Abstract: An optimal control is presented in this paper. First, nonlinear dynamic model of a six degree of freedom stratospheric airship, traditional and full-actuated, is built based on generalized coordinate frame. Second, optimal control law is determined by Hamilton function and performance index function. This optimal control can be regarded as extension of feedback linearization control law.

Abstract: The extruder is the key device to produce extrusion feed and food. Since different raw materialsi require different structural and technological parameters, the parametric design method must be used when an extruder is designed. The 3D (3-dimensional) software now available is just universal design platform, so the further development must be done based on universal software to realize the automatic design of machines for special purpose. In this paper the further development is carried out and the CAD (Computer Aided Design) system for the 3D parametric design of extruder is developed based on Solidworks. The system is developed with Visual C++, and it can be compatibly added in Solidworks as dynamic linkage library, which makes the modification of extruder more rapid and more correct. The paper introduces every function part in detail, including parameter input , design and calculation, 3D modeling of part, 3D modeling of assembly, engineering drawing. The realization of the automatic 3D modeling adopts the new idea of driven by dimension primarily and driven by program secondarily. The whole system is encapsulated in a menu of Solidworks. After some parameters, such as power and rotational speed, are imported through UI (User Interface), the system will automatically complete the design of extruder. Then 3D models and engineering drawings of parts or assembly can be exported according to the choice of user.

Abstract: CT images of Lung Fissure detection is an important means of centrifuged lung disease. In recent years has emerged many new theories, new methods, but none of those methods can satisfy all symptoms of image accurate testing goal. In summary of domestic and international scholars in recent years related researches on and the detecting lung fissure method classification and discussion, and points out their respective advantages and problems. In this paper, the relevant methods also expounds each detection lung fissure method based on the features of other researchers in lung fissure methods selection on some guidance.

Abstract: non-contact measurement of shaft component realizes dynamic measuring ,which bases on image measurement technology.After the image of shaft is obtained,Sobel operator is used for preliminary locating to image edge,on basis of this ,discrete points of image edge are fitted by least square method for achieving edge subpixel location.By precision analysis, size solution method is acquired when the error is minimum;After calibration coefficient k is gained, the part size is correctly calculated. By experiment, it shows that measurement precision is improved effectively and measurement error is less than ±20μm when resolution of CCD camera is 1392×1040 and its pixel size is 4.65μm.

Abstract: A new model is proposed for analyzing the capacitive effects in a newly developed high frequency coaxial transformer (HFCT). The proposed model can describe both the electric energy storage and common-mode (CM) electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise behaviors of a transformer, considering the voltage distribution in the HFCT windings. To determine the parameters of the model, a parasitic capacitance network is developed to describe the HFCT’s real winding’s structure, and the distributed parasitic capacitances of the network are evaluated using FEM based on the theory of capacitances in a multi-conductor system. The calculated inter-capacitance of the HFCT is in good agreement with the experimental results.

Abstract: The standby power quick switching device can solve the continuous safe operation of auxiliary power problems. The paper firstly analyzes the basic principle of the quick switching device, and then discusses the possible impact of the quick switching device on the auxiliary power system, and summarizes the influences of different switching ways to the system. At last it concludes that to effectively improve the influences of the quick switching device to the system, we should increase the switching speed of the devices as possible to work in quick-switching mode, so that has certain significance to people of the actual power grid operation.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of initial alignment which determines the accuracy of navigation, a Sage-Husa adaptive kalman filter algorithm is applied to SINS initial alignment of single-axis rotation system. The simulation result further shows that in the case of inaccurate statistical property of noise, the estimation accuracy of Sage-Husa adaptive kalman filter is better than the conventional kalman filter.

Abstract: Currently, the measures for monitoring the conveyor belt from tearing are all in contact-type, therefore, the recognition would only be valid while the leakage of material occured or the belt dropt, since the belt has been torn with a certain length. Then, at that time, the economic losses would be caused. Furthermore, the related devices for monitoring belt would cause abrasion due to contact friction, which is harmful for belt. In this research, a contactless monitoring method based on image processing and pattern recognition would be discussed, which is able to provide an effecient way to monitor conveyor belt in real time and with non-blind area. While the tearing occurs, the system enables to generate the signal for shutting off, then to protect the belt maximumly.

Abstract: This paper designs a visible human-machine interface for field computer in an agriculture vehicle navigation control system. Field computer, with the function of system configuration, vehicle configuration, steering configuration, job management, path planning and map views, is the human-machine interface in agriculture vehicle navigation control system. This paper introduces the design of map views including field view and machine view for field computer system based on coordinate conversion. Field View gives a bird’s eye view of the map. The agriculture vehicle moves while the map keeps stationary. Machine view keeps agriculture vehicle in center of screen, while the map moves along the reverse direction of the agriculture vehicle.
