Abstract: For the coal resources working which are affected by the coal mine flooding seriously, this paper make an analysis on the factors which affect the coal mine flooding emergency ability evaluation model based on GA-WNN is established through the wavelet neural network value which is optimized with genetic algorithm. This model combined the global optimization ability of genetic algorithm with the time-frequency localization of wavelet neural network. This combination can make up for many defects (for example, the neural network structure should be given artificially, the function can got local minimum easily and so on). Therefore, the local mine flooding emergency ability evaluation model based on genetic algorithm and wavelet neural network have higher reliability and calculation ability, and is beneficial to the pre-control management for coal mine flooding rescue.

Abstract: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) based or Identity-based Encryption (IBE) based authentication schemes are introduced into network storage systems recently. However, the schemes have unavoidable disadvantages:(1)the exchange of digital certificates are complicated.(2)the public key is long.(3)the transmission of private key is vulnerable. In this paper, we design a network storage authentication scheme using Double-PKG. The theoretical and experimental results show that it can ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and non-repudiation during data transmission and storage. Our scheme uses the double authentication infrastructure. And it can effectively protect the key transmission. The data encryption and decryption in experiments are relatively stable, so the overall scheme efficiency has been greatly improved.

Abstract: The logistics industry is the integration of transport, warehousing, freight forwarding and information industries, such as a composite service industry, is an important part of the national economy, involving wide areas, absorbing large employment, promoting production and consumption, it is always playing a positive role. Logistics has played an important role in promoting the industry structural adjustment, which can change the mode of economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy. Logistics industry is relying on the industries, through the study of industrial supply chain logistics system architecture model, and submits the corresponding industry-based supply chain logistics network planning model, and propose relevant countermeasures and proposals based on the logistics industry in Yunnan Province as empirical Measure. The study of logistics can be start with three basic levels that is the enterprise logistics, trade logistics, and social logistics, finally to build a highly efficient, integrated logistics system of society. Construction of industrial supply chain logistics system, through the construction of industrial supply chain logistics system so that to integrate the social logistics resources of industry as a whole, to achieve large scale, efficiency, integration, can play a role in promoting socio-economic development .

Abstract: With the development of computer visual technology, facial expression recognition plays an important role in the friendly and harmonious human-computer interaction field.Against the inadequacy of the original feature extraction method based on singular value decomposition, this paper proposed a hierarchical facial feature extraction method according to the needs of facial expression recognition, which combines the way of hierarchy and block to enhance the detail information of the image. Then utilize a combination of support vector machine to classify. The results of the two experiments show that the method is effective for the facial identity and expression recognition.

Abstract: According to the features of clothing distribution timeliness, fuzzy math model of timeliness clothing is built. Then the relationship of timeliness clothing and penalty factor is studied, and nonlinear function of them is built. On the basis of objective factors, such as weather, road quailty and so on, VRP model of timeliness clothing and optimal path of clothing distribution is built. Furthermore, by taking step-sequence way and LINGO software, VRP model of timeliness clothing and optimal path of clothing distribution is solved. The feasibility of the model and the algorithm is verified by practical examples.

Abstract: Under the innovation system integrated with production, teaching and researching, the evolution mechanism of knowledge theme becomes central point in academic fields. However, previous researches mostly focused on analyzing the tendency of academic achievements, didn’t bring the potential interaction between the production and researching into consideration. In this paper we will use the co-integration analysis and Granger causality test methods, which are prevalent in economics research, to study the evolution of specific knowledge theme – “Cloud computing”. Our main purpose is to reveal the evolution mechanism as well as general principle of popularity of one theme.

Abstract: In this paper, stochastic demand vehicle routing problem and model are studied. Hybrid algorithm based on immune algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed in order to gain solution. IA-GA use basic principles and processes of genetic algorithm, and includes the promotion-inhibition function and memory function of immune algorithm. The premature convergence problem of genetic algorithm is conquered, and we can get different offspring with improved crossover. Comparing experiment shows that IA-GA has better computing performance.

Abstract: Supply chain management is the practice of coordinating the flow of goods, services, information and finances as they move from raw materials to parts supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to consumer. Thus it is important for organisations to build up their partner networks supporting their long-term demand forecasts for capacity requirements. Constructing such an ecosystem, the companies need some supporting framework. The current article proposes maturity model based approach that could assist companies in their decisions.

Abstract: This paper investigates the inventory sharing policy in an assembly system with random demand time. A Stackelberg game has been built in a similar supply chain setting: manufacturer first decide the length of time period that for supplier taking charge of the inventory, and then followed by supplier chooses a best deliver time to manufacture. The research not only finds out the optimal decisions for both parties but also provide a relatively simple mechanism to achieve the supply chain coordination. The result shows that comparing to the traditional VMI policy, inventory sharing policy is always a better choice no matter for the supply chain or the manufacturer.
