Abstract: This investigation is consecrated to the influence of the shape and curvature radius of the made of steel electrodes on the maximal values of the applied electric field, enabling thus to establish a relation between the minimum approach distance and the shape of the tools used in the pertinent high voltage working area. The obtained results are of a great importance for accurately dimensioning the safety Minimum Approach Distances (MAD) for future live works that can be performed with non normalized tools.

Abstract: This study contributes to the measurements of formaldehyde at room temperature. A bilayer structure based surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor has been fabricated and experimentally studied. The coating materials carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and poly (4-vinylphenol) (P4VP) were deposited by a spray-painting method onto SAW sensors configured as 433.92MHz two-port resonator-based oscillators. The results display high sensitivity and entirely reversibility. The response and recovery times of the bilayer structure are very short, and the response values are obviously greater than plus of the two single layers. Some sensing mechanisms between analytes and the bilayer structure SAW sensor will be discussed preliminarily.

Abstract: The finite element analysis method was applied to simulate the gradient field heat treatment process of a cylinder welding component of 30Si2MnCrMoV steel by software ANSYS. In the heat treatment process, the distribution of temperature field, the variation curve of residual stress with time, the distribution of residual stress along the axial direction of cylinder, and the axial and radial deformation of the specimen were calculated and the influences of partial heating area on the distribution of temperature and residual stress were analyzed. The calculating results show that the temperature in the weld metal zone and heat affected zone of welding specimens may exceed the phase transformation points during the gradient heat temperature. The residual stress and the radial deformation in the weld metal zone were greater than those in the matrix zone. The final deformation of specimen was along the axial direction. With the increase of partial heating area, the phase transformation area was increased and the residual stress was reduced effectively.

Abstract: In order to decrease the pollution to sea water during the course of oil and water replacement, oil and water separating membrane will be adopted. Considering the expansion and contraction of oil and water separating membrane, transmission of wave pressure and the density difference between the oil and water, the membrane may be damaged by tension, buckling, friction, scraping and so on. Thus, the material used as oil and water separating membrane should have enough strength and flexibility. The generally used coating fabrics were discussed in this paper as per the coating agents, base cloths, and coating methods. Glass fiber cloth coated with silica gel and polyurethane coated fabrics were chosen and a series of tests were performed as per the corresponding standards. By analyzing the test results, the preferred material for oil and water separating membrane was proposed.

Abstract: A practical indirect expansion solar-air source heat pump water heater (IESASHPWH) is used as the measured object. Several feasible performance optimization schemes are proposed in this paper through the fundamental performance and theoretical analysis of the system structure. Then several tests are conducted to test feasibility of the schemes and effect of performance optimization of the schemes through simulating different temperature and climate conditions.

Abstract: The constant temperature control is required for the steady output of photo thermal generator of a solar thermal power plant in the case of transient mutation of sun light . The potential risk incurred by the conventional photo thermal control system based on the temperature dependent flux control is thoroughly explored, with a proposition of a system control technique based on the law of energy conservation for the project. We present in the research that the critical factor for keeping constant temperature during photo thermal conversion is to ensure the equilibrium between input and output energy all the time between different parts of photo thermal conversion. The idea is implemented by the sun light dependent flux control. This research provides solution for overcoming the damage to susceptible system because of the transient mutation of sun light.

Abstract: An ash yield experiment and a coal ash component analysis with the same coal sample at different temperatures showed that when a coal sample burned in a boiler furnace whose temperature was higher than 815 ° C, part of the salts (eg, sulfate) and oxides (eg, SO3) would continue to be decomposed, resulting in the actual ash yield of the coal sample decreasing compared with the theoretical ash discharge rate. At the same time, the analysts pointed out that the moisture loss and its representative defects of the as-fired coal sampling machine system, the dust removal efficiency fluctuation of the electrostatic precipitator, and the measurement deviation of the as-fired coal quantity also caused the actual ash discharge rate to be on is low side.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the content of Internet naming problems as well as the current exist problems .We discuss the namespace and the major technologies, and then elaborating the important thinking on research of naming problems detailed and propose development direction in the future. In the paper, we propose a new method for devices naming due to the issues that exist in the Internet naming. Using this technical, it can solve the problem of the extremely scarce IPv4 and the IP address changed frequently on Internet devices. Equipment naming scheme has five major components: equipment name registered server, equipment communication server and client domain name server and client communication agency, the client login and configuration. It is a pattern in which the mobile device uses configured client software to issue a request to NG-DNS (new generation domain system).we have analyze on the realization of the key technology on the windows system. It has realized communication among equipments which are mobile, wireless, dynamic IP address, and hidden NAT and firewall. The method can be extended entry of Android devices.

Abstract: Nowadays computer systems face the risk of being plagued by powerful, feature-rich malware. Current malwares exploit the vulnerabilities that are endemic to the huge computing base that needs to be trusted to secure our private information. This summary presents the trusted computing base (TCB) and the Trusted Computing Group (TCG). There are extensive theories about information security and technology. In this paper, we provide some technologies and methods in order to help prevent application systems from being attacked by malware and controlled by unauthorized persons. Finally, we introduce efficient TCB reduction.

Abstract: Cyber-physical system (CPS) is a multiple system where physical world operations are monitored and controlled by communication and computing components. This paper focuses on the framework, design and simulation of a CPS for public security applications. A framework of the CPS is presented, and its compositions are analyzed in detail. To meet the requirements of cyber-physical control, the design features of environment perception and communication are investigated. An improved task allocation method and a hybrid approach for path planning are introduced for robots coordination and optimization. Finally, the CPS is demonstrated with a case study in a public security scenario, where robots equipped with sensors cooperate with each other to extinguish fires arising due to a disaster. The simulation experiments are conducted to show the feasibility of such system.
