Abstract: In this paper, a test system hardware platform based on PXI bus system is proposed to test the airborne power system and typical power distribution structure of large-scale Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). By researching system structure, analyzing failure mode and designing fault tree, fault diagnosis expert system is designed to test the airborne power system in large-scale UAVs, where a forward reasoning expert knowledge base based on extension rule is built to solve the non-exact inference in complex system via introducing certainty factor. The experiments illustrate that the proposed system can effectively improve the intelligent level of test system and has good application prospects.

Abstract: Based on finite element software DEFORM-3D, a three-dimensional oblique cutting model for aerospace aluminum alloy was built. The material’s flow stress behavior was described with Johnson-Cook constitutive equation. The separation of the chips with the workpiece was realized by the combination of adaptive remeshing technique and separation criterion. The material’s failure was defined by adopting Cockcroft & Latham fracture criterion. The tool-chip friction model was the combination of a Coulomb friction model and shear (sticking) friction model. To validate the finite element model, cutting tests were conducted. The effects of tool geometrical parameters such as flank wear, cutting edge inclination and corner radius on cutting forces were analyzed by three-dimensional oblique finite element model.

Abstract: Three-dimensional numerical simulation was implemented to analyze the heat transfer characteristics for jet impingement impact fin surface. 60 calculation cases were simulated to investigate the effects of different fin surfaces on heat transfer characteristics, and 12 jet array impingement cases were calculated for comparison. The results shown that the fin shape, the height and the fin arrangement were the critical factors to affect the jet impingement and the best combination were existed in a certain range. The thermal resistance of cylinder fin arranged in order was34.7 percent higher than that of cylinder fin arranged staggered. The thermal resistance of square fin arranged in order was38.9 percent higher than that of square fin arranged staggered .The heat transfer coefficients of impinging jet impact fin surface were better than that of jet array impingement. The fitting correlations on heat transfer of impinging jet impact fin surface were given.

Abstract: Graphic communications industry has a tradition of more than one thousand years. Not since the invention of movable metal type by Gutenberg in 1450 has the communication landscape been shaken at its foundation as today, when print media face competition from new and novel forms of visual communication. In this paper, the critical analysis and study is made as to why printing has weathered the onslaught of new forms of communication in the past and if, in fact, print media will yet again be able to prevail over radically different methods of dissemi¬nating information. Although printing jobs are still in much need today and printing presses everywhere are keeping busy with a steady influx of orders everyday, people in the graphic communications industry should adapt to the new changes of the internet ages and make fully use of print communications to prevail over different kinds of new media. Printed Electronics and postpress finishing also play key roles in creating new functional print products and adding more value to print media.

Abstract: Focusing on the single expansion ramp nozzle(SERN) for turbine-based combined-cycle(TBCC) propulsion, which operate at Mach 4. First, the structural design of the SERN model was conducted through C program. Second, the accuracy of the simulation was verified. At the end of this paper, the computal investigation has been conducted to discuss the effects of different expansion ramp line and cowl line on the performance and flow-field of the design SERN.

Abstract: Aimed at a rope deployment mechanism, under the hypothesis that the rope can not extend, the kinematic relationship between the rods and the multi-rigidbody geostatic model of the mechanism are established. Through the simulation and the mechanical analysis of the deployment process, the prototype deployment experiment had been done with controlling of the trace of the deployment velocity. The consequence shows the displacement, power consumption and disturbance of the mechanism accord with the expectation value of the theoretic model. It more shows our model could reflect the characteristic of this kind of mechanism, and also provides the gist for the deployment mechanism design。

Abstract: Analysis of CO-OFDM single-mode optical fiber transmission system model, studied the timing deviation on the system synchronization performance, and used the Zadoff-Chu pilot sequence to realize the system synchronization, and concludes that the four QAM is to achieve 100 Gbps long distance transmission of the optimal modulation mode. In addition, the Zadoff-Chu pilot frequency sequence also has constant amplitude, zero auto correlation properties, which can reduce the amplifier nonlinear effects, improve the performance of channel estimation. Based on Optisystem software simulation platform, built based on the CO-OFDM technology transfer rate for 100 Gbps long distance transmission system simulation system, and research the transmission distance for 1000 km error performance and the relationship between the transmission power. We research in single channel transmission and WDM transmission system of the two cases, random filling and consistent filling effect the performance of the system.

Abstract: An imaging system of ultrasonic detection is presented for non-destructive testing (NDT) of complex structures by using virtual instrument technology. The control devices for C-scan as well as for imaging system are designed and manufactured. In the coarse scan mode with the scan step of 1 mm, the system can quickly give an image display of a cross section of 80 mm (L) ×60 mm (D) by one measurement. In the refined scan model, the system can show a refine image of the coin. All experiments on coin, bulk metal, and other forms of specimen verify the efficiency of the proposed method. The experimental results are accurate and reliable.

Abstract: The shortest-path is an important issue in GIS network analysis, and its implementation in embedded systems has already been used widely in the mobile-device-based GPS navigation and city emergency response system fields. Based on our analysis and verification of the Dijkstra algorithm’s application to road network analysis, we presented in detail the design and program implementation of the Dijkstra algorithm and its flow chart. In this paper, the shortest-path example based on Dijkstra algorithm, which was developed in the MapXmobile5.0 and EVC4.0 environment, has been applied to embedded GIS system successfully. The comparison between the results from the program and manually obtained results has shown the Dijkstra algorithm’s feasibility and accuracy.
