Abstract: The injection molding process with different wall thickness may create the obvious cavitation flaw. So carried on the kinetic simulation of filling injection using plastic advisor with Pro/E software, and discussed the melt flows in the mould. Research the cavitation defect of the jubilance toy's part with different wall thickness, and forecast reasonably position and quantity of the cavitation, and through the change of formation technological parameter, obtained the relatively good formation technological combination, achieved the reduced flaw quantity. Which provided the theory basis to study and removes the product flaw, provided reference for the discussion injection CAE, indicated it had great singlenificance for the visualization experimental study.

Abstract: To enhance heat exchange between the rotor and external environment, many ribs are arranged on the cover of the machine. The air cooling condition for 1.5MW wind rotor is evaluated by Computational fluid dynamics(CFD). It is found that the density of the air, the flow velocity and the arrangement of the ribs on the rotor cover is the main factors impacting the air cooling effect of the rotor. Under the same running power, the air cooling condition becomes worse with the decrease of air density and becomes better with the increase of wind speed. To improve the cooling condition of the wind rotor, the arrangement of the ribs on the cover is optimized. The results show that the width ratio of the ribs and channels plays an important role in the heat convection. In all our cases, 0.5 is the best. Considering the manufacture processing, the arrangement of 400 ribs is selected in our optimization.

Abstract: In the paper, the limited unit method is applied in order to simulate analyzing the effect of pile and soil working together and the failure principle of soil around the pile. The distribute condition of the soil stress around the pile is defined, and it is put forward that the influence for bearing capacity developed by the Multi-under-reamed bearing loads.

Abstract: Based on the target detection of alignment template, the paper designs a lane alignment template by using correlation matching method, and combines with genetic algorithm for template stochastic matching and optimization to realize the lane detection. In order to solve the real-time problem of lane detection algorithm based on genetic algorithm, this paper uses the high performance multi-core DSP chip TMS320C6474 as the core, combines with high-speed data transmission technology of Rapid10, realizes the hardware parallel processing of the lane detection algorithm. By Rapid10 bus, the data transmission speed between the DSP and the DSP can reach 3.125Gbps, it basically realizes transmission without delay, and thereby solves the high speed transmission of the large data quantity between processor. The experimental results show that, no matter the calculated lane line, or the running time is better than the single DSP and PC at the parallel C6474 platform. In addition, the road detection is accurate and reliable, and it has good robustness.

Abstract: For any electric vehicle on the road, it is inevitable to be influenced by parameter uncertainties and some kinds of disturbance torques, which present challenge for the controller design in the electric vehicle. Therefore, control of the electric vehicle to achieve the safety running requirement becomes important. In this paper, we investigate the control method for electric drive system of the electric vehicle from both theoretical and applied perspectives, then, speed loop inverse based disturbance rejection control strategy is proposed. The proposed approach is illustrated by implementing it into an experimental platform. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed control method can achieve rapid response to current variation at operating frequency of electric vehicle, and substantially suppress the adverse effect of current variation at high frequency.

Abstract: At present, there is much difficulty in choosing appropriate logistic outsourcing service for enterprises, which may even result in logistic failures. One major reason for that is the lack of strong theoretical guidance in logistic outsourcing and in the choosing of a service provider that is adapted to the enterprises development. To solve this problem, this paper constructs the indexes system of service provider choice and evaluation based on the following four aspects: logistic cost, logistic operational efficiency, service provider’s individual quality and capability. The analytic hierarchy process is used in the selection of service provider. And company Z is taken as an example in the calculation. By doing so, this paper constructs a comparatively integrated framework for the selection of logistic outsourcing service provider, perfects the evaluation system of it and provides enterprises with a set of scientific evaluation methods in choosing service provider.

Abstract: In this paper, density functional theory calculation combined with period slab models were used to investigate the interaction between fuel gas CO and different active site in Mn3O4(001) surface, the formation of bidentate carbonate species, the breakage of old bond along with generation of new bond in CO oxidation process. Different adsorption sites in both Mn terminal and Mn-O terminal was discussed. Results showed that the tetrahedral Mn top site was the favorite adsorption site on the Mn terminal surface with the bonding energy of 1.011eV, while CO bond to the O atom of Mn-O-terminal surface to form a new C-O bond leading to the generation of the bidentate carbonate species. Further, Complete LST/QST method was used to detect the path of generation reaction of CO2 molecular, which predicted activation energy of 0.96eV. The results will promote the fundamental understanding and applications of Mn-based oxygen carrier.

Abstract: To repair the damages of aero blades, laser cladding on GH710 substrate using NiCrMoNb powder by CO2 laser was carried out. The microstructure and microhardness of cladding layers were investigated. The property of dry sliding friction and wear in the air was tested. It was found that the cladding layer was well combined with the substrate. The white narrow metallurgical bonding zone was about 15~20μm. The microstructure transformed from coarse columnar grains to fine dendritic grains from bottom to top and the net-like grains were fabricated on the surface. The axis of columnar grains was perpendicular to the direction of the melting line. Columnar grains had the scale of 10~15μm on the width and 50~60μm in the axis direction. The area of the crystal lattice varied from 2μm×4μm to 5μm×9μm. The microhardness of cladding layer, metallurgical bonding zone and the substrate changed gradually. The microhardness was 450HV, 40%~50% higher than that of the substrate. The wearing capacity was 50%~55% of that of the substrate. The main form of abrasion was grain-abrasion and adhesion-abrasion.

Abstract: By simplifying the triangular tracked engineer vehicle into dynamic model of half-tracked vehicle with five freedom degrees which includes four vertical jumps and one rotation, a corresponding dynamic differential equation is set up to each degree of freedom. A method of road roughness simulation, based on the time series of White Noise, is also represented and then verified. The simulation analysis of the tracked vehicle ride comfort is built on MATLAB/SIMULINK, based on the incentive signal of an imitated road. The simulation results show that the method that White Noise generated road roughness is applicable and prove efficient in the ride comfort research of the triangular tracked engineer vehicle. Thus a theoretical foundation is established for the optimization for ride comfort of the triangular tracked engineer vehicle.
