Abstract: The model suitable to the fault test and diagnosis of hydraulic system of certain engineering equipment is described. The corresponding hardware and software platforms are developed, which can realize data acquisition, processing and fault diagnosis. Based on the multi-thread and multi-panel control technology, the parallel processing and order execution of tasks are achieved. The channel configuration files and system parameter configuration files are made, which can implement automatic signal acquisition. The corresponding remote test and diagnosis system is build based on C/S mode.

Abstract: Atmospheric carbon dioxide levels increasing, the climate change has drawn increasing attention. But so far there is no good solution to this problem. This paper presents a simple and feasible way to achieve carbon dioxide liquefaction facility, to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, thereby to improve the climate of the new method. This method is not only technically simple and feasible but also quite inexpensive.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the structure of molding tool for composite component, and proposes a method of surface design of molding tool based on reverse engineering. By using handy laser scanner, the point cloud data is obtained from the composite component, which is processed in Geomagic Studio. Then the processed data is imported into CATIA for Surface fitting. The surface of molding tool for composite component is rapidly and accurately designed by analyzing 3D error and comparing cross-sectional data.

Abstract: In this paper, effects of technical parameters on process stability and microstructure during continuous rheo-extrusion process of 6201 alloy wire were investigated. The optimal process parameters for producing 6201 alloy wire are obtained. The casting temperature is from 720°C to 740°C, and the roll rotating speed is 15r/min. The 6201 alloy wire with good performance has been successfully manufactured. After heat treatment, the tensile strength of the product reaches 325 MPa and the resistivity reaches 32.47 nΩm, which is better than LHA2 conducting wire of China.

Abstract: This article mainly describes the development and design of maifan stone fiber blended yarn knitted fabrics for the six textures, focus on the key points of knitting and knitting process, studies on basic structural features of knitted fabrics, and testes on the basic properties of fabrics. It is showed from the testing result that pure maifan stone fiber is suitable for developing knitted fabrics

Abstract: Digital filter is one of the most important parts of digital signal processing. In practice, digital signal processing often need to limit the signal observation time interval within a certain time, choose only one period of signal that signal data will be truncated, this process is equivalent to plus window function operation to signal. In order to obtain finite unit sample response, need to truncate the infinite unit sample response sequence by window function. This paper proposes the method of using window function to design FIR Band-pass filter based on MATLAB, according to the design basic principle of FIR digital filter. Filtering processing for measured signal showed that filtering effect of the filter achieved the expected results.

Abstract: At present, fire electronic plans of the key units are not intuitive. Reading the fire plans of key units, fire commanders and soldiers still need to focus on the units to the field which is familiar with the building structure to drill for the strategic plans. That increases an additional workload. Using virtual reality technology firefighters will be able to intuitively grasp the key units of the actual fire. Such as it can provide strong support for fire fighting, assist firefighters to arrive the proper disposal of fire. Thus it will reduce the blindness of the rescue operation, protect the safety of firefighters and increase the fire fighting effectiveness.

Abstract: In this paper the method of serial communication between LabVIEW and TMS320LF2407 will be introduced. For the COM port communication between PC and SCM, introduces a kind of serial communication method between PC and SCM by using the serial communication control of LabVIEW, and the detailed programming was presented. This system has been successfully realized by commissioning, and applied to the project, and the operation is stable and reliable, and can satisfy the design requirement and the function, and the system is provided with a good reference value for developing similar system.

Abstract: A microcontroller AT89C55 was used as the detection and control core of the electric car passing seesaw in the design. Reflective photoelectric switch LTH1550 -01 constitute the patrol line module to guide the car driving; High - performance magnetic sensitive precision small-angle tilt sensor WQH36 -45 was used to detect the state of equilibrium of the electric car; Bridge driver L298 was used to control reversing/forwarding rotation and PWM motor speed control; 12 - bit switched capacitor successive approximation ADC TLC2543 was used to sample electric car’s sensor signal; keyboard and LED display composed of I2C interface keyboard and LED driver ZLG7290 achieve the human-machine interface; voice playback was compose of the single-chip voice chip ISD2590 and small power amplifier LM386. Based on the above complete and reliable hardware circuit design , the use of sophisticated software algorithms to achieve the angle offset feedback loop speed control and self - correction , the exact line inspection guide , making the electric car in various stages can be accurately controlled .

Abstract: The effect of sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) on the corrosion of Q235 steel has been investigated in the crevice under the simulated disbonded coating with aperture width of 1.0 and 0.5mm in the soil-extract solutions (SES) by using electrochemical methods. The results show that the existence of SRB in SES can cause corrosion potential of the working electrode to shift to a more negative value, and the formation of pitting on the surface of the electrode. Compared with the crevice width of 1.0mm, the corrosion potential of the electrode shows a little more positive at the crevice width of 0.5mm. The corrosion rate of the electrode increases with the increase of aperture width in the SES without SRB, however, decreases with the increase of aperture width in the SES with SRB. The results obtained indicate that either bio-film on the surface of the electrode formed by SRB in SES or aperture width has obvious influences on the crevice corrosion process of the carbon steel.
