Abstract: China mobile is using 3G and WiFi to construct a everywhere wireless network ,named wireless city.The lighting management system make every city lighting unit to access a unified management platform via the wireless network, so that realize the acquisition of working state, the setting of work mode and the automatic report of fault for every lighting unit. This paper mainly introduces the lighting management node and the unified management platform. The lighting management node is responsible for adaptive wireless network access, information collection and control of the lighting unit. The unified management platform is responsible for establishing the feature database of every light unit, the man-machine operation interface and the illumination energy conservation algorithm of the whole city. In addition, this paper also discussed the cost,and efficiency, the advantages and disadvantages of the lighting management system. Finally, through the experiment estimate for an intermediate city, This system can yield high rates of energy usage, with pay back in 10 years.

Abstract: This paper adopts parallel mechanism to replace the traditional unarmed or simple mechanical device to offer better rehabilitative training on human body ankle joint, which can medically meet the demands of proceeding various training of motor rehabilitation on the ankle joint with an excellent application prospect. The design of the control system adopts t ier to operate and control. It can meet the various training requirements of users such as slow, continuous and reciprocating motion, and it can also design personalized training program based on the users’ own condition. He open-EMC2 which makes it easy.

Abstract: A method which can accurately measure surface pressure under rotating conditions is presented. Based on the calibration for strain type pressure sensor, a curve which shows the functional relationship between sensor output signal and actual pressure under different rotational speed is obtained; and the diaphragm deformation caused by centrifugal force can be neglected by the curve. Thus, the actual pressure can be acquired accurately. The factors which may cause errors on the experiment are analyzed. Moreover, the correctional method for the experimental data is attained.

Abstract: This paper presents an efficient molding technology to fabricate PDMS mask with the help of precision cutting process. At the same time, we have studied the influence of major parameters on the effect of glass erosion rate in powder blasting process. Preliminary results indicate that particledimension and mask opening size can have a decisive influence on the erosion rate. The mask molding technology we have referred can meet the requirement of etching vias through the depth of 500μmglass substrate. Different etching modes can formdifferenthole structures which is suitable for different MEMS devices, enriching elaborate processing technologyfor glass.

Abstract: The changes in pressure inside the cyclone is a key factor affecting the amount of dust. CFD packages used in this study, with powerful computing features, it's built-in the dynamic fluid dynamics equations, have to know how to self do rational, logical judgments engineering objects. After the attempt of the flow rate and pressure, the experimental simulation results showed: (1) in a fixed wind speed, the vortex rotation was more smoothly, the less amount of fallout; (2) in a fixed wind speed rotating vortex was less smooth, more fallout . (3) the greater the internal pressure, dust kept in the more the amount of air, the less the amount of dust; (4) the internal pressure of the smaller, less dust kept in the air quantity, more fallout. In short, the size of the internal velocity and pressure of the dust collector, was sufficient to affect the important factors of the drop amount of the quantity of dust, and thus determine a dust collector dust of the performance being good or bad.

Abstract: Based on the method of power bond graph, the simulation model of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic breaker is presented. Treanor’s numerical method is applied to calculate the dynamic response of the hydraulic breaker in time domain. The dynamic Characteristics of the piston and the spool is achieved. The influence regularity of the working parameters on the performance of hydraulic breaker is shown.

Abstract: Using the integrated method of finite element and multi-body dynamics to build leaf spring model considering assembly pre-stress. Based on the stiffness testing platform, the simulation platform has been built. Finally , the experiment results verified the stiffness simulation results. The results show that the leaf spring model considering assembly pre-stress accords to the leaf spring property,the simulation result agrees with the experiment result and verify the accuracy of the modeling method. The results from the stiffness simulation platform and the test platform have high consistency, so the simulation platform can be used for the stiffness testing of leaf spring like this.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the loads, constraints and its mechanisms applying to the duct system, a finite element model of the anti-ice system is developed and the Lanczos algorithm is used for modal analysis. Then, the first eight natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained. The thermodynamic parameters of the gas and the kinetic parameters of the ball joint which have influence on the modal analysis are considered. The results show that the first eight order natural frequencies of the anti-ice Part1 are low and concentrated, and decrease with temperature of the gas while increase with pressure of the gas. Meanwhile, the natural frequencies increase with the stiffness and starting torque of the ball joint. This work could be helpful for reliability design of civil-aircraft ducting system.

Abstract: A new design of micro electrostatic actuator with low driving voltage is presented in this paper. It can reduce the operation voltage effectively without decreasing the gap between electrodes. In the proposed actuator with low driving voltage, the fixed electrode was designed as a stepped structure to divide the driving process into two steps. The peripheral electrode and inner electrode will be closed one by one. The two step pull-in processes will lower the actuation voltage significantly. According to the current calculation, the new structure with low driving voltage can reduce the actuate voltage significantly.

Abstract: Higher training efficiency and realistic of equipment operation simulation are solved by adopting practical software entry based on IP filter hook. Key problems of realization details such as data interception and data submission are also presented within this approach, which has general feasibility for operation simulation training of some software equipment based on wide area network. And it possesses favorable practical value due to its advantages such as verisimilar man-machine interaction, network condition unconstrained, training flexibly and conveniently.
