Abstract: This paper has set up the electro-hydraulic servo mathematical model for loader working device and devises a device motion controller with H∞ mixed sensitivity algorithm in order to improve loader’s automaticity and maneuvering performance. This paper has done some simulation research of the servo motion controller with Matlab/Simulink. And research has shown that the H∞ robust controller may improve working device’s automaticity and maneuvering performance enormously, the device motion controller has well robust stability and performance.

Abstract: To overcome the shortcomings in traditional approaches such as bad satisfaction, bad effectiveness and so on, three key bounded rationality assumptions are proposed firstly, i.e., risky preference is invariable, decision cost is existing, and group cognitive ability is only unbounded rational. After that, an efficient prospect deriving model is presented by data envelopment analysis with assurance region to derive efficient alternatives from inadequate decision information. The presented model is able to reflect the subjective risky preferences of group members and derive efficient alternatives under the premise of existing acquisition costs, and thus it can make the satisfactory and effective decision.

Abstract: This paper presents an experimental study of a homogenous earth dam. The work is focused to the search of solutions of problems encountered in the earth dams after their construction. One of the major problems is the choice and design of systems of drainage. The effective drainage system to prevent harmful accumulations of excess water is one of the most important roles of dams. Efficient drainage systems can improve the safety of earth dams. The paper presented herein reports the results obtained from the experimental study. Empiric relations have been obtained which can be help in the control of the flow rate in the chimney drain of the earth dams on pervious foundation, which can increase safety earth dams

Abstract: Infrastructure projects have been requested to consider sustainability in recent years. However, many engineers have little idea how to start with this new issue. It would help engineers to incorporate sustainability if the difficulties and their reasons can be identified. This research investigated the levels of difficulty for sustainable design, by taking roadways as an example. It first collected 14 roadway design work disciplines such as drainage from a large engineering consulting company. Then it reviewed literature and practice to identify 60 sustainable items, and categorized them into 14 disciplines to establish a checklist. Finally, the checklist was used to interview designers to indicate the levels of difficulty of adopting these sustainable items. The difficulties to achieve sustainability into design are classified into three levels compared with traditional work: equal, medium and high. Twenty eight of the 60 sustainable items were evaluated at the same level of difficulty as traditional design. Approximately half of the items would not increase the difficulty when incorporated into design. The average difficulty would be between equal and medium level. Compared with traditional design work, incorporating sustainability into roadway design would increase certain difficulty.

Abstract: The CAT III longitudinal automatic landing control laws based on multi-objective optimization is discussed. Firstly summarized the CAT III airworthiness criteria and transformed into the specifications of control system. The configuration of the longitudinal automatic landing controllers is proposed secondly and multi-objective optimization is used to tradeoff free parameters of the controllers. The Monte Carlo simulation results show the designed control laws fulfill the CAT III requirements, when there are uncertainties of structure, measurement error and disturbances.

Abstract: As one of the fastest growing automotive manufacturers in China, Geely Group has acquired the Swedish brand Volvo from Ford Motors, which can be regarded as another attempt made by Chinese auto enterprises to realize internationalization. This article attempts to analyze the acquisition by means of the SWOT model and put forward some corresponding countermeasures.

Abstract: A bridge health monitoring system based on neural network technology is proposed in this paper. Two major ground excitations recorded in Taiwan were used to establish the NARX-based system. Analytical results from different methods including transfer function, ARX-based model, and the proposed neural network-based system were used to evaluate the efficiency in health monitoring. The result shows that the proposed system can be used successfully with superior advantages after major earthquakes for bridge health monitoring.

The realization of human's comprehensive development, should improve people's material life, strengthen cultural construction, enrich people's spiritual life, and enhance the quality of people; It is basic requirements of the talents cultivation. Nowadays, culture has become an important part of comprehensive national strength. As part of the social culture, campus culture is significant in talents cultivation. China is a multi-ethnic country, but the economy of many minority areas is still backward and the school education level is low, strengthening the cultivation of talents is the key point. Some national universities have made the institute of campus culture construction and draw the relevant conclusions: "to strengthen the construction of campus culture is the need of social culture and the core need to enhance competence of the university. Study of Enterprise Strategic Combination in Jinan-Dezhou Regional Based on Supply Chain Partnership
Abstract: Under background of economic globalization, urban and the local competition will be inflected on the regional economy integration’s advancement and the level. On the respect of region cooperation, Shandong Province proposes the policy to construct the central urban circle which is centered on Jinan. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up to sign the agreement “Jinan-Dezhou with the city” .The formation of Jinan-Dezhou with the city must be economy integration of two cites firstly. This paper focuses on coal industry which can cause fast fusion of two cities’ economy in the energy field, because the coal industry is the life gate to the Jinan Major industry’s development, simultaneously it is also Dezhou city’s superior industry. Moreover, these enterprises base on the same supply chain, and they can reach the cooperative agreement or form strategy combination quickly. When discussing concrete questions, the paper applies analysis to the coal enterprise. First, it elaborates significance of the physical distribution enterprise's conformity under the supply chain pattern. Next, it states inevitability of the supply chain strategy choice of coal group enterprise conformity under the market mechanism. Then, it proposes the “three centralisms” management pattern in the coal group enterprise. Last, it designs the supplied chain management pattern in the coal group business events flow.
