Abstract: In order to meet the online testing requirements in current manufacturing automated production of car foam, the paper proposes a method for detecting the mould that products the foam by using machine vision and introduces the overall solutions of the system. The detection arithmetic mainly includes the image preprocessing、image template matching, interesting region acquisition and the blob detection of image segmentation. The arithmetic is developed in VS2010.Through a series of experiments, the result shows that the arithmetic meets the requirements of inspecting various moulds on the production line.

Abstract: Flexible Manufacturing Systems-FMS is a term with various types of definitions, each of them trying to describe the complexity and the generalized features. One of these features is their complexity, along with difficulties in building models that capture the system in all its important aspects. In a heterogeneous flexible system, the scheduling events or actions could be a combinatorial problem which claims a particular solution. Manufacturing scheduling process, in special for FMS, is a very difficult scheduling problem, because involves all the aspects of the processes: order, resources, transportation system i.e. automated vehicle guided, perturbation factors such as breakdowns of machine, etc. Typically, the scheduling problem is a NP-hard problem modeled in mathematical form. If we simulate n jobs or orders which have to be assigned to the m machines or resources, we will observe that the mathematical solution is a huge number that means (n!)m possibilities of solutions. The challenge of researchers is to solve this equation in a reasonable time with an optimal solution, and of course with minimal resources. Those scientists applied many solutions which became Operational Research-OR or Combinatorial Optimization-CO areas using a various methods: Local Search-LS, Artificial Intelligence-AI, heuristic method, priority rules, memetic or hybrid techniques which combine this techniques.

Abstract: This works presents a new proposal towards the development of an intelligent system for automatic detection and monitoring of the mite’s movement, being this mite’s the major pest of the honey bees worldwide which attacks the bee’s pupa during its growing stage. The pupa is an early life stage of some insects undergoing transformation. This stage is presented only in a certain type of insects called holometabolous, which are those that should undergo a complete metamorphosis. We propose a monitoring technique based on background subtraction and a frame by frame monitoring approach, keeping track of the mite’s localization in the space. Based on this proposal, our system has obtained 90.98% of accuracy in the mite’s monitoring stage with a standard deviation of 1.25.

Abstract: Legal expert system is an important research topic both in law research and computer science. This paper proposes a novel model for property division, which adopts latest marital law of PRC and dynamic fuzzy theory. Firstly, all up-to-dated clauses involved with property distribution in divorce were quantified to obtain related set elements. Then the dynamic fuzzy theory was applied to construct a membership function to calculate the weight of set elements. Ultimately, the appropriate degrees are calculated by optimum model. By testing, property division legal expert dynamic fuzzy system could consider questions scientifically, comprehensively and effectively.

Abstract: Since the limited space and complicated environment, we can't solve this problem by traditional path planning method which taking the aircraft as a particle. Aim at this problem, we introduce the pseudospectral method from the field of optimal control, and indicate the feasibility and advantage based on theory discussion. To simulate the actual path planning on flight deck, we build a carrier deck space environment, establish the collision detecting mechanism based on polar coordinates transforming. Finally an aircraft dynamic model and a simplified obstacle model are designed, thus the path planning constraint equation is given. The veracity and convergence of this method is verified by experiment simulation results.

Abstract: As the fluorescent lighting of colleges and universities is extensively used, the necessity of the energy-saving lighting is described and the working principle of fluorescent light is analyzed in this paper. Traditional magnetic ballasts are replaced with electronic ballasts, and radar detection module, light sensor and SCM are used to design intelligent lighting control system, fluorescent lights of different time and environments are precisely set and rationally managed, so as to achieve energy-saving purpose based on the guarantee of colleges and universities' lighting quality.

Abstract: The research is drawn on the main hypothesis that Latvia does not use its advantageous location effectively supported by the previous research results where the authors found the modern industrial real property market stock would not need any further growth and pointed on the local industrial real estate market misbalance. A focus of the research is on finding out the key principles in those companies’ choice on the most appropriate territory to the industrial objects and industrial location specifics. The Paper contains the projected results, the analysis of other scientists’ work results on the industrial location research and the model previously introduced. The worked out model is devoted to forecast stock of the modern industrial premises in Europe in the territory of the Republic of Latvia by the original approach of including the European climate change issue as a basis to assign the sustainable supply of the industrial premises. The Paper is a message to professional critical view and assessment on the model and the survey issue.

Abstract: The ecoenvironment of regional finance's evaluation methodology is the hot issue in recent years. This paper systematic sorted these evaluation methodologies and its research and application situation. It illustrates the contents of the single evaluation method and the comprehensive evaluation method, then comparative analysis from perspective, data dependence and operation complexity. And it make the difference and characteristics between using single and comprehensive evaluation method clear. Finally, put forward some thoughts for the regional financial ecoenvironment's evaluation.

Abstract: In an effort to systematically review past research results, we conducted relative analysis examining the strength of the link between different social capital dimensions and organizational performance as well as potential moderators affecting this relationship. Analyses of past studies, we also found that this relationship depends on the social capital dimension considered, the institutional and industry contexts in which the organization operates. In this paper, we analysis the direct effect of social capital on organizational performance and deem that a main effect analysis providing an incomplete picture of performance implications of social capital. Internal resources and external environments are important to the development of a firm. Over all, our research contributes to a better understanding of social capital and organizational performance to explain variance in organizational performance.
