Abstract: According to the present production conditions of the beam pumping unit and the features of low permeable oil field, in order to meet the need of low permeable oil field, a successful approach was invited to change the stroke frequency of beam pumping unit by comparing. By analyzing the past and present ways of adjusting stroke frequency, a new technology by adopting variable frequency speed control technology is introduced for adjusting stroke frequency, and its principle is simply described. Through the simulation of inverter and vvvf system based on Matlab software, it’s obvious that inverter could output better three-phase voltage and current diagrams, vvvf speed control system could output relative stable speed and torque in a certain range with robust abilities to overcome fluctuation.

Abstract: Drought is a most serious hazard to life and property. In arid and semi-arid region,we must make rational use of the short water resources , and use all sorts of drought resistant material to improve water use efficiency, so scientifically solve the water environment problem of the plant. This paper proposes the use of super absorbent polymers and drought resistant material to improve the arid region of environmental problems. And the traditional probability statistical method is acceptable in analyzing the drought risk but requires a large sample size of hydrological data. This paper also puts forward an improved method based on information diffusion method for drought analysis. Information diffusion theory helps to extract as much useful information as possible from the sample and thus improves the accuracy of system recognition. Abstract: The deformation of the dam is looked upon as the function of the time and the water level , Taylor series are used to erect the functional relationship of the deformation to the time and the water level, the remainder term of Taylor series and the variation of coefficients of the second power of the variation of the time and the second power of the variation of the water level are looked upon as dynamic noises whose mathematical expectation are 0 to erect Kalman filter model and predict the deformation of the dam. An example of calculation shows that the fitted effect and the forecast effect of the model are better.

Abstract: The world has faced to the double jeopardy of energy shortage and environmental deterioration because of the rapid growth of automobile usage and petroleum resources consumption and more and more urban population. China is also been dogged deeply by the problems such like traffic congestion, air pollution and energy shortage. So energy conservation and environmental protection for green traffic in China with development strategies is very important.

Abstract: The staged SBR is the process that divides aeration and sedimentation process of conventional SBR into several stages in time, and operates under the conditions of different stages of anaerobic/oxic/anoxic alternation. The experiment mainly discussed the five-stage SBR with useful volume of 12 L for nitrogen and phosphorous removal of synthetic municipal wastewater in the temperature ranges of 15~30°C. Tests revealed that under the condition of hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 8 hours and sludge retention time (SRT) is 15 day, the removal efficiency of COD, NH3-N, TN and TP can reach to 88.9%, 99.61%, 78.9% and 94.21%. The quality of effluent water is good, and don’t need to add Carbon Source through the experiment.

Abstract: In order to clarify the initial growth of the truffle environmental conditions, the use of PDA plus rich liquid medium, shaking method, its growth temperature, pH, humidity, moisture, illumination and the several other ecological factors is tested. The results show that the optimum temperature of the growth stage is 22-24 °C,Mycelium biomass is 1.45-1.56 g•L-1 .but the latter part of truffle formation temperature can be appropriately higher, at 25-30 °C, which is consistent with the natural temperature. PH at 6.8-7.5 in conditions is comparetively suitable for truffle growth , Mycelium biomass is 1.57-1.58 g•L-1,but alsobetter in the slightiy alkaline conditions than in the acidic environment ,which is different from the other fungi.It is suitable for its growth at about 35% moisture content and humidity of 80-85% mycelium growth is 90.1% , too much water is not conducive to truffle growth and development, so the truffle needs to loose and slightly moist soil in the growth and development. Truffle needs not too much illumination a day, 2h scattering light is enough, mycelium growth is88.7%, too long ilumination , especially in direct sunlight is not conducive to truffle growth. . And citric acid and glucose as the carbon sources, urea and tartaric acid as the nitrogen sources, the amenit of truffle growth, is respectively2.92 g•L-1、2.61 g•L-1,2.35g•L-1、2.26 g•L-1. This further research on the development as well as artificial truffle cultivation provides a theoretical reference.
