Abstract: With respect to the inherent NP-hard complexity of Optimization of testability diagnostic strategy problem, a predatory search algorithm simulating animal predatory strategies was designed. This algorithm adopted the gross test expense including state probability, isolation matrix and test expense as its objective function, defined local and global search by the restriction value of search space based on two points exchange, and realized the conversion between local and global search by adjusting the restriction value of search space. It had better ability to conduct local search and jump out of local optimal solution simultaneously, and provided a better resolution for the optimization of testability diagnostic strategy.

Abstract: This paper analysises and evaluates man-machine-environment system safe in mine and gives the general procedure for man-machine-environment system safe in mine, which contain determination of each evaluation matter-element and comprehensive evaluation method based on matter-element. Evaluation matter-element are established by evaluation system of man-machine-environment system safe, aimed at a particular example, weight are determined by using the combination of AHP and entropy, finally comprehensive evaluation of man-machine-environment system safe is practised. Thus , this evaluation is feasible and useful.

Abstract: Technology is playing an increasingly important role in the development of the textile industry, and innovation has become the key to win more competitive for the textile and garment enterprises. How to improve the technological innovative performance is very urgent for the textile industry development. According to the relationship model and assumptions between the absorptive capacity, innovational degree and innovational performance, then using factor analysis, dependency analysis, regression analysis to measure, evaluate and comparative analysis the sample of textile and garment industry. Combination of theory and empirical research results, to provide a suitable reference and countermeasures to improve the innovational performance of enterprises effectively.

Abstract: Intelligent resource includes the knowledge, hardware and software resources even workflow and human resource, etc. From the point of view of enterprise information management, the service composition is an essential element for companies’ informatization construction. Therefore, the paper describes a web service composition framework for semantically-annotated web service. Based on the state of art ontology technology, an OWL-S process model for the CAM software is established to describe resource service. Then a service discovery process which mainly consists of services’ property matching algorithm for words is set up. A backward chaining framework for service composition is employed to dynamically compose resource services finally.

Abstract: This dissertation is centered about the research on the quartz-tube roasting lighter for electric heater by the simulative test methods. The experiments are carried out and accomplished in a large space laboratory. It turns out that the burning possibility are directly related to three aspects, including the power of electric heating, the distance between the lighter and electric heating, and, most importantly,the surrounding combustible condition. When the lighter is heated by electric heating and get blasted, combustible tend to be caught fire instantly if it is near to the lighter and the cause of fire, vice versa.

Abstract: According to general crystallographic slip constitutive laws, the stress-strain analysis of nickel based single crystal superalloy (NBSCS) in arbitrary coordinate system were based on material coordinate system (SRCS method). Ignoring the other symmetry of NBSCS, only the symmetry of plane families {001} were considered, which bring considerable errors into the stress-strain analysis. In this paper, the variation regulation of micro-physical systematical property about this alloy in arbitrary directions was investigated. From the arrangement of atoms in different crystal planes, NBSCS has four symmetry plane families, {001}, {110}, {112} and {111}. According to these symmetry planes, three reference orthogonal coordinate systems were established. Based on these coordinate systems and the coordinate rotation method (TRCS method), the stress-strain relationship of crystallographic slip constitutive model in arbitrary coordinate system was established. Meanwhile elastic constants in arbitrary directions were obtained. Comparing the results of the tensile stress-strain curves obtained from TRCS method with that from SRCS method, it is found that by the TRCS method the elastoplastic stress-strain simulation error of the NBSCS could be effectively reduced.

Abstract: The logistics system in the material support base for emergency is a complex system which is consist of a variety of storage and transportation areas, storage and transportation modes, equipment configuration and operating methods. The scientific and reasonable planning and design of the system is the key to constructing efficient logistics system. This paper put forward the methodology including the system orientation, capability planning and detailed planning. It also elaborated the principle and methods of the design of the storage unit in logistics system, the overall size and capacity planning, storage area, storage and transportation mode planning as well as the capacity of storage area planning. This provides a theory basis for the layout and construction of the logistics system in the material support base for emergency.

Abstract: Parallel test is the key technology of the NxTest technology and the parallel test tasks scheduling is one of the important part of parallel test. The mathematical model of the problem was introduced, according to the advantage of solving the problem of dynamic scheduling with artificial bee colony algorithm; an approach of parallel test scheduling based on artificial bee colony algorithm is brought forward. An example was given, the result of simulation shows that this algorithm’s constringency fast and the result has a high precision, it is an efficient way of solving the problem of optimized parallel test tasks scheduling.

Abstract: This paper establishes a method to assess thread from air defenses to air attack virtual target. A novel decision-making system is presented for suppression of air defenses by virtual target, which seeks the maximal integrative operational effectiveness. On the basis of characteristics of multiple attribute decision, the model of thread assessment is established. The target choice and the attack sequence at the suppression of air defenses are got by using the model. Then, a new evaluation model to measure the integrative operational effectiveness is developed by introducing the concept of availability matrix, dependability matrix and capability matrix. These matrices are decided by three factors of virtual target: maneuverability, fire attack, electronic jamming. The method is tested and the relevant simulation results show its efficiency.

Abstract: With the rapid development of medical equipment (such as CT, MRT, PACS), medical image data that need to process has become increasingly rich, which makes the design of medical image processing platform become a popular research direction. Through analyzing one medical image with communication standard (the DICOM protocol) in this paper. Research in-depth how medical images are stored in computer, and how to transform a medical image into the format of bitmap so that to see a medical image on screen , and it is good to software workers and doctors ,for it can help them have a clearer understanding of the medical image, and help them to see diseases clearly, it is also the basis for the subsequent design of medical image processing system .
