Abstract: For the problems that the dexterity of movement was not enough, the grinding path was uncontinuous as well as the accuracy and efficiency were influenced while the gripper needed replacing, when complex curved workpiece was under grinding by six freedom degrees grinding robot, a new type redundant grinding robot, PPPRRRR, was proposed. A new type robot system coordinate and kinematics model of robot space were founded by the homogeneous transformation. Robot kinematics equations were derived. By ADAMS, the work space of robot was obtained. The relative position of the grinding contact wheel and robot was optimized by orthogonal test method. It lay the foundation for in-depth study of this type of grinding robot.

Abstract: Electromechanical controlling devices (ECDs) plays an important role in electromechanical controlling system. There is a large quantity of electromechanical controlling devices (ECDs) on an airplane which concerning every specialists, and it has a very complex logic control. We developed this system because the construction ,working principle and working condition of the ECD often result in latent failure an some kind of failure that hard to carry out troubleshooting .The system centered by an embedded IPC applies module design in both hardware and software system, and it develop testing application with AVI running under Windows XP operating system, which makes it bound to have certain qualities ,such as good universality, integrity, complete functions, easy to operate and high degree of automation, also it is reliable , maintainable, flexible, adaptive, and the ability on expansion is very impressing . Application of this system will greatly improve the working efficiency and cut the time of inspection and troubleshooting, which means better intact rate of combat readiness of aircraft and mission availability rate, with significant military and economic benefit.

Abstract: To the speed-regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), this paper presents a active disturbances rejection controller (ADRC) based on the adaptive theory. First, the inertia information will be obtained by identification. Then, ADRC is designed by combining an adaptive algorithm. The controller can realize the adaptive parameters adjustment according to the inertia information, which is called adaptive ADRC. Simulation results have confirmed this control strategy can effectively improve the stability and robustness of PMSM.

Abstract: According to the restriction of the stability and intensity, size optimization of the high piers’ section is calculated by using the current FEM software ANSYS, by means of differential coefficient. The results of the calculation and analysis indicate that the parameter optimization of the piers’ section of Long-span continuous rigid frame bridges is feasible by using the optimization model together with the finite element method, and the results are provided reference for optional design of similar bridge

Abstract: In order to effectively eliminate the measurement and system noise and improve the accuracy of the gravity anomaly, based on the sage-husa filter, a modified adaptive Kalman filter is proposed. The sum of the weighted innovation sequence is used as the innovation at current time, and then system parameters Q and R can be estimated by the innovation. The adaptive algorithm is conducted theoretically and based on the real gravity data, the de-noising experiment has been emulated. The simulations indicate that both filters can effectively inhibit the noise of inertial/gravity system, but the proposed filter has a better performance than sage-husa adaptive filter.

Abstract: A high frequency coaxial transformer (HFCT) with a split winding structure and litz wire has been developed for high frequency (HF) and high power DC/DC converter applications. A method combined numerical analysis of magnetic field and analytical calculation of litz wire winding losses, taking into account conduction losses and proximity effect losses, is proposed for the designed HFCT. The experimental results validate the winding loss calculation method. The measured results demonstrate that the voltage ratio has a good agreement with the turn ratio over the frequency range from 0.1MHz to 1MHz, indicating that the high coupling efficiency has been obtained.

Abstract: The extruder key components consist of extrusion-screw, sleeve and nozzle. Its structure and size decides extrusion effects of the extruder, even to the capability of the whole machine. In this paper, the 3D entity modeling of the extruder key components were established by using the parametric design software of Pro/Engineer, then it was transferred into data that will be used in finite element analysis. The stress analysis was carried out by ANSYS which software of finite element analysis. The results showed that strength of the extrusion-screw, sleeve and nozzle meet the design requirements. Parametric modeling and finite element analysis was the effective way for optimal design of the extruder.

Abstract: Dynamics model of fighter was proposed in order to drive on flight simulator virtually. The model took Lagrange equation as basis and simplified analysis of the force on fighter according to the real-time input state information from joystick. The dynamics equation was solved in real time using Runge-Kutta method (RK4). It was proved finally that the model and simulation algorithm had higher dependability through datum and simulation scene which was obtained with graphics engine OpenGVS and 3D visual modeling Software Multigen Creator.

Abstract: This paper constructs a missile tail testing simulation training system based on virtual closed-loop control technique, event driven engine technique and PCI bus technique. It expounds specifically the system design method, realization of system hardware as well as simulation software system design, and puts forward the idea to apply the event driven technique in MCU system, which improves the programming efficiency and has guidance and reference significance for the research and development of similar simulation training equipments.
