Abstract: The comprehensive benefit evaluation is the key of reasonable development for the rural household biogas. The evaluation index was established according to the economic efficiency, energy efficiency, ecological benefit and social benefits and so on, which was used to resolve the problem that the effect factors of comprehensive benefit evaluation of rural household biogas are more and the quantitative evaluation can't completely be finished. The secondary mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for comprehensive benefit evaluation of rural household biogas was established by fuzzy mathematical method. The case calculation shows that this method is simple and practical, which not only convenient for experts to compare, selection and score, but also has the effect of quantification. It is integrated between the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation and the result is satisfactory through.

Abstract: To investigate the influence of N-containing surface functional groups on adsorption capacity of AC, the activated carbon (AC) was modified with ammonia gas at 650 °C. Surface functional groups were quantitatively analyzing by Boehm titration. The effect of temperature on adsorption capacity suggested higher temperature is favourable. The influence of pH indicated the adsorption was favorable in acidic solution. The adsorption isotherms were fitted by Langmuir model and Freundlich model. Moreover, kinetic studies showed the adsorption of phenol onto adsorbents was followed by pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The adsorption capacity of ammoniated AC for p-chlorophenol was greatly improved.

Abstract: According to the field investigation, collecting five kinds of dominant plant from tin ore tailing reservoir of Gejiu and tailing reservoir soil samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of five kinds of dominant plant roots, stems, leaves and its growth soil’s Pb, Zn, Cu and Cd contents, and analyzes five kinds of plant transfer and accumulation coefficient. The results showed that: soil heavy metal pollution is serious, especially Cd pollution; Lactuca indic L、Cattail、Alopecurus aequalis and Cyperus rotundus L. plants of heavy metal contents are the same, all is Zn﹥Cu﹥Pb﹥Cd, but four kinds of heavy metal contents are Pb﹥Zn﹥Cu﹥ Cd in Neyruadia plants; Lactuca indic L、Cyperus rotundus L、Alopecurus aequalis and Cattail to Pb, Zn, Cu and Cd four kinds of heavy metals accumulation ability is weaker. But from the root to the ground part organ transfer ability aspects: four kinds of heavy metal in Lactuca indic L is strong, Pb and Cd two elements in the Cyperus rotundus L is more stronger, Cd in Alopecurus aequalis is more stronger, Zn, Cu and Cd in Cattail is more stronger; the accumulation and transfer coefficient are larger than one, it was a better plant which removes Pb.

Abstract: The ecological suitability refers to an appropriate degree of ecological conditions provided by an area for some certain use purposes. This paper developed an ecological suitability assessment method based on the principle of support vector machine which has advantages of dealing with small samples, nonlinear and high dimensional pattern recognition. The results showed that this ecological suitability assessment method reduced the uncertainty due to the mismatch between the inherent ambiguity of assessment object and the classification criteria of assessment indicators in determining the ecological suitability level, resulting in objective and reasonable assessment results. Moreover, compared with the assessment result from conventional ecological suitability assessment method, the result with this method was stricter, which was more conducive to the ecological environment protection. It provides a basis for making the ecological environment planning, and is beneficial to the coordinated development of resources use and regional ecological environment.

Abstract: Based on the basic theory of the forest ecosystem, we build the index system to evaluate forest ecosystem health from the stand-scale and take advantage of improved BP neural network to evaluate the ecosystem health of Larix Kaempferi plantation in the Liaodong area quantitatively. And then we analyze the stand-scale health grade status according to different slope aspect, forest age, average tree height and altitude. The results indicate that we make the satisfactory process to research the complex forest ecosystem using the improved BP neural network. The improved BP neural network which uses the momentum-adaptive learning rate adjustment algorithm and L-M learning rules decreases iteration times, makes the convergence speed very fast and improve the precision.

Abstract: The world is witness pollution of environment and depletion of resources with fast development of economy and growth of population. Mankind are facing the problems that the earth is revenging mankind for destroying the nature balance, which requires proper environmental management to maintain balance between economic development and environment. To cultivate graduates with knowledge on maintenance of balance between economy and environment, Environmental Economics and Management is offered to undergraduates whose major is Environmental Engineering. Due to development of environmental management, this course requires construction to keep class teaching up-to-date with current environmental economics and management. This paper firstly analyzes conditions of this course prior to construction, and then provides a construction plan in terms of revision of teaching content, improvement of teaching methods and class modes, compiling of exercise database and test paper database.

Abstract: Air pollution control engineering is a compulsory special course for students whose major is Environmental Engineering. Through leaning this course, the students should know air pollutants and environmental quality standard, air pollution and weather, air diffusion mode and estimation of pollutant concentration, chimney height design, air pollution factors and control principles, basic methods, foundation of dust-cleaning technology, performance of dust-cleaner, mechanic cleaner, wet dust-cleaner, filter cleaner, electric cleaner, adsorption, catalytic transformation, treatment of exhaust gas containing SO2, treatment of exhaust gas containing NOx, treatment of exhaust gas containing fluorine, treatment of organic exhaust gas, treatment of tail gases, treatment of odor. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and probes the problems of this course prior to construction. Then it proposes a developing plan for the course: description of teaching contents prior to construction, aim for this class and construction, improvement of teaching methods and modes, and etc.

Abstract: Our country has seen a rapid growth of municipal solid waste generation, which requires proper treatment. Therefore, there’s a great need for professionals special in municipal solid waste treatment, which makes the course of Municipal Solid Waste Treatment necessary for undergraduate students majoring in Environmental Engineering. Municipal Solid Waste Treatment is one of the main special courses offered to students whose major is Environmental Engineering. Through learning of this course, the students could grasp basic treatment technologies of MSW, e.g. pulverizing, composting, incineration, pulverizing and etc. In order to keep up with solid waste treatment nowadays, it is necessary to develop this course to improve teaching effects. Firstly, this paper described the current conditions of this course. Secondly, it offers a construction plan in adjustment of the course teaching content, enrichment of teaching methods and teaching mode, preparation of test database and exercise database and suggestion of ways to increasing teaching effect of this course.

Abstract: Introduction to Environmental Protection is a selective course offered to students whose major is not Environmental Engineering. The increasingly serious global environmental pollution requires common efforts on environmental protection and common and awareness of sustainable development. This is offered to let students interested in environmental protection know general knowledge and common technologies used in environmental quality improvement. The teaching contents and requirements are quite different from those for students majoring in Environment. Therefore, the course needs construction to develop it appropriate for students who are interested in it. Through construction of this course, the proper teaching content, ppt, CAI software, test paper data, exercise data were offered.
