Abstract: As an important part of power systems, power transmission and transformation system involves various equipments, complicated structure and operation modes, and its reliability level has a significant influence on the reliability of the whole system. The paper proposes a practical method for reliability evaluation of power transmission and transformation system based on minimum cut sets. The algorithm, based on topological structure and reliability data without power flow, analyses the reliability of system by different voltage grades. In each voltage grade analysis, the method resolves minimum path sets by depth first search method, gets minimum cut sets, and calculates reliability index. The method considers three states involved normal operating, schedule repair and fault repair, and it makes the evaluation process much more reasonable and effective as it resolves branch-node mixed cut sets. The paper verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm by the test of IEEE-RTS 79 system

Abstract: A comprehensive review of literature concerning rheological property, and wax deposition during involving the pipeline safety problems is presented. The deposition and gelation of waxy oil pose great flow assurance risks, especially in submarine oil pipeline. Even though there have been a lot of studies and breakthroughs in understanding the wax precipitation and deposition in the past few years, there still continue to be some challenges that have remained unsolved. In order to well understand the rheological property of the crude oil, First of all, the issue need to be solved is study the wax precipitation property of the oil. In this paper, an accurate model of wax precipitation in laboratory condition undergoing a cooling process is established. And then we predicted the wax appearance temperature, pour point and the weight of the wax appearance about the oil sample. Here, the calculated results of model are much close to the experimental values, which shows that the model of wax precipitation developed is correct and reasonable. By accurate prediction the WAT, pour point, we can well understand the rheological property, which will help the operators make an impeccable flow restart plan for the planned or emergency production shut-down of waxy oil pipelines

Abstract: The Web is evolving, so the Internet is the cheapest mean of communication, is essential in today’s world, for all these reasons the article discusses its implications, more interesting for Finnish SMEs that still do not use or ignore the Internet. Facing more and more acute challenges, worldwide, such as vulnerability of the internet network, the moral side of knowledge management or the relationship between human and artificial intelligence involves the individual and collective actors, animated features not only from intellectual aspiration to new discoveries, but what we might call “the ethics of the responsible legitimacy.” Therefore, this study has analyzed the availability of these companies’ websites and the manner they communicate their corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, in order to have a full picture of CSR online communication of SMEs in Finland.

Abstract: This paper aims to present special issues concerning the analysis of mobile robots with kinematic motion effects on the stability study. In the analysis, the authors used inverse kinematics, which enables rapid modeling and identifying solutions as regards the stability of bipedal robots. The symbolic solution for kinematics equations of biped robots is of great importance for the efficient controllability of these robots.

Abstract: The paper proposes a new simulation method of a brake disc thermal stress resistance, for different temperatures, by interactive processing of images obtained by thermography. Temperature evaluation for different working regimes can be made by recording and processing thermograms of a brake disc heated inside the laboratory by an external heating source. Taken pictures along the temperature variation, from the ambient value to a value close to real one obtained on the usual experiments, are processed using image analyse software. This way can be simulated different working regimes (temperature, humidity etc.) without the need of experimental determination on the road or on a test bench.

Abstract: As a result an optimal structural variant for automated assembly and algorithm for analytical and experimental determination of the trajectory of an assembly robot has been chosen. The criteria for the choice of an optimal structural variant and an approach for searching assembly variants of mechanical products in CAD medium are developed. Algorithms for the choice of optimal structural variant in resolving optimization problems in conditions of under determination were developed. Based on the proposed algorithms application software was developed and its efficiency and working capacity by solving test-problems was proved. The developed technological schemes, constructional documents and the based optimal variant for automated assembly will be used in training students on “Bases of construction and CAD” in Department “Bases and technical means for construction” and on “Assembly Automation” in Department “Automation of discrete production”. The obtained results can be used also by firms and enterprises in accomplishing constructional, design and consulting activity in the field of assembly automation. It is expected that the results will be efficiently applied also by little and medium size firms.

Abstract: The article presents the methodological geometrical modeling of a hydro mechanical valve within a CAD environment. There has been summarized an approach for the creation of 3D geometrical models of the compound details and the assembled unit. Methodology and didactical materials have been developed which are to be used for teaching in Basics in designing and CAD. An analysis of the kinematics of the mechanical product has been made as well as a dynamic model for animation. The obtained results might be used for the purpose of designing and researching of this type of products.

Abstract: A new generation for an omni-directional ball wheel mobile robot with unique driving mechanism is introduced. This driving system overcomes to problems arise using traditional omni-wheels such as, vibration, inappropriate to employ in outdoor applications and limited load capacity. Mechanical structure of this robot has several distinctive characteristics in comparison with our previous robot. Modularity of driving system is the most important ability of new robot, beside on appending a suspension system to improve behavior of robot in rough terrains. Due to independent operation of three ball wheel chassis, designed robot has high performance in going over obstacles along its path.

Abstract: The design of control system can be divided into two steps. The plant has to be converting into mathematical model form, so that its behavior can be analyzed. Then an appropriate controller has to be design in order to get the desired response of the controlled system. In this paper, the linear model of a Permanent magnet torque motor (PMTM) is considered and three controllers, digital PID controller with two forms of positional and velocity, a deadbeat controller and pole placement controller method are designed and due to a comparing between their, the best controller for this kind of plants will be chosen.
