Abstract: Centralized procurement is a development direction for modern manufacturing industry to enhance supply chain management. Scientific and rational choice of suppliers not only reduces procurement costs and risks, improving product quality, but also enhances the market competitiveness of the supply chain. In this paper, we adopt DEA / AHP method to rank the optional vendor based on the main factors of procurement, and ultimately determine the optimal supplier.

Abstract: Based on fleet size and mix vehicle routing problem (FSMVRP), the article analyzes the contract logistics transport demand and characteristics. The authors establish a fleet combination and route optimization model with multiple transfer centers and multiple transport methods. Furthermore, according to the webgis service of Baidu Map, the authors develop a corresponding logistics system according with J2EE framework. Finally, Lindo solver figure out the minimum cost and solution for the dedicated situation, and results display in the Baidu Map.

Abstract: Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were coated first with methylene blue (MB) by noncovalent adsorption and then by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and glucose oxidase (GOD) by covalent-linking. The MB-MWNTs/GOD/HRP composites formed stable films on screen-printed electrodes (SPE). The electrochemical and electrocatalytic behaviors of the bienzyme modified SPE were studied using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometry. Using the MB-MWNT/GOD/HRP composites, glucose could be calibrated by amperometry at −0.35 V vs. SCE. The optimized response (at pH 7.0) had a sensitivity of 2.4 mA.M−1 and a limit of detection (3×S/N) of 35 µM. Tests of the portable bienzyme sensor demonstrate its imperviousness to the effects of ascorbic acid, uric acid and p-acetaminophen, as well as its ability to measure glucose concentrations ranging from 0.25 to 2 mM.

Abstract: The modular differential phase characteristics of elliptical core fiber (ECF) and high- birefringence photonic crystal fiber (HB-PCF) are presented. The results show that HB-PCF has a larger range of wavelengths for two-mode operating than ECF. And when the longitudinal strain is applied on the fiber, the modular propagation constant difference between and modes is the most important factor for differential phase sensitivity. With the wavelength increases, the differential phase sensitivity of ECF decreases whereas that of HB-PCF changes in opposite way. And HB-PCF is more sensitive to strain than ECF.

Abstract: For the complex environment and multi influencing factor in coalface, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is a effective solutions for the coal face of environmental monitoring and miner positioning. Based on the environmental features of the coalface, a WSN deployment paradigm is proposed in this paper, and the DV-HOP localization algorithm is determined to be the miner location solution. Due to the low accuracy of DV-HOP algorithm on condition of the uneven structure of the coalface WSN and the big distance gap between adjacent node, a RSSI-based weight DV-HOP algorithm is proposed. In this algorithm the hops of adjacent node is weighted by the RSS of flooding packets transmitted between adjacent nodes, which associated the hops with the distance of adjacent nodes. Simulation results show that under the same experimental the accuracy of our algorithm is better than the DV-HOP algorithm, and can meet the requirements of localization on the coalface environment.

Abstract: In order to develop an electrochemical sensing system for bisphenol A, molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) thin layers for bisphenol A were polymerized on a sputtered gold electrode by UV light irradiation for 2 – 30 min. Their thickness, which was determined by QCM analyzer, was 3.6 ±0.3 nm for 5min of irradiation and increased as the irradiation time increase to 30 min. AFM images of MIP modified surface suggested that the gold electrode was covered with MIP smooth layer. The responses to BPA and ascorbic acid of the gold electrode and MIP modified electrode were examined by cyclic voltammogram, and their anodic peaks were compared. The electrode with MIP polymerized for 5min showed more selective to BPA than that for 2min. This electrode can be served as BPA sensor and the anodic current of BPA depended on its concentration at the range of 5-15 μM.

Abstract: IT infrastructure is evolving in a way to use physical information for providing context-aware services to the users and if necessary, to put some actions on the physical world for reacting appropriately based on perception on the physical world. Ubiquitous sensor network (USN) environment consists of various types of sensors and actuators to perceive and communicate with physical world. USN middleware is the system which collects physical information from various sensors and controls physical world with heterogeneous actuators on behalf of USN services. ETRI has been researching and developing USN middleware and this paper intends to introduce the results and the ongoing project.

Abstract: With the rapid development of ubiquitous network and its applications, the key technologies of the Internet of things are actively researched all over the world. The Internet of things has tremendous attraction for adversaries, and it is easily attacked due to poor resource and non-perfect distribution of sensor nodes, then false data maybe be injected into network. Security is one of the most important demands for applications in the Internet of things, an algorithm of malicious nodes detection is proposed to protect the network from destruction based on weighted confidence filter, namely, the cluster heads take charge of collecting messages from nodes and computing their average of confidence in cluster-based network, then they aggregate data from nodes with higher confidence than average and ignore the others, they update confidence of each node by comparing the aggregation value and the received data, and regard it as the weight of exactness of message from node. A sensor node is judged to be a malicious one if its weight is lower than the set threshold. The simulation results show that the algorithm can detect malicious nodes with high detection ratio, low false alarm ratio and outstanding scalability.

Abstract: In order to provide a high degree of safety, the transport of Nuclear waste material is highly closely regulated. However, the transportation accidents still happened overtime. Considering the high risk and huge disaster effects induced by the transportation accidents of the nuclear waste material, the emeregency management of the nuclear waste materrial transportation needs to be prepared in advance. The author introduced an improved emergency decision making system model, to integreate the relating department working efficiently together in this paper. This paper also briefly points out the emeregency rescue requirements and describes the development and implementation of emeregency management on the nuclear waste materrial transportation accidents.
