food inventory management, an inventory model of fresh food is established based on the safety reliability of food cold chain logistics. Through solving the model and comparing the solutions, three important ordering policies of fresh food are gained. First, the greater the requirement of safety of fresh food is, the shorter its order cycle. Second, the higher the demand rate of fresh food is, the shorter its order cycle. Third, the better the condition of inventory is, the longer its order cycle.

Abstract: This article builds up nodes growth model based on weighted network and analyzes the evolution characteristics of railway hub logistics spatial network (LSN) under passenger dedicated line conditions. The results show that impelled by passenger dedicated line, the logistics amount of railway hub tends towards agglomeration and distributes more irregularly among stations; The network possesses convergence yet is unlikely forming a single center network because of the effect of the attractiveness of nodes and the weights of edges of railway hub LSN, but will split up into multi-center hierarchy network. It is also demonstrated by statistical data of logistics nodes of Guangzhou railway hub in one year pre-and-post-operation of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line.

Abstract: In order to solve the abnormal pattern recognition problem of the sensor monitoring data automatically, a set of method on the time series similarity measurement is used in this paper. Abnormal time series patterns clustering analysis based on the DTW distance is proposed firstly, thus the typical time series patterns can be obtained. From which the important shape indexes can be extracted and filtered based on piecewise shape measure method, then the shape index table can be established. With which a pattern recognition system can be designed used to recognize these abnormal patterns on real-time. As a case, this method has been used in a high gas coal mine and the important promotion application value has been proved in the sensor monitoring field.

Abstract: Polymer, a flexible material that can be engineered and long-term stabilized, is a promising material that is readily formed into planar waveguide structures in integrated-optical devices implemented in optical systems for (tele-)communications applications. First, the general required properties of a passive polymeric waveguide material operated at the telecommunication wavelength of 1.55 m are studied, followed by a discussion on how to engineer polymers to meet requirements of specific applications. Several engineered and tested polymers were chosen to evaluate against the ideal passive polymeric waveguide material.

Abstract: With the information era’s coming, readers’ requirements and behaviors have changed, so the university library need to innovate traditional ways of management and service. The establishment of cafe in the library caters to the reading requirements of readers; it is a one-stop service including the learning support, culture and leisure, intercourse and collaboration. The background of university library’s cafe is analyzed briefly; its functions and constructing elements are explained in detail. The university library cafe will be the information acquisition, knowledge learning and cooperation exchange place which has comfortable environment, improved equipments and centralized functions.

Abstract: This study explains that a method utilizing the eigen spaces obtained by the KL transform for automatic recognition by camera of the speed on a speed limit sign has the following advantages: it is robust in response to changes in intensity patterns caused by the direction the sign is facing and by the amount of light striking the sign, and it is able to reduce the recognition processing time by reducing the number of feature vector dimensions during analysis. The method for recognition of traffic signs previously proposed by the authors of this study was a method for recognition based on extracting geometric shapes from the sign and recognizing them based on their aspect ratios. As such, this method was not able to identify the numbers on a speed limit sign, all of which have identical aspect ratios. It will be shown that the method in this study is able to recognize nearly all speed limits indicated on traffic signs within several 100s of ms after image acquisition. This method was applied to still images and its effectiveness was verified from the perspective of the following requirements for providing accurate information concerning the vehicle surroundings to the driver: high processing speed, high recognition accuracy, detection of all detectable objects without omission, and robustness in response to changes in the surrounding environment.

Abstract: The author presents a hierarchical electronic voting shceme for numerous voters. In the scheme,The administrator can separate those voters into a number of districts and designate a administrator and ballot inspector to manage voting and check ballot in every district, respectively. The districts are not divided into some smaller ones until those districts are moderate in size. The hierarchical electronic voting scheme works efficiently and meets the requirement for general electronic voting scheme.
