Abstract: To understand the stressed characteristic of fault rupture zone under high hydraulic pressure, based on the F3 fault of Guanshan tunnel the software 2D-FLAC is adopted to found the fluid-solid coupling numerical model of ground water seepage and evolution in the process of tunnel structure in fault rupture zone under high hydraulic pressure and analyze the mechanical character of tunnel structure in three schemes of whole block, free discharge and limit discharge. The result shows that in the whole block condition, the partial seepage of ground water happened and the lining thickness should be more than 60cm; Regardless of water pressure, the rock is damaged at a large range, and the minimum safety factor of the lining structure meet the tunnel design standard; In the limit discharge condition, the grouting reinforced ring makes the effect of limiting drainage and keeping the tunnel’s stability in the construction. The tunnel drainage gets smaller with the increase of grouting ring’s thickness and the decrease of grouting ring’s penetration parameter; setting the drainage system can decrease the hydraulic pressure at the back of lining as well as grouting and water blocking.

Abstract: The main contents of this article are the practical application of a new technology about the tension online detection and control, including the tension control in the production process and the winding process. For example, the optical fiber winding, the winding of roving, the winding of loose cone frame, special fancy yarns winding and so on. The new function is so strong that can be used in many aspects, which can meet the special production requirements and improve the product quality.

Abstract: The Fomitopsis pinicola Karst is a novel mushroom. Its exo-polysaccharide and biomass of F.pinicola Karst have widely potential applications. In this paper, effect of different nutrient components on exo-polysaccharide and biomass production was reported. The results revealed that the optimal medium for producing CEPS was (g/L): glucose 150, yeast extract 5, MgSO4•7H2O 0.8, KH2PO4 1.2. The optimal medium for biomass growth was (g/L): glucose 150, yeast extract 15, MgSO4•7H2O 0.6, KH2PO4 1.4.

Abstract: Based on principles of the differential effect and the wicking effect, the coolmax fiber and the cotton fiber were selected as raw materials, and with these materials, a kind of special functional double-sided pique fabric was developed on the double-sided knitting machine. The designing principles of the fabric and the designing methods and technical parameters are mainly introduced in this paper, the machine selection and main matters that need pay more attention to during the producing of the fabric are also pointed out.

They are greatly affected by artificial factor and the equipment conditions are differential. In consideration of these characteristics of the products,Based on the design of the clothing manufacturing craft, this thesis develops a generation method of clothing manufacturing process diagram based on interaction to search for the technical method of accelerating the automatic integrated system progress of the clothing manufacturing craft. Since clothing manufacturing process diagram is an important element of clothing process planning, the generation of process diagram is indispensable in the craft design software. CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) refers to the decision of the industrial clothing processing craft by clothing parts making use of the functions of numerical calculation, logic and reasoning and etc. of the computer and with the aid of computer hardware and software technology and support environment [1].

Abstract: Sulfite pretreatment was explored in enzymatic hydrolysis of bagasse for the first time, and was compared with dilute acid pretreatment. The results showed that enzymatic hydrolysis yield of bagasse after sulfite treatment was lower than that of the bagasse pretreated with dilute acid. Meanwhile, complexity of sulfite pretreatment and its high cost made it infeasible for industrialized production. Results also showed positive correlation of bagasse pretreatment weight loss to enzymatic hydrolysis yield in dilute acid pretreatment processes, which made substrate weight loss a plausible parameter in pretreatment evaluation.

Abstract: Track irregularity is the main disturbance of vibration of wheel-rail system. Combined with the structure of the ramp simulator and the feature of longitudinal ramp, this paper completed the simulation of vehicle longitudinal ramp, and constructed he model of coordinative relations for the slope simulation. Based on the method space transformation of homogeneous coordinate and the expression of space vector of the 21 actuators, three models of inverse displacement analysis of the 6-Dof simulation platform were built. It also implemented the real-time solution by means of simulink, which provided parameters reference for the control of 6-Dof loading platform, and was of important theoretical value and realistic significance.

Abstract: Ultra-precision mould is widely used as the most important material in hot forming manufacture industry in recent years. Hot forming process has been employed as a promising technique to manufacture small size components in mass production. In this paper, an effective method of improving the heating or the cooling effectiveness is to increase the area exposed to the cold or hot nitrogen by means of adding slots. In the same condition, four models with different slots were built. Based on the theoretical analysis of glass heating and cooling property in the forming process, finite element simulation was carried out. The results showed that the model with slots may decrease the heating and cooling time
