Abstract: Prognostics and Health Management Technology (PHM) will make up the deficiencies of current device monitoring and fault diagnosis, especially the lack of fault prediction. Its combination with the neural network can provide a universal theory and technology of the intelligence prediction. Though the experiments, we establish the BP neural network, as well as the most suitable prediction model. After testing data verification, neural networks can accurately predict the status of the equipment, and the health trends in the future. With the network we can accurately predict the system state, remaining life for the aerospace equipment, make it possible to provide maintenance in time, reduce failure losses and improve reliability.

Abstract: According to review the structural characteristics and the operating conditions of cable-creating machine. That we can find noise source and analysis the cause of noise of cable-creating machine by mechanical kinetics, shake and the theory of acoustic. Next we will establish the model of cable-creating machine and complete mechanics analysis by simulation analysis. In the end we find a method to optimize the structure in order to have the noise of the machine finally zoom an average of 5 - 10db.

Abstract: The “Memory Wall” problem has become a bottleneck for the performance of processor, and on-chip multiprocessor(CMP) aggravates the memory access latency. So many hardware prefetching techniques have been brought to solve this challenge, i.e. Future Execution. This paper introduces runahead execution(another hardware prefetching technique firstly used on single-core processor) and Future Execution, then it brings up some improvement for Future Execution and gives the result and analysis of data tested by SPEC2000 benchmark.

Abstract: Narrowband powerline communication has the great potential market application like Auto-Meter-Reading (AMR). This paper focuses on the design and implementation of narrowband powerline communication module with the OFDM technology. Firstly, it introduces the OFDM solution for low voltage powerline communication module design, then it describes the implementation of the sync module, Viterbi code translation module and FFT module based on FPGA platform in details. Finally, it provides the actual test results for the communication module. It shows, the communication data rate of the narrowband powerline communication is greatly improved with OFDM technology.

Abstract: According to the disadvantage of the large noises of histogram equalization algorithm, a new adaptive image enhancement algorithm is presented. First, the statistical histogram of the infrared image is done. Then the threshold of plateaus Equalization is calculated and the statistical histogram is modified. Finally the bright values of the pixels of the image are changed. An embedded high speed image enhancement processing system on high performance DSP TMS320DM642 and FPGA was designed. Experimental results with real images shown that the system can improve the contrast of the infrared image, limit the noises of the enhancement image, and effectively enhance the infrared image, the running time of the program is shorter, so it can meet the requirements of real-time in the project.

Abstract: Security vulnerabilities and the slow speed of traditional Digital Rights Management (DRM) in E-Paper device are the major restrictions of E-Paper industry. This paper introduces a new type of E-Paper controller which is integrated with DRM. DRM is realized in hardware. Data stored in main memory and controller memory or transferred from CPU to controller are encrypted. So that so they are more secure. Display process and decryption process are combined into one pipeline and can run simultaneously. Thus higher speed and less security vulnerabilities are given to controller.

Abstract: There is serious inter-symbol interference (ISI) when ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless communication systems work at high data speed since there is much larger channel delay spread. The serious ISI becomes a major factor that affects the performance of UWB systems. In this paper, suppression ISI is developed for direct sequence spread-code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) UWB systems with a high data speed, and a joint chip equalization adaptive Rake (JCE-Rake) receiver is proposed. The proposed JCE-Rake receiver spreads the number of traditional Rake receiver taps to collect multi-path component and equalize the inter-chip interference simultaneously. Then the soft output of JCE-Rake receiver is despreaded with the user's spreading code. Finally the decision is made to recover the transmitted symbol. The simulation results verify that ISI is suppressed effectively and the system performance is improved evidently.

Abstract: This paper introduces the modular structure of NC turning simulation system and the characters of OpenGL. OpenGL is the standard interface of three-dimensional graphic software, and its main functions include modeling, transformation, mode setting of color, light and material setting, texture mapping, double buffer animation, etc. The application of OpenGL in development for NC turning simulation system is described, at the same time, its effect on three aspects of solid modeling, realistic effect and animation demonstration is specially illustrated. Simulation results prove that the NC turning simulation system based on OpenGL runs reliably, and can effectively simulate the machining process in real time.

Abstract: This paper proposes an algorithm to generate and render fireworks in real-time based on programmable graphics hardware, which divides the queue into several regions to save the time when waiting for CPU, and uses the XML external data and XNA framework to achieve the fast simulation of fireworks. The experimental results show that the algorithm can draw the fireworks vividly, meets the demand of real-timing very well, and has a great scalability.

Abstract: The development of parameterized modeling for ST8075 tower crane is based on finite element analysis software SAP84 and high-level programming language Fortran. According to the Saint-Venant principle, the special beam elements such as rotation joint and connection knots are specially reinforced if they don’t affect force analysis and deformation analysis of the whole structure. The tower crane is built into many small modules, which include balance arms, booms, tower body and so on. The developed program for the tower crane can realize the following functions: inputting the following parameters such as the tower body standard joint number, the boom combination type, working amplitude and hoisting weight, the computer can automatically generate hoisting points and get required crane with any tower body standard joints and booms’ combination type. According to inputted boom combination type and amplitude, the program will automatically judge the balance weight value applied to the balance arm, apply the balance weight, assure the variable-amplitude vehicle’s position, apply the hoisting load, apply the hanger weight and generate data files. It can calculate tower crane’s force state when the crane is working at various working case such as working state and storm case. After calculating the crane, inner forces can be checked and judged whether the beams meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability. It is easy to optimize the product design, reduce the crane’s potential risks and raise its safety assurance. It has important significance for research and development of new products.
