Abstract: This article analyzes the NGW type planetary gear transmission mechanism and structure, establishes boundary constraint conditions and mathematics optimization model in view of the smallest volume's project objective. It can realize the NGW type planetary gear transmission optimization design through compiling corresponding computer program, obtain the optimization design parameters. In optimization design's foundation, it applies the CAD technology to establish drawing program, realizes the parametric drawing.

Abstract: The paper creates a bond graph model of the control system of a hydro-mechanical stepless steering mechanism for a tracked vehicle in 20Sim software. Based on this model, the dynamic characteristics of combining and separating of the brake during the range shift process is analyzed. The result of simulation shows that there is a 0.1s interval during the shift process of the two brakes which may generate a power interruption in vehicle steering process. In order to resolve this problem, the brake which is coming to combine can be charged oil first, and then the brake which is coming to separate is discharged. That means the two brakes have an oil-filled state at same time. The result of simulation indicates the reasonable value of the time is 0.08 second. At last the paper brings forward an improvement to the control system to meet the requirement of oil-filled state at same time.

Abstract: Based on the general geometrical model of scroll compression chamber for scroll fluid machine, the geometric characteristics of scroll compression chamber, such as width, length, volume, and comprehensive curvature radius at the mesh point, and their variation as well are comprehensively analyzed. It is shown by the analysis that among all of the geometric characteristics, the width variation is the most complicated one; the comprehensive variation of the width together with the length can be used to determine the deformation processes of the chamber. The variability of its length, volume, and comprehensive curvature radius at meshing points should be taken as its basic deformation characteristics. For a scroll compression chamber with involute of circle, its deformation efficiency is higher and dynamic stability is excellent. At the same time, the scroll wrap with involute of circle is easy to fabricate and the profile with involute of circle is used widely for the major part of the scroll profile.

Abstract: In mine high-power belt conveyor, the driven system commonly used multi-motor-driven program. After starting the conveyor, the lower power is needed in normal operating of the conveyor, this appears serious “big horse pulling small car” phenomenon. Therefore, using a new overrunning clutch, when normal operating of belt conveyor is ensured by some motors, you can cut off a group or two groups of gearbox and motor running. This will not only reduce the load of the belt conveyor roller, and reduce energy consumption of gearbox and motor, and also improve the electric system power factor. It means significant energy saving there.

Abstract: To achieve the goal of the 4WS (four-wheel steering), the spatial linkages were applied to the steering mechanism of the underground vehicle. The operation principle of the steering mechanism was firstly obtained. Then a nonlinear mathematical model of spatial linkages mechanism was deduced and the deviation from the Ackermann theory is about 7%. The results were acquired by solving the equations numerically in computer simulation software and compared with the real vehicle experiment data. It is demonstrated in the paper that the mathematical model is accurate and the error is within 6.5%. It is thought that this information may be useful in the initial design of the steering mechanism of the underground vehicle.

Abstract: Hardware-in-the-loop simulation model of AMT of heavy duty commercial vehicle is built in this paper. The testing methods of TCU underlying and control layer are brought up and a corresponding test case is added based on actual needs. This paper provides an effective testing method for a TCU program designer to modify control strategies.

Abstract: Parametric design based on feature is the main method in parametric modeling of involute gear. In this paper, symmetric equations of the involute and the fillet curve are established according to the coordinates of points symmetrical about a straight line. And the tooth profile or alveolar profile of involute gear is generated accurately through controlling parameter of equations quantitatively. The problem of generating tooth profile accurately can be solved. Then the correctness of gear’s parametric design is ensured. The accuracy and efficiency of the gear’s engineering design are all improved.

Abstract: Focus on the inconvenient inquiring of non-standard gears common normal length and irrational selection of the measuring teeth number, the computational general formula of common normal length and measuring teeth number is educed. According to best value method, the scope of measuring teeth number is ascertained. A rational measuring teeth number is selected on the basis of the scope. According to Matlab-GUI, design a software which can calculate the common normal length and measuring teeth number of involute cylindrical gear. The result shows that the solving of measuring teeth number by best value method is more reasonable and the calculation of common normal length is exacter and swifter by the software.

Abstract: A kinematics model of planetary bevel-gear trains, which included two sun gears, four planet gears and two carriers, was established. With analyzing of the gear trains, non-oriented graph representation of the mechanism was developed. Then, the kinematic structure of the gear trains was represented. With coordinate conversion, the successive transformation matrices were derived. And then, the oriented graph representation of gear pair was obtained by analyzing rotation vectors. Lastly, the inverse kinematics equation was obtained. To given the orientation of the moving platform variables, the equations have the identify solutions.

Abstract: According to the meshing principle of noncircular gears, the meshing characteristic and digital manufacturing technology of eccentric involute gears is studied. Based on analyzing the parameterized modeling of pitch curve, transmission characteristics and convex-concave property on eccentric involute gears, the transmission feasibility of this type gear is proved. Through tooth shape design, CAM calculation and processing simulation, the validity and manufacturability of theoretical design method on this type gear is proved. The research results can provide more systemic theory basis for the design, manufacture, measure and application of eccentric involute gears.
