Abstract: The fire robot always bear high impact load due to the abominable fire environment and fatigue stress, this affects a lot on operation reliability and causes serious consequence. The operation quality of fire robot has been discussed in this paper, however, the kinetic energy and acceleration of vibration which have great influence on life cycle were analyzed, and Sperling Value, which definite by the acceleration and frequency, has been found for judging healthy condition of the robot. Furthermore, a set of method for measuring the vibration of robot has been proposed. The signal treated by Fourier Transform (FFT) and Sperling Value was calculated by a new algorithm. Experiments are made and the results demonstrated the practicability of the algorithm.

Abstract: The development and research of the automatic generation of expert system of Garment Cad Pattern will change the traditional garment pattern design concept and design tools to enable advanced CAD technology and expertise in China's garment industry work together, which will greatly improve the level of the software sustainable development and intellectualization. It will be proved through constant practice to help improve the professional level of the garment pattern CAD software, create new ways of professional popularization and application which are suitable for China's national conditions.

Abstract: based on analyzing the prerequisite of the human capital market transactions, that is the existence of benefits of human capital market transactions, we apply optimal allocation of residual claims Model to analyze the optimum allocation principle between owners of human capital and non-human capital in the residual claim, which acts as the reference of different types of human capital pricing.

Abstract: In this paper, we researched a one-of-a-kind assembly production system where every product is unique (i.e. each product has its unique tree-like process route) and arrives one by one randomly with the exponentially distributed inter arrival times. We proposed a new effective combined dispatching rule (LFD/RPS/CP rule) that is constructed by considering three factors: the latest finishing date (LFD), the remaining path size (RPS) and whether an operation is on the critical path (CP). We did many numerical experiments to compare the efficiency between the proposed rule and other rules that were reported in existing studies such as LFD rule and EDD rule. The performance analysis shows that the proposed dispatching rule is more effective in reducing the number of tardy products and total tardiness time.

Abstract: Emotional design is one of the most important methods in modern product design. It was highlighted after Donald A. Norman published his book Emotional design: why we love (or hate) everyday things. Emotional design addresses people’s needs and hopes which is in the center of the development of product design and product technology. Due to the lack of strong theoretical basis and quantitative analysis, many products can’t reach the goal of their designers with Emotional feelings, nor can consumer’s emotional understandings be similar to the designers’ emotional expectations. This paper analyzes the concept of emotional design and some difficulties which designers must to be faced in their emotional designing works, discusses on product shape design according to emotional design. On this basis, the Kansei engineering and emotional design methods are described in details.

Abstract: The particle swarm optimization (PSO)-based approach to resolve the resource-constrained project scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing project duration is introduced in this paper. Computational analyses are provided so as to investigate the performance of the PSO-based approach for the resource-constrained project scheduling problem. The results shows that it is feasible to apply PSO to construction schedule optimization.

Abstract: Although our country is the big steel country in the world, she is not the steel power in the world. One of the reasons is that in recent years the minor iron and steel enterprise springing up and this scene seriously disturbs the normal development of the steel industry in our country, thus weakening our right to decide the price of imports iron ore. Quantities of national wealth have been largely passed on. Therefore, building up a strong steel enterprise by merger and recombination, improving iron ore market and developing the circular economy become inevitable selection for enhancing China's power for iron ore pricing.

Abstract: Due to the growing demand on high efficient heat ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, how to improve the efficiency of HVAC system regarding reduces energy consumption of system has become one of the critical issues. Reports indicate that efficiency and availability are heavily dependent upon high reliability and maintainability. Recently, the concept of e-maintenance has been introduced to reduce the cost of maintenance. In e-maintenance systems, the fault detection and isolation (FDI) system plays a crucial role for identifying failures. Finding healthy HVAC source as the reference for health monitoring is the main aim in this area. To dispel this concern a comprehensive transient model of heat ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is developed in this study. The transient model equations can be solved efficiently using MATLAB coding and simulation technique. Our proposed model is validated against real HVAC system regarding different parts of HVAC. The developed model in this study can be used for a pre tuning of control system and put to good use for fault detection and isolation in order to accomplish high-quality health monitoring and result in energy saving. Fan supply consider as faulty device of HVAC system with six fault type. A sensitivity analysis based on evaluated model shows us three features are sensitive to all faults type and three auxiliary features are sensitive to some faults. The magnitude and trait of features are a good potential for automatic fault tolerant system based on machine learning systems
