Further more, overdischarging protection, power abnormal protection, fault alarm, field data collection and upload are also achieved, which makes the system widely applied in the field of bank and hospital.

Abstract: The fluidity length of aluminum alloy is key parameter in mold-filling process. Generally it impacts the final quality of the cast products. In the paper we introduce our mathematical model for estimating the fluidity length of the particular alloy under high pressure die casting conditions. We tested our model against the spiral test to compare results and verified the feasibility of this particular mathematical model.

Abstract: In this paper, the pendulum characteristic of nature convection gas in dimensional enclosure is analyzed by FEM. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD program, the stream field and the temperature field caused by the point heat source, when the two-dimensional enclosure is inclined, has been obtained by a series of procedure, such as model building, meshing, loads applying and equation solving. The results are as follow: (1)Under the buoyancy lift affecting, the direction of nature convection gas always keeps the vertical upward in two-dimensional enclosure, nature convection gas has the pendulum characteristic. (2)When the dimensional enclosure is inclined, temperature distribution at the several points in dimensional enclosure will change with the tilt angle. The pendulum characteristic can be utilized to measure the tilt angle by the gas pendulum tilt sensor.

Abstract: The chief purpose of servo control system is gap detection and control during the process of EDM. In this paper, there are evaluations and introductions about two gap detection methods--average voltage detection and effective spark number detection, which are widely used in nowadays. A new method based on fuzzy PID adaptive control about the two gap detection methods is introduced to improve the accuracy and anti-interference performance.

Abstract: In steel-making process, when a furnace is charged, there are many optional steel grades for each slab. It is a difficult problem to select the appropriate steel grade for each slab. In this paper, based on the analysis of technics constraints in steel-making process, the steel grade intensivism problem is described, and the mathematical model is also established. To solve the above problem, a newly designed hierarchical genetic algorithm is proposed, where the hierarchical manner is used to decrease the solution space. The effectiveness of the approach is demonstrated by a simulation. The optimal solution can be obtained in reasonable time, which will be helpful to decrease the scraps between two steel grades while casting, to decrease the sum of surplus, and eventually to cut down the stock.

Abstract: In the traditional power topology structure of switched reluctance motor (SRM), the ideal DC bus voltage is supplied by the circuit which is composed by a rectifier bridge and a filter capacitor. The capacitor is usually large to reduce the torque ripple, so the conducting time of AC source is very short and the power factor is reductive. A novel power topology structure of SRM is presented in this paper, and it is applied to the traditional split-phase structure to carry out power factor correction (PFC). This paper sets up the two-phase simultaneous excitation of four phases 8/6 poles SRD based on MATLAB/SIMULINK, and analyzes the current, voltage, torque etc. of two-phase excitation. The simulation results proves that the novel topology is not only improving the power factor but also optimizing the motor starting performance and efficiency, and it provides a feasible way for the study of energy conservation and efficient SRM.

Abstract: The paper aims to analyst metal sheet printed quality based on ISO12647-2 and color gamut mapping of metal sheet digital proof. ECI2002CMYK test chart was printed on white color coating-metal sheet in 3-density levels with -.1 density differences and the printed quality then was analyzed in various factors. A density level that achieved ISO12647-2 standard quality was selected as the base line for ICC profile for color gamut mapping. Based on this color gamut mapping, the metal sheet digital proof was produced by ink-jet printer through Color Management program. The result showed that metal sheet digital proof appropriate for metal sheet printing simulation.

Abstract: Condition monitoring of reciprocating machines through the analysis of their vibrations has been recognized to be a difficult issue, essentially because of the strong nonlinearity of the vibration signals. A new method of multi-component singular entropy is put forward to resolve this problem. Local Wave method is combined with Singular Entropy to extract features from the IMF of the vibration signals of reciprocating machines. And the features will be used as the input of ANFIS to classify and recognize the fault mode. The results are classified correctly. The conclusion shows that this method is feasible.

Abstract: The system of contra rotating PMBLDCM widely used in underwater vehicle is a non-linear, multi-variable, time-varying system. Using the traditional method for PID control is difficult to achieve fine control effect. By designing a Fuzzy-PID controller, fuzzy algorithm for on-line auto-tuning PID parameters is applied to the system of a speed closed-loop in PMBLDCM double closed-loop system. An example of how to design and simulate the system by using the software MATLAB is introduced. The simulation results show that the method of Fuzzy-PID control has better control performance comparing with the conventional PID control, it has characteristics of no overshoot, fast response, small torque ripple.

Abstract: Based on the isothermal forming technology of pressing and spinning, designed the thermostatic fuel tank structure through the heat conduction computation, the heat conductivity value's analysis and working theory. It implements high-precision automatic control system by fuzzy--PID hybrid control technology in SCM. The results show that tank run stable, system temperature fluctuation less than ± 0.06, accuracy to meet the design requirements.
