Abstract: Generally, action of constraints exists in reliability optimization design of mechanical parts. Usually, general optimum methods are adopted in reliability optimization design, so the local solution is obtained. Aimed at this situation, a global optimum method was introduced by Lingo13.0 software. The result shows the model is practical and effective and its solution is global solution better than the result with general optimum method. As the method is simple, it is worthy to spread in optimum design

Abstract: The roller gear indexing cam has irreplaceable superiority in the high-accuracy and high-speed indexing motion, but it can not keep the system’s good dynamic characteristics to improve machining accuracy of cam only. This paper studies the dynamic simulation of the roller gear indexing cam by means of virtual prototype technology, rigid multi-body dynamics, and contact mechanics, and the influences of this system’s parameters on dynamic responds of the mechanism. These works are valuable for designers, makers and users to optimal design, test, and make the mechanism, and give a new method for studying dynamics of roller gear indexing cam.

Abstract: This paper investigates the reconfiguration of manufacturing systems like flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) based on machining features. The focus of the research is to find out the optimal configuration of flexible manufacturing systems by machining features in terms of the manufacturing requirement of parts, to reduce the total construction cost or the whole machining time. The objective is to get the optimal configuration of FMS for a specific part family from the available machines of a manufacturing cooperation, in this paper, a new method for the configuration of FMS based on machining features is proposed. The prototype has been implemented for a machine manufacturing cooperation in China, where the configuration of FMS is used to machine several parts and components of trucks.

Abstract: Aimed at the characteristic of manufacturing, it analyses application demands of RFID technology in manufacturing production, expatiates the operational principles of applying RFID technology in the manufacture industry to improve production efficiency in details. Through integrated application, which based on RFID technology, network technology and wireless communication technology, a structure of RFID application system, facing the management of production has been established for enterprises. Functional modules of the application system have been described according to the design requirements.

Abstract: Chemical etching, which is the most sensitive method to recover obliterated serial numbers on metal surfaces. This paper studied the method of recovering obliterated engraved vehicle identification number on vehicle frame surfaces by etching technique. Experiment research indicates that for vehicle frame materials containing Al and Si components, the use of concentrated hydrochloric acid : acetic acid : ethanol=2:1:1( volume ratio) reagent shows good effectiveness; For vehicle frame materials Mn and Si composition, the use of concentrated nitric acid: acetic acid: ethanol=1:1:1 ( volume ratio) shows good effectiveness. This recovering method has far-reaching application prospects, especially in the robbery cases involving vehicle identification numbers juggled.

Abstract: According to the characteristic of agile manufacturing cell, a modeling method based on multi-agent is proposed. It strengthens rules on the basis of oriented-object method. An agent method of agile manufacturing cell management and control system is established.

Abstract: A model based on level set function is proposed to predict gas shielded arc welding. The model describes not only the free surface tracking of molten drop and metal transfer in gas metal arc welding, but it simulates the phase change on substrate during heat transfer,which is based on porous media theory. The result of simulation shows that this model can describe the drop diameters, transfer frequency and the shape of solidification precisely.

Then it designed the realization process of product display and further studied the detailed realization process of product interactive display. Finally, it discussed the characteristics of the virtual display of products.

Abstract: In this paper, the new bamboo-based consolidated composite floors were fabricated with thin bamboo veneers which used as decoration layers, wear resistant layers, high density fiberboards and equilibrium layers through assembling and scuffing. The effect rules of the composite floor on properties were preliminarily studied by three factors: hot-pressing temperature, pressure and time. The results showed that the wear resistance and surface bond strength of the thin bamboo veneer consolidated composite floor significantly increased with the rise of hot-pressing temperature. In the scope of resources, the effect of hot-pressing pressure and time on properties of the floor is not significant. The optimizing technology is hot-pressing temperature 170°C, pressure 3MPa and time 40s/mm in this study. The thin bamboo veneer consolidated composite floor is an excellent floor decorative material, which has good physical and mechanical properties.

Abstract: Modular division is the first step of modular design, which also is the premise and basis of modular design. Whether modular division is reasonable can directly affect the systemic function performance and the cost of modular products. This paper introduces a new sort of modular division method, which divides the modules by calculating the correlations among sub-functions. At last, taking the high-speed CNC turning center as example, which is made by Shenyang Machine Tool Group, this paper proved the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
