Abstract: The core capabilities are to provide full product space for customers with the low cost and high efficiency in customized manufacturers, and ultimately to meet the individual demand of customers. This paper proposes cloud-based service platform for mass customization by the advantages of cloud computing, in order to effectively achieve the company's core capabilities and integration of resources and meet the supply and demand between the fluctuations in orders and the long-lasting manufacturing capabilities. This paper mainly studies the service platform architecture and the core technology to improve the service capacity of mass customization business through the integration of resources, demand integration and optimal configuration.

Abstract: Ring-shaped oil seals used in automobiles are usually manufactured by the press drawing and the press blanking considering the shape and the use application. In this process of manufacturing, the material availability is quite low because the central region part is cut from the product and becomes the waste material. We propose the forming method by the press drawing using a ring-shaped blank for the metallic part of the oil seal in order to improve the material availability and reduce the number of processes. In this research, the forming accuracy using the ring-shaped blank was investigated by the forming simulation. As the result, when the knockout was fixed in order to generate the sufficient bottoming by the punch, it was found that the bottom part can be formed flatly and the angle part can be formed almost right. Furthermore, it was found that the inside diameter of the formed product is proportional to the inside diameter of the blank except the case when the bottom part of the formed product is small. Hence, the required inside diameter of the ring-shaped blank can be calculated with the proportional relationship.

Abstract: Based on coordinate transformation, we extend the theory of unidirectional surface mode at a plane interface to a more general case of arbitrary boundary. We provide direct simulations to prove the validity of extension. Because it depends only on the signs of off-diagonal elements in the tensor of permittivity (for TM mode) or permeability (for TE mode), the unidirectionality is robust in a wide range of frequency. Moreover, this kind of surface mode is fairly robust with smoothly changing surface. These properties are very useful to design compact nonreciprocal component with wide range of operating frequency in various cases, such as broadband isolators and circulators.

Abstract: Plastic heat exchangers has the shortcomings of bulky, thick pipe wall with large thermal resistance, poor heat transfer, aging of plastic and a narrow temperature range. The key to increase the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger is improving thermal performance of heat conduction.To enhance heat transfer effects and expand the temperature range of using plastic heat exchanger, PVDF with good temperature resistance is used as matrix and modification with graphite fillers to prepare composite hollow fiber which has the advantage of small diameter, thin wall and good thermal conductivity. Also, composite materials hollow fibers are used to prepare shell and tube hollow fiber heat exchanger.The testing of "water - water" system for our heat exchanger module has been done, and the results indicate that adding graphite is helpful to improve thermal conductivity of PVDF-based heat conductive hollow fiber heat exchanger to a certain extent.hen the content of graphite is 3%, the heat transfer effect is the best.

Abstract: The mechanism of concrete durability under uniaxial compressive load has been studied through chloride penetration experiments in this contribution. It has been found that there is a good corresponding relationship between chloride penetration resistance of concrete and the applied compressive stress level. With increasing of the applied compressive load, chloride penetration depth and content both decreased firstly. After the compressive load up to a critical level, they began to increase quickly. The apparent diffusion coefficient and chloride concentration at the surface also increase with the same rule. It is shown that chloride penetration of concrete is a complex process. So the effect of mechanical load should be considered as an important factor for prediction of service life of reinforced concrete structures in marine environment.

Abstract: To obtain a good Cherry preservative, the author prepared acetic acid Chitosan and metal ion complexes with solid-liquid reaction. Besides, the Cherry preservative was prepared by modified Chitosan materials. It was obtained that the optimal concentration of chitosen acetate for fresh cherries is 20g/l by studying effect of different concentrations of preservative on the storage of Cherry and its preservation time was 24 days. It also found that it owned better preservation effect with adding metal ion and Zn compound preservative had the best preservation performance among all experimental ion compound preservation. The experiment results showed that the preservative which prepared by Chitosan had excellence properties of extending Cherries storage periods、lowing the loss of Cherry fruit during storage、slowing the forming of Cherry soluble solids and the decreasing of titratable acid and vitamine C, but also reducing Cherry metabolism.

Abstract: Cadmium sulfide (CdS) film by evaporation deposition and CdS/Cuprous sulfide (Cu2S) complex film by dipping were obtained on glass substrates. The influence of different annealing temperatures was investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) demonstrates CdS films are continuous, homogeneous. X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL) and Raman spectra reveal the CdS films were hexagonal structure and 400°C is favor of the crystallization and aggregation. The conductivity of CdS/Cu2S complex film is better than that of CdS film.

Abstract: The formation process of goaf was dynamically simulated by similar material simulation esperiment. After mining coal was finished and the goaf was basically stable, deformation regularity of surface migrating was studied under gradual loading in different lacation of goaf . The results show: the residual deformation caused by load arranged on both sides of goaf is bigger than that caused by load arranged in the central of goaf. And the maximum values of residual deformation occur on both sides of goaf. The different mining conditions, load location and size will affect the residual deformation. In single mining conditions, a larger load in the both sides of goaf ,the greater the residual deformation.

Abstract: This paper studies the concept, connotation of green supply chain in the background of electronic manufacture industry, its operating model and construction process. The research expounds several processes within the operating model, like green design, green procurement, green manufacture, green distribution and green recycling. The research serves as a fundamental for the operation management, control and evaluation in the green supply chain of electronic manufacture industry.
