Abstract: Among the processes for production of olefins, methanol converted to light olefins with methyl iodide as intermediate is a potential and an alternative route, which can be realized under mild condition. ZSM-5 catalyst is considered to be an effective catalyst for methanol to light olefins, better performances for olefins can be obtained by modifying. In this paper, the methanol to olefin with iodide reaction (IMTO) has been studied in a small scale fixed bed reactor over Fe modified ZSM-5 catalyst. It is indicated that ZSM-5 zeolites were modified with Fe loadings successfully, as a result the pore sizes reduced availably comparing with ZSM-5, the conversion of methanol and selectivity of light olefins got 98.8% and 89.5% respectively when modified with 9% Fe loadings.

Abstract: The ultra-light calcium silicate material was reinforced with the method of xonotlite whisker in-situ growth via hydrothermal synthesis. Effects of different hydrothermal temperatures and reaction times on the microstructure and physical properties of the reinforcement were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the hydrothermal temperatures and times posed great impacts on microstructure of the reinforcement. The increase of hydrothermal temperature and time was beneficial to the growth of xonotlite crystal. The effect of buffer and transfer action of the xonotlite whiskers was the key to reinforcing the ultra-light calcium silicate material.

Abstract: The methanol to olefin with iodide method (IMTO) is a potential and alternative route for its mild process conditions, which produces methyl iodide as intermediate. Methanol can be highly converted, yielding high rates of selectivity to light olefins, by its reaction over varies modified ZSM-5 zeolites. Efforts have been taken to optimize the reaction with respect to selectivity of olefin and conversion of methanol. Based on the analysis of gas chromatography, the following operating conditions were obtained: 250 °C of reaction temperature, CH3OH:HI:H2O=1:1:3 of the molar ratio of raw materials, 2.5 h-1 of methanol space velocity and 30 ml•min-1 of nitrogen low rate.

Abstract: Bacteria and archaea that live in syntrophic communities take advantage of the metabolic abilities of their syntrophic partner to overcome energy barriers and break down compounds that they cannot digest by themselves. Interspecies electron transfer is a key process in methanogenic and sulphate-reducing environments. The transfer of hydrogen and formate between bacteria and archaea helps to sustain growth in syntrophic methanogenic communities.

Abstract: The research is a passing mechanism of one new entertainment machine .It can deliver the ball to the destination by the chain wheel which can drive a track in a large angle of elevation .Through the UG6.0, one model basis on the mechanical engineering materials is accurate. It can pass the assembled passing crawlers and racks into ANSYS, at the same time it can also have a static analysis on the track firstly after the repair. Due to the mechanical engineering materials we have three operating modes that can find out the most dangerous place. With the support of the crawler calculation results, it can compute the stress condition of a rack in travel to demonstrate the feasibility of this passing scheme.

Abstract: Dioscorea batatas F.flablla.Makiro, jam , nutrition , process, analysis Abstract: In the present study the Dioscorea batatas F.flablla.Makiro was used as the raw material to further exploitation and utilization and carry out the intensive processing of it. After cleaning and grinding into sauce and mixing with the supplementary material , and sterilizing the Dioscorea batatas F.flablla.Makiro jam was bottled and the nutritional of the ingredient of the jam was analysised by chemical and instrumental method. The results indicated that the Dioscorea batatas F.flablla.Makiro jam's color was bright and light red brown. Its flavor was tasty and the nutrition was rich. The protein content was 3.35%, including 17 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of essential amino acids needed by the human body. The fat was 1.81%, as well as the rich mineral substances and the vitamin. The Dioscorea batatas F.flablla.Makiro jam was one of the nutritional condiments for the old and the young. This study provided a theoretical and practical foundation for further exploitation and utilization of the Dioscorea batatas F.flablla.Makiro.

Abstract: Mainly introduce the work principle of Dicing Saw and the different kinds of errors in assembly ,analyze all errors which influence LCD glass ; draw the picture according to the measuring data ,from the picture estimate the errors how to come from and prove that the judgments is true through calculating the rigidity of liner bearing ;find the source of the main error ,appoint out how to take measures for the errors and what is the key point in the assemble. This errors analysis method of the applied mechanics play an important role in other Dicing Saw assemble and test .

Abstract: Reliability problem for gravity retaining wall constructed by new engineering materials is researched by using Monte Carlo probability theory, and the reliability program diagram of retaining wall is designed. Reliability calculation is programmed base on the anti-skid and anti-overturning safety failure mode of retaining wall. On the basis of known the probabilistic characteristics of the random parameters such as wall dimensions, material parameters, external load, and so on, and the program can automatically calculate the anti-sliding and anti-overturning failure probability and reliability indices. The research content and compiled program provide convenient reliability calculation method for the design of actual retaining walls constructed by new engineering materials.

Abstract: In this paper, the simulation of the piercing process is performed by the three dimensional finite element method in Diescher’s mill. After a short description of the problem the numerical model of the process is described. The simulated results visualize dynamic evolution of equivalent stress, especially inside the work-piece. The non-uniform distribution of stress on the internal and external surface of the work-piece is a distinct characteristic of processing tube piercing. And it is the basic data for improving tool and design, predicting, damage and controlling the micro-structural evolution of processing tube piercing.

Abstract: This paper deals with numerical modeling of the piercing process of a thick-walled tube in two rolls skew rolling mill, equipped with Diescher’s guiding discs. After a short description of the problem the numerical model of the process is described. The sensitivity of the simulation results to numerical methods and physical parameters is discussed. The simulated results visualize dynamic evolution of force in the piercing process. The stability of the process and force condition is analyzed by FEM simulation. The model is verified by comparing the values of calculated force parameters and those measured in laboratory conditions. Finally, the future plans are presented.
