Abstract: The research object is a collision about a Virtual man roaming in the three-dimensional virtual scene. The collision behavior was studied and implemented in the three-dimensional scene based on the OpenGL. This provides the technical supports for roaming in a realistic three-dimensional scene.

Abstract: Conventional direct torque control has some disadvantages. It has the property of hysteresis, which only takes two value controls regardless of how much the error is. A simulation model of fuzzy direct torque control system for induction motors is built. And a fuzzy direct torque control system with an adaptive PD-type fuzzy logic speed controller is designed. The simulation result proves that this method is reasonable and offers a new thought way for designing and debugging actual control system of induction motors.

Abstract: For the direct torque control of asynchronous motor rapid response and speed ripple, this article proposes the genetic neural network algorithm based on the model of stator flux, to achieve the selecting of switch state under the low-speed. Using the global optimization and search method of genetic algorithm obtains global optimal solution, while the connection weights and network structure learning improve the training effectiveness of neural network, so that the BP network has better adaptive characteristic. The effectiveness of the design is verified by the simulation, and it shows that the speed control system has good dynamic performance and steady state performance under the low-speed.

Abstract: Taking the eccentricity error of workpiece’s axis as an example, the real cutting pathes on the spiral bevel gear’s tooth surface and the normal errors were obtained according to each machining position. By decoupling error compensation motions, the compensation values of three translational and two rotational axes were obtained. After compensating, the tooth form errors were reduced largely. This compensation method is closer to the fact of gear grinding and the compensation effect is better than the method of adjusting machine setting parameters.

Abstract: Considering the characteristics of vector control system, a speed controller based on fuzzy logic is presented in this paper. Using the fuzzy reasoning, we can update the output of the speed controller real time and handle the uncertain information. Results of simulation are provided to demonstrate that the vector control system of asynchronous motor based on fuzzy controller not only has the feature of simple and easy to be implemented, but also has the dynamic performance and robustness.

Abstract: In order to deal with the dissatisfaction of traditional automobile instruments applied in pure electric vehicles, an automobile intelligent instrument is designed to meet new requirements of the pure electric vehicles by combining the embedded development board with the embedded configuration software MCGS. In this instrument, the hardware development platform is developed to communicate with the main controller of vehicles by extending CAN bus interfaces on the embedded development board, the main control chip of which is S3C2440. Moreover, the embedded configuration software MCGS is adopted to achieve the software design of the instrument system. Compared with traditional automobile instruments, the intelligent instrument is of high reliability, high precision and diversifications in display interfaces and can be installed in pure electric vehicles as a universal instrument.

Abstract: A control system was designed in order to endble the glass duster to cooperate harmoniously. The system consisted of PLC,touch screen, frequency converter, moter and other components. The rotary speed of motor was adjusted by the frequency converter to keep dusting powder amounts constance. The static electricity technology was used to increase adsorption of the powder . The PID control method was proposed to meet the special control request of the powder box temperature. The test indicated that the dusting amounts was between 0.4-1.6 grams per square metre. About 85% of powder could adsorb on glass, system function and accuracy could meet the needs of the safe storage and transportation completely.

Abstract: In this paper, a simulation method based on joining non-linear finite element and multi-body dynamics is developed to solve the energy configuration of crashworthy metro train. The relationships of non-linear springs which describe characters of forces-deformation for energy absorption during crash event are obtained by using non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques. Then they are used in simulation for collision of two metro train sets with multi-body dynamics. Compare to the different energy absorption configuration, the results of impact force, deformation, velocity and acceleration are analyzed to assess the passive safety of whole train set. The results indicate that the joining simulation strategy is feasible and effective. It can be used to improve the metro train crashworthiness design by optimizing the energy absorption configuration.
