Abstract: Effect of the minor H2 presence in CO feed gas on the carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid over homogeneous Ir-Ru catalysts was studied. The results indicated that the carbonylation reaction rate would be decreased with the increasing of H2 content in CO feed gas. The process of CO migratory insertion was inhibited with the decrease of CO partial pressure in feed gas. With the increasing of H2 content in CO feed gas, CH4 composition distribution in gas byproducts was increased while that of CO2 was decreased. The yield of propionic acid in liquid products was increased. The occurrence extent of hydrogenated side reactions was affected due to minor H2 presence.

Abstract: Water must be sprayed on the screens to wash off the intermixed clay materials and the fines generated while crushing, so slurry were produced and should be treated to adapt to the requirement of clean production and sustainable development. Based on the slurry natures of the stone-crushing and sand-making process, we presented a novel process comprising hydro-cyclone separation, fines screening, clarification and filtration technologies to recover fine sands and clean the wastewater for recycle. The commercial system were established and run for 3 months. It shows that the +0.045mm fine sands and -0.045mm ultrafine clay materials in the slurry are separated and recovered respectively. Fine sands which was lost and wasted originally are recovered now. The ratio of the water cleaned and reused is up to 95%.

Abstract: It is important measurement to design comprehensive information management system for cleaner production that can afford cleaner production techniques sever system for social. The comprehensive system will be designed and developed from cleaner production information systems and cleaner production management system. The content of this system was introduced which include systems management, information management and evaluation management. The composition of this system was described which include information input and output modules, information database module and information network module. The operation and development environmental conditions of this system were put forward from hardware and software configurations. The system will play an important roll to rapidly promote cleaner production development

Abstract: In this paper, we have reported a method for cleaning the filter bags used in the baghouse. Three filter bag samples were cleaned by compressed air with the pressure of 0.6MPa, a dust extractor, and then washed with three kinds of detergents. After washing, the filter bag samples show good permeability, and the concentration of corrosive ions on the surface are much lower. “A” is the most effective detergent for this filter bag.

Abstract: At present the dioxin problem caused by MSW(Municipal solid waste) incineration has become the point problem of the development of application. According to the formation mechanisms of dioxins in the process of MSW incineration prevention measure may divide into the combustion, the combustion before and burn the latter three broad headings prevention measure which produced the PCDD/Fs after burning area mainly include in the haze, the flying ash the PCDD/Fs removing and prevents some measures which PCDD/Fs produces. Finally this paper proposed several measures in control and purification dioxins technology.

Abstract: E-P analysis technology was used in this article to accurately discuss the energy-saving effects of scale enlarging and the cleaner production in a beer factory. Electricity and water consumption were compared in two manufacture phases of the brewery; and the unit consumptions of electricity and fresh water showed that the projects of enlarging and cleaner production has brought efficiency and benefits for the factory.

Abstract: Based on the theory of virtual water, by using of Penman-Monteith method and CROPWAT model, the study calculated and analyzed the virtual water content of the main crops in Chongqing from 2006 to 2010. According to the analysis, it’s proper to increase vegetables, rice and maize planting area in Chongqing, and appropriate to reduce wheat and potato planting area to save water and raise water resource efficiency.

Abstract: Objective of this work is to indentify farm ponds’ preservation values and spatial location for farm ponds conservation in Yunlin County, Taiwan. Conclusions of the Fuzzy Delphi Method and GIS mapping found that farm ponds in western coastal areas presented higher living, production, ecology, and cultural landscapes preservation value, while the inland areas in central plains and the northeast presented the advantages of ecology, living, environmental disaster relief and cultural landscapes.

Abstract: The aquaculture of the marine organism affects the flow of the sea to a certain extent. Thus, it also affects the water exchange rate and reduces the supplementary of nutrition salt, which accordingly restricts the growth of marine organisms to some extent. Therefore, studying the seawater resistance produced by the marine organisms in the sea has a practical significance. However, the drag coefficient of the seawater resistance produced by the marine organisms is unknown. The least squares method is a mathematical optimization technique to minimize the square of the error and find the best function matching with a set of data. That is, using an easiest way to obtain the absolutely unknowable true value which makes the error sum of squares minimum. In this paper, we used the least squares method to fit the drag coefficient of the seawater resistance in the ocean model POM to estimate its true value, and then with the coefficient we can determine the exact value of the seawater resistance.
