Abstract: An experimental investigation is reported of the temperature measurement for ultrasonic vibration mill-grinding of silicon nitride with infrared thermovision. The effects of machining parameters such as spindle speed, feed speed, cutting depth on the surface temperature of workpiece were investigated and the reasons for the trend of temperature changes were analyzed. From the analyses, it indicates that infrared imager technology is suitable for temperature measurement in ultrasonic vibration mill-grinding of ceramics and tool wear has an important effect on the measurement results.
Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the principle of sub-micro precision micro-assembly system based on the micro force detection. The linear mapping of micro force-micro displacement can be obtained, which is in agreement with the experimental data. And the probability distribution density function of the fitted mapping coefficients can be derived by the principle of maximum entropy. Furthermore, the uncertainly of k is accessed. Hence, the reliability of micro force-micro displacement mapping in the assembly process is demonstrated. The experiment result shows that the assembly precision can be accurately predicted by the fitted micro force-micro displacement mapping.
Abstract: The traditional line or arc interpolation function treats small line segments separately and conducts feedrate planning within each of them. The rather small lengths of the segments result in low machining efficiency, and the frequent acceleration and deceleration also reduce the lifetime of the motor. To solve these problems, a look-ahead feedrate planning model for the continuous small lines contour (CSLC) is proposed in this paper to implement the high speed interpolating. The feedrate planning is elaborated from the aspects of the curvature characteristic of the contour, the turning feedrate, and the federate optimization between the adjacent segments. Simulations show that the proposed algorithm can efficiently improve the machining efficiency.

Abstract: The austenite 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel is one of difficult-to-cut materials. It has poor dilling process, especially for micro-hole machining. The main reasons are the tiny drill, poor rigidity, easy to deviation. Moreover, the chip is difficult to discharge, so the drilling force is increased and the drill bit is easy to break, or even it is impossible for micro-hole drilling. In this paper, the vibration drilling process is adopted. The vibration drilling 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel micro-hole process mechanism is researched. The stainless steel micro-hole drilling experiments are conducted. The results show that the vibration drilling can be a better solution for 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel micro-hole processing.
Abstract: Due to the growing tension of non-renewable energy supply, in order to enhance sustainable development and competitiveness of the die-casting equipment, developing new energy-saving die casting machine is imperative. In this paper the hydraulic system of die casting machine was studied, mainly about how to adjust and improve its oil supply and oil return system, servo technology and pneumatics were applied, the result shows that the new methods can effectively reduce the overall energy consumption, and improve the efficiency of the system.
Abstract: This paper summarizes the current research condition of automatic drilling technology at home and abroad, it analyses the current type of automatic drilling combined with concrete examples. By comparing the working principles and structure characteristics of the automatic drilling, it points out the shortcomings of the existing technology and the development trend of the automatic drilling in our country. It is considered that AC frequency conversion motor technology and full hydraulic automatic drilling technique should be emphatically promoted, so many due improvements should be made on automatic drilling in China. Finally it makes a conclusion that the intelligent drilling must be achieved and automatic drilling system as the indispensable important part of intelligent drilling will have more broad application prospect in intelligent drilling.
Abstract: This paper presents a new method of computing constant scallop height tool paths for orthogonal turn-milling of ruled surfaces. Indeed, the traditional tool path generation method in orthogonal turn-milling leads to unevenly distributed scallop-height between adjacent toolpaths, which prevent from reaching the required quality. The proposed approach is adequate for orthogonal mill-turning whose toolpath topology is parallel-pattern or spiral-pattern and the constant scallop height is guaranteed by modifying the path-interval distance through adjustment of the offset distance.The machining results obtained show that this method can reduce uneven distribution of scallop height.
Abstract: In the paper, mainly introduce one new solution for power and signals hot swap function. The solution is not need special connector, as slotting jack and special insert way, only use the normal connector, such as simple board to board connector. Even board to wire connector, could mount the slave on the host or place slave horizontally with host, so the inserting or plugging way is flexible. This need design one protect circuit for this effective solution of Hot Swap Application.
Abstract: This paper first analyze effect upon the surface roughness on the bearing outer ring from the jet pressure in the strengthening and polishing process theoretically, and then verify the validation of the theory in experiments, finally, it is concluded that the jet pressure should be reduced and about 0.4MPa for better in the strengthening and polishing process, under the circumstance of meeting the roughness requirements and considering the various factors, so as to lay a foundation to further research the relation between the strengthening and polishing technology and the surface roughness on the bearing outer ring.
