Abstract: In the process that international society advocates low-carbon economy and in the movement of social responsibility, both theory field and practical field need to explore new thought as well as new model about how to evaluate enterprise’s social responsibility. Especially, in the practice of building harmony society of China, enterprise as basic organization and micro entity, should undertake social responsibility. This paper firstly defines the meaning of enterprise’s social responsibility, and then joining it with the practical condition of Chinese enterprise, from the angle of stake-holders including employee, stockholder, consumer, supplier, community, government and environment resource to build the evaluation index system of enterprise’s social responsibility, in order to offer a criterion and guideline for evaluating its performance.

Abstract: In order to solve the choice of the third-party reverse logistics enterprise, this paper analyzed the goal factors involved in the choice of enterprise, confirmed the weight of choice index using the method of AHP, solve the multi-objective programming problems combined with the method of goal programming, established the model of the goal programming, chose the optimal solutions.

Abstract: At present, the phenomenon of rural collective construction land transference widely exists in many cities, including big cities and small and medium-sized cities. Due to the small city's characteristics, the collective land transference management is easier to be ignored. But small and medium-sized cities play an important role in promoting urbanization process with Chinese characteristics. Therefore we must be cautious in dealing with collective construction land transference management of small and medium-sized cities. Most scholars in research give more attentions to big cities. They think transference should be promoted and imposing restrictions on transference is below allowing it. They also think allowing transference can effectively relieve the shortage of land supply, revitalize the land resources, and increase farmers' income, but also can solve the problems such as "small property right". But this conclusion overlooked the differences of large and medium-sized cities and small urban in land use and land resources demand characteristics. Based on small city land development characteristics, its collective construction land transference should adjust measures to local conditions

Abstract: Because of the problem that how to formulate standard working hours quickly and accurately in the process of making time quota for enterprises at the present stage, we propose a concept which is a set of operating action and process feature. Considering the similarity of the attribute of process feature between the parts, and seeming the class of locomotive wheels as the object of research, we design a typical template of formulating standard process auxiliary processing time using MOD, this template faces process feature. In actual application, enterprises only have to modify the template slightly in view of the actual situation to meet the requirements.

Abstract: The structure and force of the reamers were analysed, and the mechanical model of the self-guided Single-blade deep-hole reamer was established. The fundamental basis of the structural design was expounded in theory. And analysed the Rationality which Single-blade tool and two Guide block were used. And the reamer stable cutting conditions were obtained.

Abstract: Through dynamics test and theoretical analysis about rubber bearings in Auto body’s sub-frame, and the past research results of sinusoidal excitation, a hysteretic non-linear mathematical model of the rubber bearings is established under the condition of random excitation. The model shows that the hysteretic renewed force of the rubber bearings under random excitation can be expressed with the mean value and variance of random excitation’s statistical characteristics and speed. Finally curves of the hysteretic renewed force - displacement are reconstructed with the model built, which match the test’s results well.

Abstract: The institutional investor selling a large block of shares in the market usually faces with liquidity risk declining the stock’s prices. In the paper, supposing that temporary impact is stochastic and nonlinear function of trading velocity, we establishes the discrete mathematical model and uses PSO to obtain the optimal liquidation strategies of risk aversion, which is a strict concave function. When analyzing the sensitivity of the parameters, we find that the curve becomes higher and steeper with the increase of the parameters or the decrease of , .As the parameter is tremendous, the curve is close to a horizon line.

Abstract: The aviation industry is a typically high-tech industry, which rallies a large number of high-tech achievements of mankind. Its distinct features are the high investment, long period and strong pulling function to industry. The development of large aircraft has currently become an important economic development project to promote the successful combination of technology and economy. The resources of talents are an important guarantee for this industry. First, this article studies the meaning of the talents and the chain of talents, on this basis, analyzes the chain of talents by means of SWOT, further explores optimization strategies of the chain of talents in order to serve for the large aircraft design talent strategies of our country.

Abstract: In this paper, properties of HPC beam during the early curing period are studied by FBG embedded strain sensors. Since FBG senses both strain and temperature simultaneously, FBG temperature sensors are used to compensate temperature effect of FBG strain sensors for accurate measurement of strain. Meanwhile FBG temperature sensors can monitor inner temperature changes of concrete. Simultaneous measuring of strain and temperature has been realized here. The results show that early age autogenous shrinkages of HPC concrete beams during the early curing period are pretty high. Also the content of water reducing agent on autogenous shrinkage has been analyzed.

Abstract: The influence of carbonyl iron particles sizes on the properties of magneto-rheological fluids (MRFs) were studied. Different-sized carbonyl iron magnetic particles were prepared by ball milling with different milling times. On this basis, different particle MRF were prepared The off-state viscosity and the shear stress of the above MRFs were characterised and studied by an advanced rotational rheometer system. The test results show that the off-state viscosity and the shear stress of single-particle MRFs were enhanced with increasing average carbonyl iron particle size at a constant magnetic field. The shear stresses of MRFs containing two or three different particle sizes were significantly improved compared with the MRFs containing only a single particle size. At a reasonable level of medium and small size carbonyl iron particle spread throughout the structure of the multiple-particle MRFs, the defects in the chain structure were remedied when a chain reaction occurred, and the mechanical properties of MRFs were enhanced. Meanwhile, increased mass fractions of the small size carbonyl iron particle resulted in a reduction in overall average particle size of MRFs, and the mechanical properties of MRFs were also reduced. The mechanical properties of multiple-particle MRFs were observed to be strongly dependent on the size and mass fraction of the medium and small carbonyl iron particles.
