Abstract: In this paper, do a stress analysis research on driving wheels of EBZ16 road header walking components, set up the 3D model by Pro/E, through the interface between Pro/E and ANSYS, import the wheel model into ANSYS ,have a static stress analysis, check the wheel’s strength .Have a topological optimization by OC method on driving wheel, from the result we can see this design can basically satisfy the demand, and can reduce %15 volume than the former design ,provide theory basis for improving the design and performance of the driving wheels.

Abstract: 7-ATCA is a major intermediate of Cefditoren pivoxil. Literatures reported 7-ATCA was generally synthesized by the method of sheer chemistry or combinative method of biochemistry and chemistry. Considering reduction of environmental pollution, the combinative method has more preference. We optimized the amount of sodium iodide and 4-methyl-5-thiazolaldehyde in Wittig reaction and the sorts of reagents for removing C-4 deprotection group. 7-ATCA was obtained after penicillin acylase hydrolysis of C-7 protection group in a mild condition. The structure of 7-ATCA was characterized by 1H NMR and the total yield was up to 55%.

Abstract: Fretting fatigue becomes a typical failure mode for engine cylinder block caused by the increasing of the gas pressure and rotating speed, but the mechanism of fretting fatigue under diesel engine load condition hasn’t been systematic studied. In this paper, the fretting behaviors are mainly discussed by using fretting friction work parameter W and crack initiation location parameter G.

Abstract: In order to rationalize the design of the worm-drive, the fuzzy reliability design method and robust design method were fully applied to develop the new model for fuzzy reliability optimization design of worm-drive with the minimum weight, minimum sliding-velocity, and minimum sensitivity as the objective function. The fuzzy optimization design result of the worm-drive was obtained by compiling MATLAB procedure. Compared with traditional design methods,the center distance was reduced by 33.3%, the sliding speed is reduced by 10.6%.The life of the worm-drive was raised by11.5%,and the wear quantity of the worm-drive was decreased by 0.1%after 100 hours' running.

Abstract: In order to study the reliability of the powertrain of a heavy-duty truck, a new method of enhancement test correlated with the customer usage based on the typical highway in mountain area(THMA) is presented, which can combine customer usage conditions with the enhancement test on THMA to avoid the blindness of the previous powertrain reliability test. Test data are collected on the actual customer roads and THMA, and the combined evenly divided matrix of the drive shaft torque to the rotational speed is used to obtain the cumulative energy distribution loading spectrum. The total cumulative energy of the customer roads and each customer under the failure probability of 90% is calculated by combining the customer survey according to the straight line equation of the Weibull distribution probability paper and the mathematical model of the powertrain cumulative energy, and then the Monte-Carlo method is used to simulate the total energy output of the powertrain of 90% customer. Optimization calculation is conducted on the cumulative energy of THMA and 90% customer to obtain the enhancement coefficient and reliability test procedures of THMA so as to provide an important basis for scientific evaluation and assessment of the powertrain reliability.

Abstract: Based on Saddlepoint Approximation method and sensitivity analysis method, reliability sensitivity analysis for differential expansion of steam turbine with random parameters are studied. On the premise of the probability distribution of random parameters, using Saddlepoint Approximation method, probability density function of limit state function of differential expansion of steam turbine is obtained. The result of Saddlepoint Approximation method is very close to the one of Monte-Carlo, and the computing speed is fast. Then, the sensitivity analysis method and probability density function were employed to discuss the variation regularities of reliability sensitivity and the effect of design parameters on reliability of differential expansion of steam turbine is analyzed.

Abstract: The material properties and geometry of rotor system are random parameters because of the manufacturing environment, manufacturing and installation errors and other factors. Based on the reliability design theory, the reliability sensitivity technique and the robust design method, the frequency reliability robust optimization method of rotor system is extensively discussed. The frequency reliability sensitivity is added to the reliability-based optimization design model of rotor system. The frequency reliability robust design is described as a multi-objection optimization. The method presented provided the theoretic basis for the reliability robust design of the rotor system. A numerical example demonstrated that the proposed method is effective.

Abstract: Through introducing the design axioms in axiomatic design, the thesis elaborated the relationship between axiomatic design and reliability design of product, then analyzed the effects of product reliability caused by coupled design, and explained the necessity that avoided coupled design and the significance that kept the product function independent during product design.
