Abstract: With the rapid economic development and improvement of the people’s living standard, the energy demand is increasing very fast in China. The national comprehensive energy early warning system is studied is this paper to adapt to the fundamental task of energy construction in China. On the energy demand forecast based on SGM model, the compreshensive energy warning system is built in this paper and put into the mid-long term enrgy early warning in China. For the BaU scenario, the comprehensive indices are dangerous both in 2020 and 2030; for the SD scenario, the comprehensive indices are attentive both in 2020 and 2030. So it can be concluded that the energy saving and sustainable development should be insisted to cope with the energy problems in China.

Abstract: The sulfur transformation during pyrolysis and gasification of three kinds of coals was studied and the release of H2S and COS during the process was examined. During pyrolysis, besides the property of coal, reaction temperature is the most important factor that affects the sulfur removal. The main sulfur-containing gases is H2S, the ratio of sulfur-containing gases amount to total sulfur amount in coal reaches 25.8% for LS coal, 31.8% for YT coal and 13.1% for HJ coal, respectively. During CO2 gasification, compared with pyrolysis and steam gasification, there are more COS and less H2S formation, because CO could react with sulfide to form COS. During steam gasification, only H2S formation and no COS detected, because H2 has stronger reducibility to form H2S than CO. And the formation rate of sulfur during gasification is consistent with the gasification reactivity of three coal chars, indicated that coal rank is the major factor which affects the sulfur distribution during gasification.

Abstract: Taking the case of the T23 steel water wall leakage in a 1000MW ultra-supercritical tower boiler as an example, the reasons why the T23 steel water wall leakage of this type tower boiler may take place easily were analyzed from several aspects such as the material characteristics of T23 steel, the jointing and welding technology, the heat sensitivity of water walls and the rationality of operating ways. Then the measures to decrease water wall leakage were brought in, which improved the operating security of the tower boiler.

Abstract: According to the theory research results of KR stirring mixing performance, a special-shaped ladle for KR stirring was designed, and the physical simulation experiment on conventional circular and special-shaped hot metal ladles were done. The experiment results indicate that : to the circular ladle, the designed special-shaped ladle significantly improves the mixing performance of KR stirring desulphurization; the operation principle for special-shaped ladle improving desulphurization dynamic condition is that the designed axisymmetric special-shaped section make a certain distance between the stirring vortex flow and the axis of stirrer, which can restrain the concentric rotation and strengthen axial and radial movement of fluid particles in stirring process.

Abstract: Galloping is one of the gravely natural disasters witch put a significant threat to Grid security and stability. In this paper, a comprehensive, systematic research and analysis about transmission line galloping in China in recent years was done. Laws and characteristics of galloping disaster was analyzed in many aspects, including time and place that the galloping occurred, name of transmission line, voltage and structural parameters of line, meteorological data (air temperature, wind speed, ice, etc. ),the topography information where the transmission line located , the duration of galloping, and the destruction forms coursed by galloping. This work provides an important research reference not only for anti-galloping methods but enhancing the ability of withstanding natural disasters in Grid.

Abstract: Researches on gas pipelines are significant to fault pipelines diagnosis. Considering defects of generally-used numerical algorithm, a research is taken on transient flow in gas pipelines, From the vantage point of governing equation- Continuity Equation, Momentum Equation and Equation of State, Analytical method is proposed to solve the formulas ,which is hard to work out .Meanwhile ,transfer function and Laplace Transform are used to derive the mathematical equations, An case is used to justify proposed method, which solve the inconveniency and inefficiency brought by numerical calculation. Then the method is applied to detect and locate a fault pipeline.

Abstract: Volatile solvents are widely used in industrial process, and present in various industrial fields. However, volatile solvents could be potential sources of physical and health hazards. Industry need to get suitable facilities to reduce and prevent hazard risks. The main purpose of this article is to present a new deformable gas safety apparatus, which could be used for safety storage, transportation and usage of volatile solvents. This safety apparatus has been used in actual production and transportation process, and received satisfactory results.

Abstract: In this paper the monitor system of soil ground source heat pump (GSHP) unit is designed by using LabVIEW. Through automatic acquisition, the monitor system will accept the parameters, such as temperature, pressure of the fluid and so on to achieve the accurate data collection and data transmission .Meanwhile the soil temperature in the geothermal field will be also monitored in winter heating conditions. The results show that the soil temperature relates to the distance between the monitoring wells and the pipe center, the closer, the lower the temperature is; As time going, the soil temperature in geothermal reduces, but not obviously in a short time.

Abstract: Lots of complexity and uncertainties are existed in drilling process. Further more, one of the possible ways to solve on-site drilling safety accidents is the early-warning through real-time monitoring. Based on the analysis of main hazards during drilling process, considering that most of the hazards are observable and controllable, by using multi agent group (MAG) technology of distributed artificial intelligence (DAI), this paper puts forward a functional schematic model with drilling hazards monitoring multi agent group, which includes real-time monitoring agent, feature extraction agent warning analysis agent, communication agent and user interaction agent. Considering the features of drilling engineering hazard monitoring, a distributed drilling safety monitoring system including the two levels, site-level and base-level, is built.

Abstract: With the increasingly tense global situation, international interests chains are more complicated. Energy is playing an important role. The scientific formulation and implementation of Energy strategy are not only benefit to a country's domestic development, but also greatly affect a country's international status in the world stage. Therefore the study of international energy strategy is necessary. This article first analyzes the current energy situation of China, then makes a comparison of different countries’energy security strategies, raises some useful recommendations to Chinese energy security strategy in the end.
