Abstract: In range of high pressure, the performance of single stage cycle with an expander (SCE) is better than the cycle with a throttling valve (SCV) and an internal heat exchanger (SCV+IHX). With increasing of the evaporating temperature or decreasing outlet temperature of condenser, the performance of the three cycles is an increasing trend. Under the same comparison conditions, expander cycle performance superior to the throttle valve performance.

Abstract: With increasing of high pressure, the performances of all kinds refrigerants except for R744 are all declined, transcritical R744 compression cycle has an optimum high pressure. With increasing of the evaporating temperature, all cycle COP is an increasing trend, with increasing of outlet temperature of condenser, the performances of all cycles are decreased. Under the same comparison conditions, the performance of R22 refrigerant cycle is superior to the cycles of other refrigerants, and the cycle of R11 refrigerant has the worst performance.

Abstract: The chemical composition and content of evaporative emission from ethanol gasoline (E10) and gasoline were tested and analyzed by using gas chromatography mass spectrometry on-line technology in this paper. There are 27 kinds of organic compounds have been identified, they are mainly for 3-7 carbon atomics alkanes and alkenes. The results show that with the evaporation temperature rising up, the evaporative emissions relative content is increasing, the pollution to the environment is relatively aggravating, and that the evaporative emissions content in 52 0C is 3 times than in 30 0C for E10, and the evaporation characteristic is not significant difference between gasoline and E10 if we strictly control the evaporation pressure

From the development status of solar energy technology, this article tries to analyze the existing problems in the development of the solar landscape column, explore the significance and feasibility of the combination of solar energy technology and landscape column, and explain the design idea of the integration of solar energy technology and landscape column.

Abstract: A double-chamber microbial fuel cell (MFC) was used to dispose Dioscorea Zingiberensis wastewater and retrieve electrical energy. Both electrical performance and contaminant degradation characteristics were investigated. The potential of the MFC achieved 0.50-0.55 V over a 1000 ohm resistance, and the Coulombic efficiency was 7.01% or so. The maximum power density was about 350 mW/m2. During the operation cycle, COD was removed 82.6% and 10.9% in the anodic and cathodic chamber, respectively. In anodic chamber, simple acid, sugars and cellulose in wastewater were utilized while complicated organic matters including furanic and aromatic compounds were broken down by breaking side-chains and opening rings. In cathodic chamber, fatty ester and alkene were removed while aromatic compounds were degraded further. The results indicate that MFC provides a new approach for resource recovery treatment of Dioscorea Zingiberensis wastewater.

Abstract: The myristic acid/silicon dioxide composite materials were prepared by sol-gel methods. The myristic acid was used as the phase change material for thermal energy storage, with the SiO2 acting as the supporting material. The structural analysis of these form-stable myristic acid /SiO2 composite phase change materials was carried out using Fourier transformation infrared spectroscope (FT-IR).The microstructure of the form-stable composite phase change materials was observed by a scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The thermal properties was investigated by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).The SEM results showed that the myristic acid was well dispersed in the porous network of SiO2. And the new nanocomposite material has favorable thermal storage capacity and can be applied to solar energy storage, industrial waste heat, recovery of waste heat and as civilian structural materials.

Abstract: In order to investigate the performance of hydraulic free piston engine (HFPE) fueled with dimethyl-ether (DME) under homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) combustion, one-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation models are established by AMESIM and FIRE respectively. The simulation results show that the piston’s velocity and the displacement are dissymmetric about top dead center (TDC). The residence time of piston around TDC is quite short. DME chemical reaction kinetic mechanism is applied to three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model. Under equivalence ratio of 0.4, boost ratio of 1.33 and EGR ratio of 0.4, three heat release peaks appears. Oxidation of CO which contributes 38% of total energy is considered as the main reason of the third heat release peak.

Abstract: The main problem dehydration system of XinMu Oil Field at present is high dehydration temperatures,high the amount of demulsifier, increase output moisture content year by year and more and more frequent fluctuations.Through the reform to establish a dehydration subsystems,and composite demulsifier alone to deal with special oil to eliminate the influence of special crude oil to dehydration system.Filter out Daqing produced 169# demulsifier 150mg·L-1, when add oxalic acid 200mg·L-1 and fungicide 100mg·L-1 the demulsifier of good dehydration effect.After processing crude oil water content of less than 5%,sewage oil content of less than 20mg·L-1, which has solved the dehydration problems of troubled XinMu for many years.

Abstract: To introduce the productive technology and purification method of the domestic and overseas solar grade polysilicon. We will combine with the directional solidification and vacuum melting, select the appropriate technological parameter and use the U.S. GT polysilicon ingot furnace in the solar grade polysilicon preparation. In the growth of the ingot, cut the top, the second and the lowest impurities deposited layer, leaving the middle of the good parts to wait for slice. Meanwhile, we can observe purification effect through SEM and EDS experiment. The results show that the combination of the purification process of directional solidification and vacuum melting method can effectively purify solar grade polysilicon.

Abstract: Stripping leaves system is the core system of small whole stalk sugarcane harvester, and the leaf -peeling element is a key part of the stripping leaves system. At present a lot of problems such as large amount of use and short service life exists in the leaf –peeling brush of the sugarcane harvester in China. As a result of waste tire’s wide range of source, lower price, the experiment shows that waste tire rubber processed could be used as leaf –peeling brush, which has a good effect on stripping leaves and top broken.
