Abstract: The particle diameter and luminous intensity of aluminum powder were measured by laser analyzer and photo-effect tester. The luminous intensity of [Ba(NO3)2+Al] illuminant were studied for different shape and diameter of aluminum powder as well as ultra-fine powder prepared by chemical method. The results show that the luminous intensity increases with particle size reduced, and luminous intensity of non-spherical aluminum is more than that of spherical aluminum. The change rate of luminous intensity increases rapidly when particle diameter was less than 2μm. It’s change rate in [0.6,2.13] is 4.37 times that in [2.13,4.24] interval.The ultra-fine aluminum powder and the submicron aluminum powder can effectively enhance the luminous performance of pyrotechnics.

Abstract: With the fast upgrading of lighting facilities and living standard, the electricity consumption has been increasing rapidly in every nation in recent years. This study intended to use the luminous efficacy and energy saving technique in lighting as a scientific management method and an effective approach to enhance the industrial development, effectively uplift the efficiency in resource use, specify the work of energy saving management, elevate the management standard and boost economic benefits for industries. Abstract: the LED dot matrix is an important public information display terminal and the large screen LED display can be applied in many occasions. This article will introduce a LED display which is based on the ARM technology with S3C4510 as the core in an engineering project. In this system, the main control card module is controlled by the S3C4510. The LED display contains the display module, the control drive circuit, and the main control card module as three parts. It is a decoding system that can process a variety of picture files and video files. CPU will remove the demonstration content from the memory which is stored by the user. Then through the display driver circuit, the demonstration content can be changed into the forms signal which the LED display can accept.

Abstract: This paper designs a type of intelligent switching power supply controller for LED street lamp. The configuration and principle of the controller is detailedly analyzed in this paper. Microprocessor PIC12F675 is employed in the design. With the controller, According to defferent illumination requirements, the controller achieves constant voltage and different constant LED current is automatically regulated to achieve energy saving without LED light intensity decrease notably. The controller is easy to be realized in circuit with high efficiency and high power factor.

Abstract: Jiangsu’s LED industry has some bottleneck such as the low capacity of upstream R & D and the lack of core technology and other issues. This paper argues that the key to LED industry develop in Jiangsu Province is establish a relatively sound government guidance mechanism, and put forward the system strategies from the angle of government subsidies, technological innovation, financial supporting, human resources training and international exchange, so that can promote LED industry development in Jiangsu Province, seize the top technology in domestic and international, foster the new economy growth in Jiangsu Province from long-term, achieve emission reduction target, and realize sustainable economy and society development in Jiangsu Province.

Abstract: This paper regards the working temperature limit of LED advertising screen in some mansion as the calculation criterion, conducts the temperature reduction scheme design in allusion to the particular operating requirements, calculates the heat gains and losses of LED screen accurately, and controls the temperature required by the environment well. It puts forward the excellent solutions for the temperature reduction treatment of the unconventional space, and explores a new way for the temperature reduction treatment of the space environment with the unconventional operating requirements in the future.

Abstract: The lighting level of highway tunnel is usually under mesopic vision condition, but the traditional luminance and illuminance test are corrected by photopic vision spectral luminous efficiency. According to the difference of spectral luminous efficiency between photopic and mesopic, the lighting with different peak wavelength would provide various ratios of radiation / photometric flux. Four kinds of narrowband light sources with the same tested flux were stacked up in white LED and HPS respectively, through equivalent brightness calculation, the most efficient spectral wavelength were obtained under mesopic condition.

Abstract: First, combined with the theory of heating operation adjustment, the advising heat is determined; Then, BP neural network is used to seek the mapping relationship among the outdoor temperature, system flow, supplying and returning water temperature, etc. This method achieved higher prediction accuracy, and energy-saving effect is remarkable.

Abstract: By taking a teaching building of one university in Beijing as an example, this paper calculated the heat loss owing to long time opening window of classrooms in winter and compared the heat loss to the heat which is saved by external thermal insulation of exterior wall of the teaching building through method of air changes. The paper aims at enhancing people's awareness on energy saving and improving “Behavior Energy Conservation” to the same status of "Technology Energy Conservation".

Abstract: As people’s aesthetic requirements on building change, building skins is drawing more and more attention, and the study on its material carrier will greatly promote expression of skin design. By taking the application of ecological building materials to building skins as studying mainline, the article points out the innovative application and expression of new ecological materials to skin design, and summarizes the diversity and development trend of ecological skin material based on technical support. At the same time, the paper also reflects in artistry and technicality and the revelation gained from new ecological building skins studies, and proposes suggestions about how to make technical, humanity, environmental protecting, spiritual and artistic ecological building skins materials.
