Abstract: The fatigue crack growth behavior of weld metal (WM), heat affected zone (HAZ) and base metal(BM) of Duplex Stainless Steel (DSS) 2205 standard sample was tested in different stress ratios at HF fatigue testing machine. ANSYS analysis software was used to simulate the fatigue crack growth rate of the steel under different stress ratio. Regression equations and da / dK-ΔK curves of experiment and simulation are compared and analyzed. The results show that the fatigue crack growth rate of WM is slowest and the ability to resist fatigue crack growth is highest among the three parts, the lowest is BM. Secondly, the sensitivity of the rate caused by the stress change of WM is the highest, and the lowest is BM. The simulation of fatigue crack growth rate of DSS 2205 is completely correct and feasible by the experiment.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the over-reinforcement of coupling beam in high-rise building structure design and proposes the relevant treatment methods and suggestions to provide references for designers. Coupling beam is a beam that is used to connect between wall limbs or wall limbs and frame columns in shear wall structures and frame – shear wall structures. A coupling beam generally has the features of small span, large cross section and high stiffness of the wall connected to it.

Abstract: In processing of electrochemical finishing (ECF), electrochemical dissolution makes anodic surface micro-topography change. To identify the influence of the change on the distribution of electric-current field between electrodes, mathematical model describing the distribution of the electric-current field along the profile of the anodic surface micro-topography was established. The results of simulations and experiments show that the variation in the anodic surface micro-topography makes the distribution density of the electric-current uniform, and the sharp or peak-like micro-topography is in favour of improving the finishing ability of ECF.

Abstract: Silicone rubber is a polymer with the chain molecule structure of Si-O bond [1]. At the environment of 1970 m elevation, the power frequency withstand voltage and condensation experiments will be tested by using two silicone rubber tubes with length of 300mm and 330mm, which lasts one minute, under 85kV. In the high potential test, the silicone rubber tube does not appear the flashover when the surface of tubes weren’t polluted. However, the test voltage increases to 70kV and the surface of the silicone rubber tube will appear flashover, when the tubes are plated in the condensation conditions. The high potential experiments indicate that the electrical insulation property of silicone rubber tube is seriously debated in the humidity environment.

Abstract: By using beam element to model rail, spring element to model fastener, solid element to model different components of ballastless track, contact element to model the connection between each component of ballastless track, a statics three-dimensional nonlinear finite element mechanical model for calculating the forces transmission among rail, fastening and different component of ballastless slab track on subgrade was established. Experimental data of Suining-Chongqing railway line was given to validate the calculation model. Force of ballastless slab track on subgrade under gravity load, train load, uneven settlement load, temperature gradient load as well as combined load was analyzed. Results show that: spatial forces characteristic of ballastless slab track is very notable under train load; uneven settlement load as well as temperature gradient load has significant influence on the mechanical characteristic of ballastless slab track; force of ballastless slab track increases significantly under combined load than that of under any single load.

Abstract: The magnetic circuit parameter design problem was proposed aiming at axial magnetic drive mechanism driving torque. Analyzed axial magnetic drive mechanism driving principle .According to the mathematics model of the magnetic coupling torque that was established based on the equivalent magnetic charge theory, analyzed magnetic circuit design, included material selection, magnetic circuit type, the working air gap of magnetic circuit, magnet and the thickness of the magnets and resistive magnets. The basis was provided for the rational design of high-performance axial magnetic drive mechanism.

Abstract: According to the working characteristics of the hydrodynamic retarder, the hydrodynamic retarder D300 is chosen in this research. Based on three-dimensional flow theory, the internal temperature fields of hydrodynamic retarder with different liquid-filled ratios of 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% are numerically simulated. The standard k-ε model is chosen as turbulent model for calculation. The SIMPLEC algorithm is chosen as velocity-pressure coupling algorithm and the second order upwind scheme is used as discrete method. The mixture multiphase model is used to calculate the unsteady gas-liquid two-phase flow in the condition of partial charging. Through simulating and analyzing, it provides an important theoretical basis for the heat exchange of the hydrodynamic retarder at different gears.

Abstract: The Modal Analysis of the Ceramic Ball Rolling Contact Fatigue Life Test Rig Drive Shaft Abstract: With the increasing of the rolling contact fatigue life tester’s speed, the vibration problem is getting more and more serious. In order to optimize the dynamic performance test rig, the modal analysis of the drive shaft was carried. First the vibration mechanics model was got by simplifying the shaft and get the first order of horizontal natural frequency which is 787.4266Hz with the theoretic algorithm. Then the drive shaft’s modal analysis was made by using the finite element software and that is 779Hz. The relative error between the former and the latter is 1.1%. It has demonstrated the accuracy of the finite element result, and its modal analysis could be the basis of the dynamic optimization.

Abstract: This article introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of the multi-color space and its color difference formula. By research and experiment, it validates that HSV and CIE L * a * b * color space and its corresponding color difference formula, which are used in the color recognition of jet fuel silver corrosion image, and their results are mostly in accordance with the recognition results by the naked eyes. And it also proves the feasibility of these two methods for the color recognition of jet fuel silver corrosion. Silver strip corrosion experiment must be tested as one of jet fuel corrosion detection items in jet fuel accepting, providing and storage process. The examination, whether jet fuel is qualified or not, is mainly due to silver corrosion’s color judgment. For computer visual system, the color is the character of object surface, and it is mankind recognition system to the object surface, light shine and visual condition’s comprehensive effect, and it has important function in the picture’s partition and identifying field. The color that is put up by visible light is continuous, and in order to measure and calculate conveniently, some scholars successively establish more than ten color spaces, which are mainly divided three types, by the HSV color space with RGB, HIS, and Munsell color spaces etc. According to particular application color space, YUV and YIQ and CMY color space are adopted by the television system, and CIE color space then includes CIE, XYZ, Lab and Luv etc. This article comparatively studies representative color space as well as RGB, HIS, CMY, YUV and CIE Lab color spaces, which are used for jet fuel silver strip corrosion image’s color recognition accuracy, and this article finally ensures a kind of color space and color difference formula which are applied to jet fuel silver strip corrosion image’s color recognition.
