Abstract: For the characteristics of acid regeneration which is highly complex and nonlinear and the problem of unstable emission concentration of HCL gas in steel industry, Gene Expression Programming is applied to mathematical modeling emission concentration of HCL gas of acid regeneration in a steel factory. 11 key process variables are taken as modeling variables to mine model in history data with GEP, which is then applied to predicting emission concentration in training set and validation set. The results indicate that the model set up by GEP can predict emission concentration effectively, and conduct the production of acid regeneration timely and accurately.

Abstract: To enable rapid response to the needs of MES reconfiguration, we introduce a component -based MES reconfiguration approach based on PIM. In this approach we get feature values by extending PIM, and use them to query reusable components that are needed to perform MES reconfiguration. By this means we can ensure system flexibility, on the other hand ensure the quality of the reconstructed system from the abstraction level of models.

Abstract: Wind speed forecasting is essential for effective planning of wind energy exploitation projects. The ability to predict short-term wind speed is a prerequisite for all the operators of the wind energy sector. Consequently it is essential to identify an efficient method for forecasts. In this paper, the wind speed in the province of Trapani (Sicily) is modeled by artificial neural network. Several model of neural network were generated and compared through error measures. Simulation results show that the estimated values of wind speed are in good agreement with the values measured by anemometers..

Abstract: Area logistics system is interactive with area economical structure. When designing the system of logistics, we should not only consider the optimization of logistics, but also area industrial structural features, and correlation of each factor within the area system as well. Based on the development of logistics and manufacturing, multiple factors are selected to establish a point-line-surface conceptual model of the area logistics system based on interactive development of the manufacturing and logistics industry.

Abstract: At present, the domestic research on the scale of macroscopic logistics has yet belonged to the blankness, therefore, this research tries using LV in circulation and LV in stock to measure the logistics volume and forecasting it in a long period. In order to overcome the phenomenon of “floating upward” in long-term period, this paper establish the improved Grey RBF to forecast the LV next 5-10 year in Jilin province of China. The results show that the increased circulation of goods is the main reason leading to increased logistics volume, and the simulation also shows that the improved gray RBF neural network model is a good method for the government to establish the logistics development policy.

Abstract: To provide policy recommendations for deepening implementation of the national public transport priority strategy, authors analyzed the status quo of China’s urban transport, and pointed out that the deteriorating traffic environment, lack of related laws, unlimited increase of car ownership and improper management system are the main problems severely restraining sustainable development of the urban public transport. Based on research on causes of the problems, authors put forward the relevant policy recommendations, from the view points of law construction, smooth traffic projects, car use guidance and reform of administration system. These policy recommendations are quite necessary and significant to promote sound development of China’s urban public transport.

Abstract: The criteria of GB/T 19580 are listed in form of linguistic term and its scoring system lacks of interim between adjacent grades. When the criteria are used in quality performance assessment, it will deal with large of qualitative indicators’ measurement and synthesis. The linguistic cloud model is introduced to implement the transition between qualitative criteria and quantitative measurement, and the evaluation approach of cloud center gravity is used to measure the change of multi-dimensional synthetic cloud. The degree of deviation θ is used to weigh the deflection between actual quality performance and best practice. Finally, a case is discussed to demonstrate the method proposed in this paper.

Abstract: Solving the key technology of software system is the foundation of the enterprise implementation of EHR. For small medium enterprise data quantity is little, and lack of a large amount of money to support, carry on the key techniques of EHR software studies. First, research software framework technology, compare the characteristics of the J2EE framework and the.Net framework, recommend the latter, and give the frame structure; Study on performance evaluation index system, illustrate the basic idea of target management, design implementation procedures of target management; Finally, research system security, design three-dimensional framework based on OSI model network security system structure, make use of the SSL protocol to improve data security between application factors. The results of the study show that, software key technology for small medium enterprises implementation of EHR has the important practical significance.

Abstract: An Al-Ti-N master alloy was prepared through the addition of AlN and Ti powders into pure Al melt heated in an induction furnace. This master alloy shows a higher grain refinement effect for pure Al than Al-Ti due to the formation of TiN and/or AlxTiyNz particles in the Al matrix. DTA, SEM and XRD results suggest that TiN and/or AlxTiyNz particles start to form at about 970°C during heating the Al-Ti-AlN powder mixture.

Abstract: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a kind of advanced management method and ideological system, which is an effective tool to improve operating efficiency. In reference to the domestic and foreign relevant research results, this paper attempts to find a set of evaluation index system and method, which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises in China implementing ERP system performance evaluation according to characteristics. Then use AHP to determine each index weight and evaluate comprehensively ERP implementation performance of small and medium-sized enterprise employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This can provide ERP project methodological guidance and help enterprise to carry out the scientific decision, improve the success rate of ERP implementation, and promote the process of ERP in our country popularity.
