Abstract: The position and application of hydraulic system on the engineering machinery are analyzed while the current situation and application of electric technology are discussed. A new idea is proposed in which the end effectors are driven by electric motors while the restriction of hydraulic system is taken over. Several key problems are analyzed during the refitting of engineering machinery such as the high-power, the distribution and focus of energy, the source of energy and the redesign of the control system. The detail is discussed with the Komatsu excavator PC200-8. The advantages of electric engineering machinery are also summarized.

Abstract: Servo punch press uses a servo motor to drive. It can set different stroke length and velocity according to different production requirements, and can always ensure the formation precision of the bottom dead center. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision and low noise, and it presents the development trend of punch press. The key point of the servo punch press development is its control system. According to the functional requirements and technical performance of the servo punch press, the general approach of the servo punch press material forming control law is discussed in this paper. The development platform based on DSP control system has built up as well. By means of the Simulink and the Target for TI C2000 tools in Matlab, the dynamic model of punch press system and controlling model, including forming model, DSP-based controller model and plant model,etc., have been designed. Base on this, the forming characteristics of different materials, forming control algorithms have been studies through simulation and virtual experiments.The controller algorithm can be transferred automatically to the target controller. This approach can reduce developing time and costs of servo punch press control system and improve developing efficiency.

Abstract: A kind of surrogate fuel which composed of 53% (mole fraction) n-undecane, 18% 1-butylcyclohexane and 29% 1,3,5-trimethyl-benzene was proposed through the analysis of specific composition of aviation kerosene RP-3 and with the method of averaging molecular weight. Taking advantages of the principle of the extended corresponding states and fundamental thermodynamic relationships, thermophysical and transport properties of surrogate fuel were calculated, and verified by contrast with RP-3 experimental data. Finally, numerical study was conducted aiming at RP-3 flow heat transfer characteristics in the vertical tube, which revealed the typical heat exchange characteristics of RP-3 flow heat exchange at supercritical pressure, that is, heat transfer is significantly enhanced due to violent changes of physical property when the fluid temperature is near pseudo-critical temperature, and the effect of buoyancy and turbulent kinetic energy on heat transfer was analyzed.

Experimental Investigation to Boiling Heat Transfer on a Heated Surface with Multiple Impinging Jets
Abstract: On the condition of water multiple jet impingements, a steady-state experimental study had been conducted for boiling heat transfer in an atmospheric pressure. The jet velocity was 0.95~1.59m/s and the sub-cooling degrees of jet fluid were 30~83°C.The results revealed that increasing either jet velocity or sub-cooling degrees would promote the heat flux through heated surface, and the effect was more pronounced in partial boiling regime than fully-developed boiling regime. The heat transfer with multiple jets is enhanced due to disturbance of different impingements. With modification of the factor which related to flow distance of fluid on heated surface, correlation which is applicable to one single impinging jet boiling, can also be used to calculate critical heat flux(CHF) in boiling heat transfer with multiple impinging jets.

Abstract: The pressure losses characteristics of the rotating cavity with radial inflow were investigated by testing method. The rotating cavity with oblong and round drum holes inlet and outlet total pressure under different operational state were tested, the influence of non-dimensional mass flow rate and rotating Reynolds number on rotating cavity with a Radial Inflow of different drum holes were analyzed. The results show that total pressure losses of the rotating cavity increases with the rotating Reynolds number and flow coefficient. Structure with oblong drum holes is superior to structure with round drum holes with lower total pressure losses in the range of the ratio of the flow coefficient and the Reynolds number is less than 0.048.And structure with round drum holes is superior to structure with oblong drum holes with lower total pressure losses in the range of the ratio of the flow coefficient and the Reynolds number is less than 0.048.

Abstract: Numerical simulation and experiments study were performed to obtain heat transfer and flow resistance characteristics in a channel with pin-fin arrays of trailing edge. Five models with different pin-fin materials were designed to simulate, which contained the rectangular duct model based on the flow and heat transfer of real blade, and four enlarged models with different pin-fin materials based on the similarity theory. One enlarged model was also experimented on, the simulation results of that model tend to agree with experimental data. The results of simulation show that the heat transfer coefficients of the rectangular channel wall increase with the thermal conductivity of pin-fin. And there is one thermal conductivity coefficient, which is determined by the Biot number of pin-fin, makes the average heat transfer of the enlarged model wall same as the real blade path model.

Abstract: Garbage sorting robot, which consists of development platform, power supply module, object detecting module, some control modules, and so on, is presented in this paper. This research focuses on control architecture of garbage sorting robot including mechanical hand control, positioning algorithm and recognition algorithm. The garbage sorting robot and its control algorithm have been demonstrated and verified through the contest.

Abstract: AE method of nondestructive check is based on exertion waves radiation and their registration during fast local material structure reorganization. It is used as a means of analysis of materials, constructions, productions control and diagnosis during operating time. When registering signal amplitude it is required to consider its frequency distribution connecting each amplitude rate with the corresponding vibration rate. With the purpose to reduce the measurement error it is required to perform receiving piezoelectric converters calibration right on the tested unit and in the process of test analysis consider “unit-converter” transfer characteristic.

Abstract: This paper describes a software and hardware analytical complex of spectral characteristics. The analysis complex includes the research of the signals with the ability to create a database for identification. Analysis of the spectral characteristics by using special instruments - spectrum analyzer. Presents the results of the evaluation of scientific and practical significance of the software developed. Spectral data multichannel analyzer spectrum was obtained with DAQ-device National Instruments.
