Abstract: This study investigates unconditional distributions of daily log-returns of Japanese security prices from a comprehensive point of view. The purpose of this article is to estimate a risk distribution of stocks in terms of Value-at-Risk (VaR) in order to select low risk securities from many securities. Daily log-return time series of 1,340 Japanese companies listed on the first section of Tokyo Stock Exchange are examined during the last one decade. I develop a method to estimate VaR by both the maximum likelihood estimation procedure under a q-Gaussian assumption and analytical form of its cumulative distribution function. It is confirmed that they are fitted to q-Gaussian distributions (Student t-distributions) with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. It is found that the complementary cumulative distribution function of VaR has a power-law tail with its characteristic exponent depending on values of the VaR percentile.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to solve the problem of constructing information platform for small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance. According to the present situation of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise informatization, the research on ASP(application service provider) model proposed to construct the small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform, expounded the advantages of ASP, proposed the small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform of information sharing mechanism. The formation of small and medium-sized enterprises of dynamic alliance effective operation had certain positive contribution. In this paper, the innovation of originality focuses on building small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform base on ASP model.

Abstract: In order to protect the occupational health and safety of migrant workers, government has developed a series of regulations, policies, and requires enterprises to pay injury insurance costs for migrant workers. Most of migrant workers concentrate in small and medium enterprises (SME’s). The intrinsic motivation that SMEs will pay the cost of industrial injury insurance for migrant workers is not strong. The migrant workers also do not want SMEs to pay the costs. Therefore, proceeding from the fundamental interests of the SMEs and migrant workers, the article is based on Evolutionary Game approach and analyzes the evolution paths of SMEs’ behaviors. The research provides the reliable theory reference for Chinese government to adjust the industrial injury insurance policy and protect the occupational health and safety of migrant workers’.

Abstract: La–doped TiO2 thin films were synthesized using TTIP, IPA , Acetic acid ,and La2¬O3 as precursors by sol-gel method and dip-coating method. The different molar raitos of La/Ti ( 0.025,0.050,0.075 and 0.100 ) were supported on ITO glass to product photocatalytic electrodes. The properties of both TiO2/ITO and La- TiO2/ITO photocatalytic electrodes were characterized by FE-SEM,BET and XRD. The FE-SEM and BET analytical results demonstrate that La-TiO2/ITO particles have uniform shape and small size (<10nm ) compared with TiO2/ITO. Anotherway, the XRD resultes show that when more molar raitos of La/Ti the crystallites become more percent to of rutile. The La-TiO2/ITO photocatalytic electrode with molar raito 0.05 shows the best photocatalysis with mineralization rate after four hours reaction. On this condition, different Acid Yellow 17 initial concentration and UV light intensity have been research. Applied potential 2.0V would effectively increase the decolonization rate under visible light irradiation.

Abstract: Innovation and Research have been associated for a long time. We use the term innovation to mean the process that transforms ideas into commercial value. The innovation path is quite long, difficult and complex from the production of new ideas to the final product. So, we need to define the meaning of innovation in research in order to maximize the chance to take the right way to a successful innovation. The association of the two words, innovation and research, is not really relevant. This document explains what is innovation in research and how to manage it. A specific doctoral training session is also described in order to improve innovation outcomes in industry-research organizations.

Abstract: Deep cryogenic treating (DCT) was applied on Cu-14Fe and Cu-8Cr in-situ composites and its effects on mechanical property and electrical conductivity of the composites were investigated. For comparison, the effects of DCT on properties of the corresponding composites with 0.1%Ag alloying (i.e. Cu-14Fe-0.1Ag and Cu-8Cr-0.1Ag) were also investigated. The results showed that the ultimate tensile strengths of Cu-14Fe and Cu-8Cr were greatly raised by 106MPa and 56MPa after DCT, respectively, whereas those of the Cu-14Fe-0.1Ag and Cu-8Cr-0.1Ag remained unchanged. The increments of electrical conductivity in Cu-14Fe and Cu-8Cr were much higher than those in corresponding Cu-14Fe-0.1Ag and Cu-8Cr-0.1Ag. Before DCT, the electrical conductivities of Cu-14Fe and Cu-8Cr were lower than those of the Cu-14Fe-0.1Ag and Cu-8Cr-0.1Ag, respectively; whereas after DCT, the electrical conductivities of Cu-14Fe and Cu-8Cr were higher than those of the corresponding composites with 0.1%Ag micro-alloying. The possible mechanisms involved in the effects of DCT on the properties of composites were discussed in this paper

Abstract: One of the major factors which have important effects in turbine blade designing is temperature distribution and its heat transfer rate. The temperature distribution in blades depends on many factors; one of the most important ones is the geometry of the blades. In this paper by continuing some previous findings about the geometry[1], an optimized blade and a real one are compared from the thermally aspect view. Flow exit angle of the rotor blade and the blade height are two parameters which have direct effect on the heat transfer rate. The presented temperature distribution is solved based on the new flow exit angle of rotor blade. By optimizing the flow exit angle for the first time, the blade height is computed. By solving mathematically and thermodynamically relations and writing a solving code based on the finite volume method, the temperature and the heat transfer rate are computed numerically. These results shows the direct effect of flow exit angle on temperature distribution which can be used for upgrading the turbine efficiency.

Abstract: One of the most important stages in the analysis of any mechanical model is to establish and find the solution of dynamical equations. Analytical Mechanics has developed a wide range of methods for obtaining equations of motion of coupled rigid body systems that represent a mechanical model. How to use the principles of the mechanics of setting up dynamic equations leads to different forms of presentation. This circumstance is often used to obtain a special form of the equation, which simplifies the study of the dynamic properties of interest to the mechanical model. In this paper we use the method Kharlamov 1 and the theorems of classical mechanics for the specific study of a parallel system, which represents a schematic model of parallel micro-manipulators, such as a finite set of bodies Si (i = 1 , ..., n). This model is to show a design of a parallel micro-platform, that it simulates the virtual movements of a flight simulator, it has three degrees of freedom, and it is a lightweight design. One of the innovations presented in this design consists of the application of a lever mechanism for the transmission of the movement.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new switched hyperchaotic system by utilizing symbolic function. The switched hyperchaotic system converts its states from one subsystem to another via symbolic functions. By the analysis of its dynamics, symmetry, dissipativity, Lyapunov exponent spectrum and bifurcation diagram of the system. The system is implemented by the FPGA hardware. It is shown that the experimental results are identical with numerical simulations, and the chaotic trajectories are much more complex.

Abstract: Product platform design is essentially a difficult decision to make, thus a hierarchic platform has been proposed to solve the inherent tradeoff for optimization. However, architecture coupling adds on complexity of the platform design. This paper proposes an improved cost model for the optimal design of platform design in the hierarchic manner with the consideration of the architecture coupling. This cost model uniquely treats the architecture couplings and their decoupling interfaces as latent cost drivers to enable the flexible design of product platform and its family. As a support, the underlying tradeoff mechanism of platform-based product family design is also analyzed in this paper.
