Abstract: Cult3D is a widely used Web3D implementation technology recently, which with high compression, strong interaction, cross-platform advantages.JAS is a set of java programs which has been compiled, combining with Cult3D, it can make three-dimensional development of the network in a more fast, convenient, efficient way. This paper introduces many Optimization Technique when making Cult3D development, especially introduce the optimization strategy on the Cult3D products which use the JAS technique.

Abstract: The dynamics equation of tractor and aircraft multibody system is developed using Lagrange method. Tire model represent by spring and damper is used to analyze ride comfort for tractor and aircraft. In order to achieve effective numerical solution, the dynamics equation is solved by Runge-Kutta method. Typical towing operation is simulated, and the result provided analysis for towing force and ride comfort, also provided validation for the design of tractor.

Abstract: In order to avoid the flaw including rigid regulations of architecture, strong coupling degree among modules, removal of fault and advanced technology embeding hardly in 3D visual simulation engine, the novel customizable architecture for 3D visual simulation engine platform was proposed. Following simulation theory of the complication system, introduced some simulation models that design standard, expansibility, assembly relation of simulation component resource, development of typical module and component design. Through the models, the rational design strategy of engine was shown clearly. Application developer could customized simulation assembly component flexibly and composed own 3D visual simulation engine generally.

Abstract: For enhancing operating efficiency of direct torque control system of salient-pole permanent magnetism synchronous machine, an improved direct torque control method which based on maximum torque per ampere(MTPA) is proposed. In the article firstly the new method theory inferential reasoning and the project short-cut method are elaborated. Then the simulation results which are comparison with conventional DTC are given using Matlab/Simulink. Finally the stable analysis and the dynamic analysis are given separately. The simulation and analysis show that the new method maintains fine dynamic property of conventional DTC, but also may raise system's stable operating efficiency effectively.

Abstract: Serially concatenated continuous phase modulation (SCCPM) is a kind of constant envelope concatenated coding and modulation scheme with high power and bandwidth efficiency. SCCPM with symbol interleaver is studied in this paper. Compared with traditional bit-wise interleaving scheme, SCCPM with symbol interleaver can get better performance in convergence threshold but higher error floor. The influence of system parameters, such as outer code, interleaver size, and baseband shaping pulse on the performance of SCCPM is studied through simulation and theoretical analysis. The difference between SCCPM with symbol interleaver and bit interleaver is discussed. Finally we present some design principles for SCCPM with symbol-wise interleaving.

Abstract: CCP is a calibration protocol based on CAN bus. It has many general-purpose features, such as high communication speed and excellent compatibility. This article introduces its basic principle, communication mode, and work mode for ECU calibration, and discusses a design method of Automobile ECU Calibration based on this protocol. The practical application results show that this calibration system can be implemented effectively on ECU of automobile system for on-line calibration,and provide custom-made function aimed at different demand of users. Therefore, it will be applied well in the automotive electronic control system.

Abstract: Nonlinear dynamics model of the C62 freight car was established firstly and the random load spectrum acted on the wheelset was obtained by the simulation of the freight car running on a typical line. Taking the cyclic constructive relation of LZ50 axle steel into account in the finite element analysis of the wheelset, the stress time histories of the key parts of the axle in some typical conditions were got. Furthermore, based on the stress spectrum analysis of the hazard sections of the axle, the probabilistic fatigue stress spectrums with given probability and confidence were obtained. Finally, combining with the linear cumulative damage rules, the stress distribution of RD2 axle was investigated, which is fundamental for the further prediction of the fatigue life of axle.

Abstract: When the tank is rotating together with load, the hydraulic oil surface in the tank will be higher at one side than another. In this paper, the shape of oil surface will be theoretical calculated and simulated by MATLAB. In order to reduce the load imbalance, a new type of oil tank was designed to reduce gravitational torque and rotary inertia caused by the height difference of oil liquid. It also designed a new oil filter net to filter impurities.

Abstract: Flight control system of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has limitations with non-linear dynamic inversion method. This paper introduces QFT based on non-linear dynamic inversion method, for avoiding model errors during existing non-linear function offset, QFT theory is presented firstly, then UAV model is established using non-linear dynamic inversion method, definituding the range of errors and system performance requirements, flight control system of UAV is designed with QFT, the simulating curves show that system has robustness stability.

Abstract: Fault detection and diagnosis methods for non-linear system based on wavelet neural networks are researched. Wavelet analysis and back propagation neural networks are fused, and the algorithmic is inferred. Method of wavelet neural networks is used in fault diagnosis for the lubricant system of the aero-engine. Results of simulation and tests show that, this method, which is good to fault diagnosis for non-linear systems, does better in convergence speed, and is not sensitive to the inputs of the net.
