Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the work principle and control principle of floating panel board type clutch and brake of mechanical press. We focus on analyzing the clutch and brake compatibility test and control. In addition to this, various production machinery drag in most of the motor as power. Motor is controlled through some automatic mode. The most common control mode is relay and contactor, also called electrical control. It is an important part of automatic control. The practitioners must be familiar with this part of knowledge and improve the practical ability. In the electrical control training, we should take positive and effective methods, design the task reasonably, make project and broaden the thinking, to reach the ideal experimental effect.

Abstract: Low-rate Denial of Service(LDoS) attacks with their hidden,high efficiency features can significantly degrade service performance of large number of connection-oriented services,or even worse,thoroughly deny the services.Shrew attack is a typical LDoS attack.Firstly we studied the basic mechanism of the attack and congestion control.The source of adaptive congestion control mechanism in the security vulnerability was revealed according to the different levels of the intrinsic link between Internet congestion control at TCP layer and IP layer.Secondly,using the Network simulator NS2 software package,we set up attack model to simulate a large number of attack experiments with various congestion control mechanism and algorithms.Finally we draw the conclusions that continuous Shrew attack makes services nearly crash,while congestion control algorithms taking into account of fairness,such as Stochastic Fairness Queuing (SFQ) and Deficit Round Robin (DRR),can effectively suppress such kind of attack.

Abstract: The intelligent telephone alarm system is designed with a single chip microcomputer as the core of system,and the intelligent system is controlled by AT89C51. A telephone network is used as transmission of voice digital information in the system. The telephone alarm is composed of a single-chip microcomputer control, sensor and signal input circuit, and DTMF send and receive circuit, voice controlling and receiving circuit, alarm telephone circuit. According to the different sensor output signal, it can send out different alarm information to realize remote monitoring function.

Abstract: In order to solve the traditional network monitor management system fault detection of slow problem,adaptive differential of high false alarm rate we built network monitor system model combined with the artificial immune principle.Through artificial immune "self" and "non-self" recognition ability network monitoring algorithm simulated the matching,negative selection,memory mechanism of artificial immune system detection of network fault.Throughout the design process,we studied the biological immune characteristics,antibody affinity and concentration of concepts the antibody selection probability algorithm was proposed.The algorithm enhanced new antibody generation mechanisms,memory mechanism the and tolerance of the system to establish the network monitoring system provides the theoretical model.

Abstract: This paper is based on the summary and analysis to the quality problem of the Pump Truck Painting Line, AHP and lean six sigma are used to analyze the quality problems of the Pump Truck Painting Line, and then the main factors which affect the painting quality are found, finally, some concrete measures are put forward to improve the quality of the Concrete Pump Truck Painting Line.

Abstract: Fluctuation, intermittence and uncertain are the characteristics of wind energy which cause wind energy output power fluctuation and influence the grid stability and power quality, it is hard to be controlled exactly by traditional controllers. The feedback linearization control was applied to wind power generation system (WPGS), which was to reduce the cost of wind energy conversion system and improve its performance. The WPGS model was constructed with mathematical models of aerodynamics subsystem, drive train subsystem and permanent magnetic synchronous generator (PMSG) subsystem. The feedback linearization control rule was proposed, with feedback linearization control theory based on differential geometry, the coordinated transformation and nonlinear state feedback were obtained. The system was constructed with MATLAB/Simulink platform, the model and control strategy was adopted and the simulation result shows this method can realized optimal power control, which has maximum energy capture ability.

Abstract: Temperature is related to various industries. A digital temperature control system is designed in this paper. This system hardware is composed of Freescale micro control unit, DS18B20 temperature sensor, 12864 liquid crystal display, alarm and drive circuit. The program is compiled in Freescale CodeWarrior integrated development environment. Experiment result states clearly that this system can monitor and display environment temperature in real-time and has alarm function. If the temperature is higher or lower than set value, the drive module starts to cool or warm. Some measures to save energy are adopted in this design. It has practical value.

Abstract: In this paper, a strategy of global Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) for energy saving based on fuzzy logic control is presented and its characteristic is to combine intelligent booster with the fuzzy MPPT control technology. Through detecting the change of the power output of the solar photovoltaic system, maximum power point is tracked by regulating the duty ratio of switch tube automatically. The simulation results show: when the sunlight intensity is changed from weak to strong, the changes of power can be rapidly tracked and it always closes to the maximum power point and has good stability.

Abstract: In the industrial process of common multivariable time delay input/output system, a multivariable decoupling internal model controller design method is put forward based on the internal model control structure, the method for the design of internal model controller has the function of decoupling and controller. The advantage has the ability to achieve approximate or complete decoupling in nominal system output response, the method is used on the multivariable strong coupling of the boiler combustion control system to design and simulation study, the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the method. And in the process model and process mismatch showed strong robustness and anti jamming ability.

Abstract: Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control could significantly increase the overall reliability and conversion efficiency of grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems, so it can reduce energy loss in the photoelectric conversion. In this paper, a new MPPT (Zero Average Incremental Conductance) control algorithm is proposed. This method has the advantages of traditional IncCond MPPT. Moreover, it is stable against interference and not sensitive to system models. Therefore the proposed algorithm could be available and widely used in practical MPPT systems. A 200W grid-connected PV system prototype is built in lab. Experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed MPPT method.
