Abstract: Blast furnace (BF) gas dry type bag filter desusting technology is an important technical innovation for energy saving, emission reducing and clean production for contemporary BF. It can reduce significantly the fresh water consumption during iron making process and reduce environmental pollution. It has become the development direction of contemporary BF iron making technology. The technical advantages and principle of BF gas dry bag filter dedusting are described in this paper, and the research and application on dry type bag filter dedusting technology of BF gas for 5500m3 BF at Shougang Jingtang (SGJT) are applied. The full dry type bag filter cleaning technology of gas self-developed has been applied successfully in 5500m3 BF, and standby wet type gas dedusting system has been cancelled. Several key technologies have been developed including gas temperature control, anti-corrosion of pipe, measuring of dust content in gas, dense phase pneumatic transportation of collected dust etc. The full dry type dedusting technology has reached internationally advanced level.

Abstract: The Qinling tunnel is an important part of hanjiang-to-weihe river water transfers project.In the construction period of northern section of Qinling tunnel, large amount of wastewater was produced and after direct discharged into water, the adverse effects to the environment will become a serious issue. According to the analysis by drilling and blasting method of construction and the prediction of construction wastewater by TBM in the later stage, it can be found that tunnel construction wastewater hashigh SS, low COD as well as relatively small amount of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients. Therefore, it can be regarded as inorganic polluted wastewater. Meanwhile, by continuous monitoring on wastewater, it proves the accuracy of the formal analysis and prediction. According to the constitution of wastewater, the treatment combined with coagulation, filtration, manganese sand filter, adsorption is proposed. The related researches show thate the mentioned treatmente removal rate for suspended solids, COD and ammonia nitrogen can be more than 90%, 85% and 60% respectively. The treated water quality can meet "The Surface Water Environment Quality Standard"(GB3838-2002)of the Ⅱwater index. Consideration of tunnel construction characteristic and analysis of variation pattern of pollutants in wastewater provide basis and reference for construction wastewater treatment.

Abstract: On the beaker test of Laboratory coagulation sedimentation for low turbidity water, through the relationship of water turbidity, residual metal ion content and type of coagulant dosage, and membrane fouling material component within the system, the cause of coagulant fouling membrane system is coagulant sedimentation occurs once again, and put forward to measures of reduce membrane fouling because of coagulant, these will be benefit for adjustment of coagulation sedimentation treatment.

Abstract: In order to find the trends of carbonation conversion rate X when the carbonated atmosphere contains water vapor, experiments were carried out by the homemade calcination/carbonation fixed-bed reactor, in which water vapor could be added in the reaction atmosphere. By experiments in different conditions, the results have showed that: with the increase of the water vapor content X was improved significantly, and the exaltation was also reflected in the cycles; when the carbonation temperature was low water vapor on the absorbent performance will show a greater improvement; calcination temperature also has an affect on X, when the calcination temperature was higher, the effect of water vapor was more obvious.

Abstract: Moisture was one of the most important performances of the gypsum, but now there did not have effective way to judge the dewater character of gypsum slurry in the operation of desulfurization. In this article, the method of using settling velocity to deduce the dewater performance was proposed and experiments had been done to verify the feasibility, it would provide beneficial reference for the operation of flue gas desulfurization.

Abstract: A fly ash aggregate was been developed with fly ash as main raw material, and dewatering sludge, clay and gesso as auxiliary materials in research. Then the characteristics of surface morphology, wear rate and broken rate, hydrochloric acid soluble rate, bulk density and apparent density, pore ratio and specific surface area, surface roughness were been tested. At the same time, a comparative study with the marketed ceramic ceramsite was been done. The results show that the fly ash aggregate has great advantages in performance characterization over ceramic.

Abstract: Aiming at the present situation of surface construction damage and pollution by coal mining, introduced the application situation of filling mining technology. In view of China's municipal solid waste present situation, proposed the bag filling mode in coal mine gobs, and put forward the reasonable filling process and filling system design. It is more helpful to deal with the city garbage on a large scale by combining the garbage stowing with the treatment of mine gobs than traditional waste disposal methods, such as burying, compost piling and burning also can effectively control the surface subsidence issues, and it is very significant to science and environment.

Abstract: Electric vehicle (EV) industry is developing rapidly all over the world, and as one of the most important components, EV battery will be needed widely in the future. The recycling of EV battery is important for the sustainable development of EV industry. This paper starts from the analysis of the development of EV industry and current EV battery recycling status. Combined with current battery recycling policies and standards status, based on the recycling technical standards of small lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, this paper initially establishes EV battery recycling standard framework, including access requirements, collection and transportation, storage, disassembly, echelon reuse and material recycling, etc.

Abstract: Added the anaerobic contact oxidation fill area on traditional UASB reactor,the imitation domestic sewage was treated by this modified UASB process on this paper. The COD removal was studied by regulated temperature,hydraulic retention time(HRT) and the influent concentration; The stability of this reactor was studied by regulated pH value of inflow and effluent.The results show that,when regulated the inflow pH value about 7.5,and effluent pH by maintainned about 6.8-7.2,so ensure that the reactor operation was stable;when T=45±5°C,the COD removal can reach 92.8%; when the HRT was 10h,the COD removal is 76.8%~92%;when the inflow concentration were 500mg/L,750mg/L,1000mg/L,the average COD removal are 65.68%, 75.58% and 83.05%.

Abstract: Gasification and melting process is an environmentally friendly technology in municipal solid wastes (MSW) disposal. But it requires that the waste has lower moisture content. The author hopes to find a route can be used for the treatment of high moisture content MSW through gasification and melting by theoretical calculation and analysis. In this paper, firstly calculate the influence of moisture content on MSW calorific value and exhaust smoke temperature. Then calculate the influence of oxygen concentration on exhaust smoke temperature. Finally appropriate process parameters of gasification melting for high moisture content MSW are given.
