Abstract: From the water with its own carrying capacity to solve water pollution problems for the overall idea of the "second five" national environmental monitoring network project as the goal, the amount of data that the water environment and increase the size of most, to make environmental information and data to meet the water environment carrying ability to control the need to establish for the major watershed and the hydrology and water quality requirements of water environment information for Space Data Systems, constitute the basis of water quality information system platform, the scientific use and control of water environment carrying capacity, water, environmental protection goals. In this paper, the concept of carrying capacity of water environment and basic characteristics, carrying capacity of the relationship between the control and information systems, the water capacity of the environment and water quality control information system model to establish research and analysis conducted, combined with China's overall framework for modeling the facts presented.

Abstract: Traditional evaluation methods of the water quality parameters exist more deficiency. Entropy right process and fuzzy mathematics method are combined to establish an improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Total phosphorus (TP)、total nitrogen (TN) and index of permanganate (CODMn) are selected as observed indicators in this paper. According to Mensal measured data of water quality at 5 points from 2008 and 2009 years,based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method for water quality assessment analysed in Poyang lake. The assessment results showed that Water quality of measure stations in different water seasons changed to take turns: normal water season > flood season > dry season. the pollution`s degree at town`s stations was smaller than counties` stations, at which sample were affected greater by industry and agriculture, and we must pay attention to let contamination in counties.

Abstract: Source estimation of heavy metals of Hg, Cd, Zn, Pb, Ba, Bi, Sn and Sb in Xihe River sediment was studied using PCA. The results showed that there were three principal components extracted. Hg, Zn, Bi, Sn and Sb were controlled by Componet1 explaining the sources of material, chemical and pharmacy industries, Cd and Pb controlled by Component2 explaining the sources of smelting and machinery manufacturing industries and also automobile exhaust, and Ba controlled by Component3 explaining the effect of geochemical compositions changes on in the sediments. The results indicated that industry sewage and rock weathering and erosion process were the main sources of heavy metals in the Xihe River sediment.

Abstract: Mollusc species were sampled in different sites based on pollution level in Poyang lake and its surrounding waters during withered water period (from Oct to Dec) and plentiful water period (from May to June) from 2007 to 2008. Single-cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) was used to analyze their haemolymph cells Arbitrary Unit(AU) and Olive tailmoment (OTM) value of DNA damage in molluca. The results showed that the mean DNA damage value Jin river>Nanxin>Xiu stream in withered water period; and in Plentiful water period, Hukou>Qinglan lake>Xiyuan. Two mollusc species Corbicula fluminea and Bellamya aeruginosa have higher DNA damage value than other mussel in all sites. Comparing the DNA damage value of Bellamya aeruginosa collected in twenty sites in 2008, the highest DNA damage value was observed in Dacha lake and lowest in Xiyuan. Meanwhile, the highest DNA damage value of Unio douglasiae was recorded Chucha river from ten sites, and lowest in Xiyuan river.

Abstract: Jiaxing is listed experiment city of the national ecological civilization construction in 2012. Correctly understand and evaluate the supply of resources and environmental carrying capacity is an important prerequisite of ecologically-civilized city construction. The article structures emergy ecological footprint model combination emergy analysis theory and ecological footprints model.It can quantitative analysis environmental carrying capacity of Jiaxing through comparing ecological carrying capacity and the ecological footprint occupancy. By empirical study, in the rapid development of Jiaxing economy at the same time, ecological deficit has happened in the regions of Jiaxing, total deficit is 3.15 times of the urban area. It shows that industrial structure adjusting of Jiaxing is in a very stressful situation. From ecological deficit proportion of five counties and two districts in Jiaxing to see, Pinghu constitutes 37.63% and Haiyan constitutes 24.65%,the sum up of two counties (city) is to 62.28%. They are the priority counties of the industry structure adjustment.

Abstract: From the perspective of city, Jiangsu province enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction in the evaluation of performance is studied. First, the energy conservation and emission reduction of performance comprehensive evaluation index system is established. Second, using the principal component analysis method to 13 major cities have the empirical analysis and comparative study. Finally, a comprehensive and three classification evaluation list is given.

Abstract: Based on an urban agglomeration regional planning in 12th Five-Year Planning , selected two indicators of carbon intensity, energy intensity that were required by the regional planning, this paper developed an optimal model of low-carbon urban agglomeration on the base of sustainable development of economy, society and environment. The case study shows that the carbon emission level of urban agglomeration is 1.8×107 tons in 2015, and the carbon intensity was decreased by 19.00% and energy intensity was reduced by 39.17% compared with those in 2010; meanwhile, the carbon intensity and energy intensity in the core area was reduced by 40.00% and 41.86% respectively compared with those in 2010 subject to the conditions of carbon intensity, carbon sink area, energy intensity, GDP and so on. The optimized scheme could not only meet the requirements of carbon intensity decreased by 17.00%, energy intensity reduced by 16.00% in 2015 compared with those in 2010 proposed by 12th Five-Year Planning Outline of Controlling Greenhouse Gas Emission, but also complied with the requirements of carbon intensity decreased by 18.00% and energy intensity reduced by 20.00% of regional planning targets. The established model also provided more decision-making space for the sustainable development of low-carbon urban agglomeration.

Abstract: Based on an urban agglomeration regional planning in the latest five-year plan, balanced urban agglomeration regional net carbon emissions and economic development space, this paper developed a net carbon emissions index system. On this basis, the minimum of regional urban agglomeration net carbon emissions as the optimized object, selected two indicators of carbon intensity, energy intensity that were required by the regional planning, this paper developed an optimal model of low-carbon urban agglomeration on the base of sustainable development of economy, society and environment, analyzed and studied the consumption of different fossil fuels, biomass energy and the carbon sinks area of agricultural land in the end of 12th Five-Year Plan, provided more decision-making space for the sustainable development of low-carbon urban agglomeration.

Abstract: Based on the historical analysis and statistics of HAB events from 1933 to 2008, Skeletonema costatum, Prorocentrum donghaiense, Karenia mikimotoi, Noctiluca scintillans were identified as the most frequent HAB species reported in Zhejiang Coastal areas. Risk assessment considering the intensity, scale, duration, species, in accordance with the 0.25°×0.25°partition statistics, was adopted. Conclusion could be made that the extreme high HABs risk located at area A (30.5°N-30.75°N, 122.5°E-123°E), B (29.75°N-30.25°N, 122.25°E-122.75°E), C (28.25°N-28.5°N, 121.75°E-122°E), and D (27.25°N-27.5°N, 121.0°E-121.25°E), in which Prorocentrum donghaiense has the biggest causative risk.

Abstract: Selecting collection of 19 topsoil samples in Sixian City, first with X-RF fluorescence spectrometer, determination of soil heavy metals content of Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd and V, and using the methods of corelational analysis to discuss the possible source of pollution of heavy metals and evaluating the pollution levels by Nemerow pollution index. The results show that: (1) Mn, V, and Cr may come from the local soil and the source of Cu, Pb and Zn may be traffic pollution; (2) Cr, Mn and V have not yet basic clean and Cu, Zn and Pb is light pollution.
