Abstract: In this paper, the LS-SVM model of woodblock gasification process has been established. The test results show that the model has better simulation and prediction effect for woodblock gasification process. On the basis of this model, the multi-objective optimization functions which is during control parameters (gasification temperature and equivalence ratio) and gas heating value and tat content is established, aiming to obtain the optimal target value of control parameters when the gas heating value reach maximum and lowest tar content in the process of woodblock gasification. The Pareto optimal solutions are obtained by optimization calculation. And each group data of the solutions is a compromise selection for gas heating value and percentage of tar heating value in raw material. It is more in line with practice more than a group of optimal solution.

Abstract: When a disaster occurred in a city, the most important thing is succors and equipment of rescuing arriving at the disaster spot rapidly. We bring up a method of emergency traffic commanding based on GIS and GPS in this paper. The wrecking car installed mobile information terminal transmits the GPS real-time position information to the command center. The command center setups GIS platform, and sends an optimum route of arriving at the disaster spot to the wrecking car based on the condition of real-time traffic, then sends the signal controlling sequence to the traffic signal light of intersection on this optimum route in turn, in order to create “Green Wave” for wrecking car and make it arrive at the disaster spot rapidly.

Abstract: With CAE simulation technology and vehicle test, the frequency response characteristics of airbag electronic control unit bracket are analyzed and the structures of airbag electronic control unit bracket are modified. Finally, the resonance requirements for installation position of airbag electronic control unit are met.

Abstract: Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of mine survey mapping by manual way and development software way, according to large workload and low efficiency of mapping by hand and existing problems of most automatic mapping softwares now, combining the characteristic of vector mine-map, the author carries through secondary development of AutoCAD to realize mine automatic mapping directly using station points coordinates based on the connection of VB program technology and Excel database by high-grade language. Thus it reduces working procedures of mapping by hand as well as improves efficiency of mapping.

Abstract: Ameliorating the smoothness of the data sequence is an effective way to enhance the prediction accuracy of GM (1,1) model. With deep analysis of the existing strengthen operator, two types of new strengthen operator have constructed in this paper according to the new buffer operator axioms and principles of information priority. The article has studied its characteristics and internal relations, such examples have demonstrated the effectiveness and practicality of operators, while solving the problem about the quantitative predictions inconsistent with qualitative conclusions we can refer to the methods.

Abstract: Friction clutch is an important machine element, which transmits the torque from the engine to the gearbox. Hence, an accurate estimation of the heat flux and temperatures on the friction surfaces is essential for proper design of the clutch to avoid failure due to thermal stresses. The dimensionless radius ratio (R=inner disc radius/outer disc radius) is the main key quantifying the quantities of heat flux and temperature on friction materials of clutch. Furthermore, the effect of (R) on the axial force, inner and outer radius, peripheral velocity and torque is investigated as well. The MATLAB and ANSYS have been used to perform the numerical calculation in this paper.

Abstract: In the die-casting technology there is very necessary to determine cooling process of castings in metallic mold especially in the case of castings with great weight to achieve quality surface and properties of the casting without any defects. To regulate cooling in the time course, it is desirable to develop equation of regulation system that determining mold temperature dependence on casting temperature. In the paper we proposed model of regulatory system in the cooling process of casting in a mold that is based on an analysis of amplitude, phase and transition characteristics. The result is presented as proposal for regulatory circuit to control cooling process of casting in the mold.

Abstract: In this paper, a swirl nozzle is established to disperse superfine powder aerodynamically. And Reynolds stress model (RSM) is adopted to simulate the strongly swirling, compressible and transonic gas flow in the nozzle and its rear. Combined with discrete phase model (DPM), the concentration distribution of particle group in size of 2.5μm is studied. The simulated results show that, the distribution of swirl strength is determined basically by the nozzle structure, while the total pressure has little effect on it; compared with an irrotational nozzle, the swirl nozzle could achieve a better dispersing effect for superfine powder.

Abstract: Nowadays, due to the stringent engine emission norms, an efficient technique is required to reduce oxides of nitrogen (NOX) from automobiles especially from the lean burn engines. Although Urea Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is capable of satisfying these norms, the ammonia slip nullifies its advantages. Ammonia slip is mainly due to the lack of uniformity of ammonia at the monolith entrance. The uniformity of ammonia distribution mainly depends upon the flow parameters of exhaust gas and the injection parameters of urea water solution. The current study addresses the effect of flow parameters, temperature and flow rate of exhaust gas on the injection pressure. The results obtained reveals useful guidelines for enhancing the uniformity of ammonia in Urea-SCR.
