Abstract: A model of transient response of semiconductor gas sensor was improved by considering temperature dependency of carrier mobility in SnO2 gas sensor. The model is useful for analysis of transient response of the sensor. Improvements of accuracy of the model have been desired to express the difference of the calculated sensor outputs between the kinds of gases for classifying the kind of gases. The model which considers the temperature dependency of carrier mobility has been newly constructed. The sensor output calculated by new model was a close result by the experiment. Gas classification will be realized by using the model together with activation energy dependence of the sensor output.

Abstract: This article reviews the headquarter relocation theory and the network embeddedness theory, providing an initial understanding of headquarter relocation from the perspective of network embeddedness. The network embedding feature that has impact on private enterprise headquarter relocation is analyzed, including the relation embeddedness feature, as well as the structure embeddedness feature. After that, the research model of the relationship between network embeddedness and private enterprise headquarter relocation is built, and it shows that private enterprise headquarter relocation decision is a result of the interaction of relation embeddedness feature and structure embeddedness feature.

Abstract: Aiming at the registration of multi-sensor remote sensing images, a fast and effective image registration algorithm method is presented. In this algorithm, using SIFT to extract feature points, remove mismatching points through Delaunay triangulation, and introduce distance calculation into the determination of homologous control point pairs. The effect of image registration algorithm is evaluated by subjective and objective method. Experiment results show the proposed algorithm can accurately register multi-spectral and panchromatic images with some shift, rotation angles and back-ground noises, and it can inrease the speed and precision of registration.

Abstract: Optical and SAR images have different imaging modes and pixel expression formats, which caused much difficult for image registration. The paper proposes a registration algorithm combined Ratio gradient and Cross Cumulative Residual Entropy (CCRE) aimed at solving the problem of SAR image speckles. Compared with other traditional methods, the experiment results show that the CCRE combined with Ratio operator registration method performs satisfactorily in SAR and optical image registration and provides a significant improvement on the registration accuracy over the other algorithm

Abstract: Knowledge of temperature distribution in the roll is fundamental aspect in cold rolling. An inverse analytical method has been previously developed to determine interfacial heat flux and surface temperature by measuring the temperature with a thermocouple (fully embedded) at only one point inside the roll. On this basis some pilot mill tests have been performed. The temperature sensor, the calibration procedure and rolling tests at different strip rolling conditions (5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) are described. Results show a good agreement with well-known theoretical models. Moreover the CPU times of the method (around 0.05 s by cycle) enable an online control of the rolling process.

Abstract: We investigate how firms facing different production modes of software service determine their production mode and pricing decisions in the presence of network effects. We develop a two-stage game model to examine the network effect on the choices of production mode and the strategic behavior of the firms. We find that if all firms adopt cloud service production mode, the resulting software price is higher than if they adopt shrink-wrapped production mode. We also find that network effects lower the level of market price.

Abstract: Network-based mobility management protocol PMIPv6 is appropriate for for low-power characteristic 6LoWPAN Wireless Sensor Network(WSN), in which nodes is not needed to be involved into mobility management related signal interactions, which effectively reduce the energy consumption of mobile nodes. However, PMIPv6 machenism did not facilitate of 6LoWPAN feature that the nodes mobility is most of Micro-Movement. The paper presents a Hierarchical Proxy MIPv6 (HPMIPv6) which separates the management of Intra-Domain Mobility and Inter-Domain Mobility, and focuses on optimizing the process of Intra-Domain Mobility. Simulations showed that HPMIPv6 significantly increase the processing efficiency of Intra-Domain Mobility and reduce the Intra-Domain handoff delay.

Abstract: The electricity needs of Indonesia grow an average 10% each year. Therefore, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) as the only power utility business in Indonesia, has a master plan to develop new power plant, switchyard and transmission system. One of the new developed systems is GI Simangkuk switchyard of Sumatra interconnection system. This switchyard is prepared to improve reliability of Sumatra interconnection system. This site utilizes power transformers of 275 kV. Power transformer is one of the main equipments in power systems. When a failure occurs in a power transformer, the whole system will be failed and the electricity could not be delivered to customer. Each utility has to assure their reliability in order to maintain electrical power system stability by assessing transformer condition. There is an increasing need for better diagnostic and monitoring tools to assess the condition of transformers. Modern power transformers are equipped with software and computer system control. The reliability of this computer systems are needed to evaluate for assurance of system safety. This paper describes the need of assessment and maintenance of power transformers such as outages effect of failures, high cost of maintenance and replacement, increase of world demand, aging effect and used of old transformer, and computer protection system failure. Monitoring and diagnostic methods of transformers assessment have been developing in recently years. They can be separated into traditional and non-traditional methods that have been used in many years and are still in research stage. In this paper we propose a new approach in order to assess power transformer condition by using fault tree analysis.

Abstract: In order to reveal the incentive functions of customer relationship management (CRM) strategy in the process of core competency cultivation, the structure equation modeling (SEM) is used in this paper. By research hypothesis, model deduction, reliability and verification test, and model checking, SEM can effectively reveal the correlation between CRM strategy and core competence cultivation in Chinese city commercial banks. For illustration, the collected copies are 300 banks, and 298 copies are valid. The sample ratio of sample data and indicators is 6:1, which meets the basic requirements for structural equation test. The empirical results show that the reliability and validity in the research measurement model are quite well and the reliability and validity in the model are also quite well. The empirical research has revealed the CRM-related strategy microcosmic mechanism in core competency cultivation, which can provide the effective theoretical references and support for banks to further strengthen CRM strategy and raise management efficiency.

Abstract: This paper studies the effect of GARCH process on the robustness and reliabilities of unit roots test with structural breaks. It gives that, as the GARCH process approaches integratedness, the test statistic’ the proportion of rejections reported actually increases as the sample size increases. Consequently, we can see that the standard asymptotic theory is inapplicable in this case. The statistic , their actual test size on the whole is accordant to nominal size in unit root and no break as the volatility parameter is small, =0 or approach to 0. The statistic exists a serious over sizing of null hypothesis as integratedness in all structural break type. The statistic test power increases as the sample size increases, but test power do not increases as the sample size increase under AR parameter. Test power increases as integratedness increases, and decreases as volatility parameter increases.
