Abstract: The WRF V2 model was examined and evaluated in the precipitation forecast of Jintan from May to September in 2008 using daily precipitation forecast of product information. through test and analysis to the forecast of single point precipitation. The results show that: (1) the precipitation forecast accuracy rate of each month of the single point (55%-75%) is about 10% lower than the regional (65% -85%). (2) the WRF V2 model has a moderate precipitation forecast accuracy rate (75%) for the rain or shine, moderate rain and less precipitation. However, when forecasting heavy rain and more precipitation, the model’s capability is weak. (3) the model has a higher probability of empty forecast (above 60%), and a lower probability of omission forecast. With the increase of the precipitation level, the empty rate reduced while the omission rate increased. (4) The stage precipitation forecast effect of 24h is better than 12h, namely, the forecast period is the longer, the smaller the error of the actual situations in precipitation, and the better effect of the simulation of the model.

Abstract: One strain of Candida L-2, capable of degrading azo dyes 4,5-Diamino-1-pyrazole sulfate, was isolated from a lab-scale sequence biological reactor (SBR) sludge treating textile effluent. The isolate was identified as Candida rugopelliculosa according to its physiological characteristics, biochemical tests, and 26S rDNA D1/D2 gene phylogenetic analysis.

Abstract: At present, Hei47 block has already entered high water cut period, and it exists many problems, such as imbalance producing reserves, serious water flooded in main small layer, imperfect injection-production well spacing and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper analyzed from two aspects of the potential: the first is the potentiality of well pattern thickening which would analyze the reasons of the remaining oil enrichment through four different imperfect patterns, the paper proposes different schemes. For example, this study design new wells in the injection-production incongruous area; As for the area without the control of well net, for example, the study design a horizontal well near the fault where concentrated much remaining oil, and the production conditions are good; The second is making some modification measures in high water cut layer, and perforating other potential small layers, in the light of the wells in low location and is high water cut can be considered to transfer to injection wells. Structural reservoir high-yielding well mainly concentrated in the structural high place, flooded well in the low position, this area is suitable for edge water injection.

Abstract: Development of green economy is the only way to relieve the restriction of resource, which is the effective and important way to improve economical benefit radically. Only in this way can continuable development be achieved. The research on pollution in printing industry was reported in this paper. The general pollutant such as solvents, exhaust gas, ink, and etc were summarized. The existing methods, measures and technologies which could solve or relieve the pollution of the printing industry on the environment were brought forward. The suggestions were advanced from country, enterprise, individual to science development aspects. The prospect would be fine with the efforts of the government, enterprise and human being.

Abstract: The evaluation and reducing of uncertainty is central to the task of hydrological frequency analysis. In this paper a Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is employed to infer the parameter values of the probabilistic distribution model and evalue the uncertainties of design flood. Comparison to the estimated results of three-parameter log-normal distribution (LN3) and the three-parameter generalized extreme value distribution (GEV), the Pearson Type 3 distribution (PIII) provides a good approximation to flood-flow data. The choice of the appropriate probabilistic model can reduce uncertainty of design flood estimation. Historical flood events might be greatly reduced uncertainty when incorporating past extreme historical data into the flood frequency analysis.

Abstract: The world natural heritage Three Parallel Rivers core area Shangri-la County faced all kinds of ecological risk, and ecological risk assessment contributes to the ecological risk management. Have chosen the 10 main types landscape in the area as risk receptors, and ensured main risk source in the area to be forest fires, landslides and mudslides, urban construction, tourism, and the wood used for building and life, and have carried through the exposure and hazard analysis. Based on RS and GIS, first have calculated the landscape pattern index in the area, and then used landscape pattern index constructed landscape loss index as the ecological damage index. According proposed regional ecological risk assessment index system by this paper, and overlaid the influence distribution map of main risk source, and has obtained the comprehensive ecological risk value of every unit in combination with the calculation model. The ecological risk value were classified, eventually have obtained 1990 and 2006 spatial distribution of the ecological risk assessment in Shangri-la County. The results show that high-risk area distributes banding on Jinsha river downstream river valley area and Jaintang town area. Middle-risk areas distribute mainly on middle and lower reaches Jinsha river basin in Shangri-la County. Low-risk area distributes mainly inside middle-risk area that is main production area in Shangri-la County. Weak-risk area distributes mainly relatively high elevation area such as the snow and ice land and bare land, etc. The study can be applied to the similar type high canyon landscape risk assessment research.

Abstract: In urban planning, urban population and development is restricted by water resources, so we should pay attention. Taking Changchun-Jilin region of Jilin Province for example, water resources carrying capacity per capita is adopted to control the capacity of the urban population. On this basis, it considers the economy, water resources, the state of the urban population scale and transferring water to do parallel computing. Then the controlling index of urban population capacity is mainly obtained through the optimal solution. Abstract: In this paper, the scope of study area and boundary conditions are determined by anglicizing the natural geographical and geological hydrogeological conditions of the study area. Building the groundwater system conceptual model and numerical model with the Visual MODFLOW software, and then, identifying and validating the numerical model with the dynamic observation dates from 2001 to 2010. At last, simulating and analyzing the conveying capacity of SGD to Jiaozhou Bay with the model after identifying and validating. The results show that:1)Atmospheric precipitation influences on SGD greatly, the conveying capacity is 28.38×106m3/a in rainy year(2007), but only 0.24×106m3/a in dry year;2)The river leakage recharge influence the SGD;3)The Aquifer Medium、types of aquifer and lithology all influence the SGD;4)The changes of sea level and briny physical properties influence the SGD.

Abstract: In order to understand after construction cut-off wall of Dagu River downstream the influence of underground water level, and the water quality, on the basis of field investigation, observation and data collection, we use theory, mathematical statistics method, have a depth analysis on the shallow groundwater levels, water quality, temporal and spatial variation. The Dagu River downstream alluvial plain are water level low and buried shallow,present obvious seasonal rise or fall characteristics,2001 ~ 2011 years of research area of underground water level change relatively stable. It make the uplift in the upper reaches of the underground water level after Cut-off wall construction, make the change of groundwater natural runoff direction, remove the upper groundwater funnel. Until 2011, the Cl- content in groundwater of cutoff wall in the north side decreased significantly and the water quality became good, which explains that on the one hand the cutoff wall block the channel seawater intrusion, on the other hand the formed terrain conditions remains aquifers underground saltwater body washed cutoff wall in upstream.
